If you don't consider him top 5, but then say neji you are contradicting yourself

Tsunade is #1 because kakashi nor Gai can beat her

Gai only has gates and that's useless vs tsunade and he has no answer for katsuya

Kakashi has no answer for katsuya nor is he better at taijutsu then her

Same reason Tsunade is on people's list. Hype. He's the head of the Hyuga clan. He's certainly not weak.

That's a big problem with Konoha, in terms of proven individuals. It's extremely top heavy with guys like Naruto(I understand he's not counted on this list, just saying in general), Kakashi and Gai, then you have a lot of hyped characters like Hiashi, Tsunade, Ino-Shika-Cho parents, etc that have been claimed to be great, but haven't shown much of anything to prove it, then past the hyped characters it's a really weak list sans Shikamaru, IMO.

Tsunade is not hype. With the skills that have been shown she is worthy of a place in top five.

-CR (regeneration of cells and organs almost instantly) and Slug Summoning alone gives her a slot
-Then comes unsurpassed medical ninjutsu
-Then comes her incredible taijutsu and raw strength (plus chakra enhancement)
-Then comes her intelligence (i.e. dealing with invasion of Pain)
-Then come her lesser jutsus like Body Pathway Derangement technique..which paralyzes you and makes you unable to move (manga)

lol she is not hype, she may have had one battle (where she was arrogant, foolish and had the blood-o-phobia) but still..

Tsunade would curb stomp Kakashi any day.

Kakashi's genjutsu is average (let's say a bit more than average) but due to Tsuande's incredible mastery and control of her chakra flow it's rendered useless, since one way to get out of genjutsu is to disrupt the chakra flow.

Kakashi's poor chakra levels and stamina allow him to use like ten of his 1000 known jutsus (which he haven't seen all so we'll go with the canon ones) and all of them are easily dodged or recoverable by Tsunade's CR. (i.e Fire Ball and Water Dragons)

The only chance Kakashi has at winning against Tsunade is if he Kamui's her head of or Raikiri's her brain. This is very difficult and highly unlikely since he has not done none in battle. Plus, Kamui drains chakra like hell and is very inaccurate (unless the target is standing completely still or moving in a straight pattern and Kakashi is both concentrated and standing still)

Tsunade has more chances of winning, stop comparing Kakashi and Tsunade. Tsunade is completely on a different level.

No, Kakashi cannot go all out and use two Kamui's and three Raikiri's plus other jutsus in a match because he'll die of exhaustion just like he did against Pain.

-That Pain is the weakest Pain, but that doesn't make it weak in general. All the Pains are Jonin level.
-Well the sexy Jutsu sure isn't his main attack. We have seen Kononhamaru in one real fight and the only attack he used was the rasengan, its safe to say it is his main attack.
-And why does it matter if Hiashi has mastered it or not? It still doesn't change the fact that Konohamaru beat one of the pains.

Shadow clones could be his main attack just like it's would be for Naruto if he didn't have all those Rasengan variation which Konohamaru doesn't have

That pain wasn't beat for all we know, The fight was stopped by Animal path summoning him, never in the manga is he shown out of combat

It's quite silly for you trying to argue with me about Tsunade > Kakashi when I'm not even saying that Kakashi > Tsunade. I'm not saying Kakashi(or Gai, as I had Gai ranked over her as well) is superior/dominant, I'm just going off of who has actually proven themselves. I dunno why you're going off on some rant like I called Tsunade weak. I just said she wasn't a proven character, because she isn't. For all I know she's > Jiraiya and Orochimaru, or for all I know she'd struggle with Iruka. But giving her the benefit of the doubt given her hype, I kept her on the list. Same situation as Hiashi.

It's why I said what I did in my post, Konoha has so many characters that have been hyped to be so good, but Kishimoto has shown nothing from them.

1. Kakashi: I do not think Tsunade would be able to heal her wounds from some of his attacks and he can use Kamui on her because she is quite slow it seems
2. Tsunade: Though I think she would take quite a beating, I don't think Gai could hurt her as fast as she can heal herself with punches even with 7th or 8th gate open
3. Gai: Amazing speed, amazing power, great fighter, lacks intelligence
4. Yamato: Can hold most people who aren't Jinchuuriki with wood style excluding Kakashi and Gai and I don't think he could hurt Tsunade
5. Hiashi: Leader of Hyuga Clan and has Byakugan
