Tobirama was world renowned for his suiton, his water stream tech is underrated, it can easily 1 shot summons and ppl who aren't wary, and we know he can use the water dragon bullet move with 1 hand seal. he easily counters Kisame's water dome and ninjutsu eating shark with ftg. In my eyes tobirama is superior.

People forget to realize that Tobirama is the ONLY ninja in the series to use Suiton as an offensive weapon with destructive feats.

As in cutting through Rock and cutting through the God Tree using Water alone.

Me Personally I believe Kisame can win for two reasons:

1) Samadah

2) He can breath underwater

Tobirama greatest struggle will be seperating the two which is impossible if they merge together. And with Kisame Wide Area of a water globe even FTGing out will only allow Tobirama to flee and thus cause him to lose the battle.

People will argue Tobirama reflexes and speed but underwater it means nothing considering Kisame is by far the fastest person under water considering he out ran Killer Bee under water and Kill bee is pretty fast


OT: Tobirama is the better suiton user. He uses High pressure Suiton for damage and can creater Water walls from nothing

A > B > C logic is pathetic. It doesn't apply to Naruto. If your A > B > C logic applied to Naruto then Chiyo and Sakura would be capable of defeating Deidara since they managed to ''defeat'' Sasori and Deidara admitted inferiority to Sasori. Pathetic. And furthermore, Kisame would defeat Izuna who was on par with Madara. Your hype doesn't mean anything when Izuna doesn't have feats that put him above Kisame.

Nope, only one jutsu you mentioned is a A-rank jutsu. Zabuza naruto first real villain could do most of those moves. Tobirama could control every Molecule of water, even from the air to increase his techniques.

No. People need to realize that even hype doesn't put Tobirama's Suiton above Kisame's. Unless Tobirama has some magical Suiton that can't be absorbed, GSB will absorb any of Tobirama's hype Suiton and become stronger. Kisame is the better Suiton user. No matter how you look at it.
