Tobirama or Kisame?

Also didn't Mifune cut a branch that was the same size as the one Tobirama cutted by a simple sword? Looks like Tobirama's water jet isn't really impressive.

Nope, only one jutsu you mentioned is a A-rank jutsu. Zabuza naruto first real villain could do most of those moves. Tobirama could control every Molecule of water, even from the air to increase his techniques.

Sorry, I don't go by ranks or hype whenever making these comparisons. I go by feats, and Kisame's Suiton feats shit on Tobirama's as we've seen many jutsus by Kisame via Suiton that he uses very skillfully.

What he stated is from feats....Unless you are suggesting that Hashirama's mokuton also did not improve from the time he was a Edo first time to this time as a edo...

Tobirama can simply do all the attacks he did in his first edo form and make em stronger. I mean hell that simple water attack he used cut through mokuton like a sword.

That Akatsuki Church though. Kisame would most likely win in a battle of just Suiton jutsu since he can use huge AoE Suiton. As for overall skill in said area it would be Tobirama. Kisame needed a water source for Water Dragon Bullet. Tobirama as a fodder edo in part one did not. Suiton: Suidanha did not get absorbed by he God Tree after penetrating multiple branches by the way. But again, I just want to restate that Kisame would win in just a Suiton battle.

No. People need to realize that even hype doesn't put Tobirama's Suiton above Kisame's. Unless Tobirama has some magical Suiton that can't be absorbed, GSB will absorb any of Tobirama's hype Suiton and become stronger. Kisame is the better Suiton user. No matter how you look at it.
