There is absolutely no basis that Tsunade can pop out new limbs. And even if she can (which is a massive, unfounded assumption in of itself), there are numerous unknowns like how much chakra regrowing an entire limb will have on her, and how long it will take to regrow said limb. The best healing feat she has is two holes in her stomach from Susano'o swords. Closing a wound isn't the same as regrowing a limb from thin air.

Now when it gets on her body, it will be a lot harder. But might I add that Tsunade does have clothing on so if the torso is hit that will allow her even more time to remove the flames as it will not reach the skin that quickly.

Only reason this worked on the samurai / Karin is because they were not targets of the technique. They were hit with the after-flames, not the full brunt of the flames (where the user focuses their eye on). When the user focuses their eye on the target, they get instantly fried just like Jiraiya's fire resistant toad stomach and Hebi Sasuke's "fake" body prior to Oral Rebirth.

It doesnt exactly burn through the body very quickly. This gives Tsunde ample time to remove the top layer.

Ay is well faster than Tsuande and only received Amaterasu on his hand because he was going for a frontal attack against Sasuke's Enton. Gaara was also part of Ei's survival from the flames.

If Tsunade is alone and Sasuke used Amaterasu on her then she could not sense or detect the flames because she doesn't have that ability and the flames would have spread throughout her body before she could have healed. Plus the burn rate of Amaterasu and the fact that it spreads and not just stay in one spot proves that her Byakugo will not save her form Amaterasu.

The pain of amaterasu was so intense it made bee scream in bijuu mode. Raikage had tonchop his atm off because the flame almost finished the part it was hit, and ws going to move to his body. Tsunade will not have the time to cut her epidermis, which is pretty thin, which would get incinerated in instant. It would carve a hole in her body before she can do anything

She has healed skin, bone and flesh. Put that together and its a new arm. Please dont come up with that BS that she cant after looking at everything she has regenerated from. Also Madara could have just been saving time, there is nothing about that implies he cannot regenerate an arm. Plus the VIZ where she states she can do those things.

Doesnt matter, clothing will help her out some. Byakugo will counter amaterasu and keep it at the top layer until she can remove the skin. With Katsuyu helping out with stalling.
