I have two teams in this.
1st

How can you guys put Hiashi on your list?
We have not seen him fight ONCE and your still putting him in your top 5? You might aswell put Konohamaru in there.
I'll even use the logic everyone seems to be using to justify my response... 'Konohamaru is the 3rd Hokages grandson, and Asuma is his uncle, so obviously he has some unknown power and is feared around the world and we are just waiting for him to get in a real fight to show us how strong he is. So he is now my number 1 or 2!'

Same reason Tsunade is on people's list. Hype. He's the head of the Hyuga clan. He's certainly not weak.
That's a big problem with Konoha, in terms of proven individuals. It's extremely top heavy with guys like Naruto(I understand he's not counted on this list, just saying in general), Kakashi and Gai, then you have a lot of hyped characters like Hiashi, Tsunade, Ino-Shika-Cho parents, etc that have been claimed to be great, but haven't shown much of anything to prove it, then past the hyped characters it's a really weak list sans Shikamaru, IMO.

I know he's not weak, but you can't put him on your list because of hype. For all we know, Neji could be stronger then him.
And i agree with everyone who put Kakashi and Guy over Tsunade. What has Tsunade done to prove she is better then Kakashi and Guy? Hmm let me see... oh wait, nothing! So it doesn't surprise me that they have been put above Tsunade.
Although don't get me wrong, Tsunade is perfect for Hokage with here healing capabilities, her summon and the way she can heal everyone in the village and also communicate to everyone. Its just shes not better than Kakashi and Guy combat wise.

Konohamaru killed one of the Pains in one blow. So shouldn't Konohamaru be up there with the rest? I'm thinking in about 3rd spot yeah?

-It was still a pain, it doesn't matter if it was the weakest one or not.
-Hiashi could see him escaping with his Byukugan, so the cloud ninja didn't know he was coming. Just like Pain.
-Rasengan is Konohamarus main attack, Gentle fist is the Hyugas main attack. I dont see what your getting at with this?

-How can you say Rasengan is his main attack when he only used it once?
-Hiashi masters the gentle fist completely while Konohamaru requires a clone and look how small the dam thing was

-That Pain is the weakest Pain, but that doesn't make it weak in general. All the Pains are Jonin level.
-Well the sexy Jutsu sure isn't his main attack. We have seen Kononhamaru in one real fight and the only attack he used was the rasengan, its safe to say it is his main attack.
-And why does it matter if Hiashi has mastered it or not? It still doesn't change the fact that Konohamaru beat one of the pains.
