Now Tsunade cannot dodge Amaterasu but she can get it off and away from her body.
If it gets on an arm, she can simply cut said arm off and regenerate a new one via Byakuguo. [
Now when it gets on her body, it will be a lot harder. But might I add that Tsunade does have clothing on so if the torso is hit that will allow her even more time to remove the flames as it will not reach the skin that quickly.
A. Tolerance for pain
Ay got amaterasu flames on his hand and he was able to take the pain [
Ay and Tsunade have almost the same pain tolerance, Tsunade's being even greater.
They are both sent through the justu, making the same face of pain. [

Tsunade would basically be doing the same thing. She can remove the top layer of her skin, the epidermis which is where the flames will start. Once removed she easily regenerate the damage.
She can remove it using a chakra scalpel [

It doesnt exactly burn through the body very quickly. This gives Tsunde ample time to remove the top layer.

I am not saying this is an easy 1-2-3 thing because it will be hard to accomplish but if anything Katsuyu could always stall the enemy and allow her time to remove the necessary layers of skin.
