Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, that is released in the form of a large water shark. This is a blast of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility or just crush their bones if hit directly due to its large mass and speed.

(Kamen no akuma no henshin)-Masked Demon transformation

Description: Kakuzu does a single hand sign which in return allows him to mold and manipulate the threads in his separated masks to alter their forms as he sees fit. . Instead of the separated masks being in their original forms they can be altered to each take on a certain form. While being in these altered forms, any limb ripped off or destroyed by an opponent will restore itself with the threads it's body is made of.
Human form
The threads within the masks bodies will be altered by Kakuzu in order to change its form into a 7 foot all black figure with the build of a man, with the mask as the mans face. The fingers on this form are very sharp and the fingers (being made of the thread) can be lengthened to mid range to stab or intangle an enemy. This form has a pair of butterfly like wings on its back which enables it to fly at either its own will or Kakuzu's.
Bird form
This form is created by Kakuzu manipulating the threads in a chosen mask so that he can mold its shape Into that of a large eagle type bird (about sasuke's hawk size) who's face is that of the chosen mask. This forms talons are sharpened threads that can be used to cut through solid rock of B-rank or lower. The bird can at anytime open up its body and let up to 1 person ride within it..
Flying octopus form
This is created by Kakuzu manipulating a separated masks threads so that it can be molded into the form of an octopus that has wings on its back to fly. The octopus is about large as Gamakichi and is able to go through water at high speeds. Each of it's 8 tentacles are thick, sharp threads that can be slung around to stab or restrain an opponent. The octopus' biggest feat is being able to open its head thus letting up to 3 people fit inside of it to transport them to a certain location safely, especially good for underwater travel.

• The masks can stay in these forms for 5 turns at a time.
• Can be used 3 times per fight
• Stretching their limbs count as one of the allotted jutsu per turn
• While in these forms the masks can still use their element affinities
• Can be used on all masks at once and they all don't have to be the same form

Description: The user launches condensed fire chakra in the form of a tangible blood-red colored net, generated from a weapon's length or body part (hand or foot), and simply throws it over the intended target(s) with a simple slashing motion from the weapon or waving motion from the body part. The net further binds and restricts opponents' movements by constricting to their form. This net appears elongated and somewhat narrow and can vary in size depending on what the user sees fit (cannot imprison something larger than half the size of Gamabunta). After throwing the net, the user can stab the net with the tip of their weapon by, for example, throwing the weapon towards the net or alternatively perform the tiger hand seal. Doing so will create orbs of fire on the constricted parts of the net that soon after erupt into a large and devastating explosion.

Description: Manipulating a large amount of smoke the user will create a giant humanoid King from their wrist launcher much like the smoke dragon techniques. The intangibility of smoke allows the Dark Cloud Genie to attack forming up to four arms reaching long range out of its body comprised of smoke. The Dark Cloud Genie using his limbs and body can easily act as a smoke screen or suffocate the enemy. This jutsu works well against close combat taijutsu/kenjutsu fighters because its gaseous state is barely effected by attacks meant to deal physical damage much like the smoke dragon jutsu.

As the smoke and shuriken are rotating around the users fist the user will then punch the enemy and the spinning shuriken slice the enemy once contact is made.

Description: A predominantly wooden, human-esque puppet, Kouen Ren assumes the general outward anatomical appearance and structure of Koumei's older brother. Standing at six feet in height, the puppet has been modified extensively to include a plethora of hidden mechanisms centered around flames and combustibility at various distances.

Built within both forearms are metallic pipes that protrude slightly from the puppet's palms; streams of oil and fire are released from the left and right pipes, respectively. On a more superficial note, a compact crossbow is mounted on the left arm, with unique arrows that are replaced automatically. On the other arm, twelve small bulbs can be found, partially imbedded in the arm's structure, itself, which release a highly flammable gas upon breaking. Also, the right hand of Kouen Ren houses three retractable, titanium claws laced with poison, which are positioned in between the knuckles of all but the thumb. The thumbs of both hands are imbedded with flint and the middle fingers of both hands are imbedded with steel, which extend from the last joints to the finger tips. Upon snapping the fingers, several sparks are produced. Lastly, to defend against its own lethal mechanisms, the entire puppet frame has been modified to make it highly flame-retarded.

The unique arrows launched from the left forearm's crossbow do not have a conventional point, rather, their ends are cylindrical. Upon impact, the cylinders will disperse a highly flammable gas with a range equivalent to that of a standard smoke bomb. Also, each arrow's ending has an explosive tag stored in it that detonates approximately three seconds after impact. The crossbow reloads automatically once every turn, and shooting an arrow counts as a move for the puppeteer.

The puppet, flame retarded as it is, is capable of withstanding fire techniques of C-Rank and below.
The stream of fire produced from the right arm boasts flames of A-Rank power. Counts as a move.
The left forearm is detachable and can be used remotely, via the puppetry technique.
The head of the puppet is detachable and can release highly flammable gas from its ears and has explosive tags inside. Thus, the detonation can only be used once in a given battle before rendering the main puppet body completely useless.

Everything barring the retractable titanium claw can be used short-mid range, from wherever the puppet is.

Note: Kouen Ren may stored in a small scroll marked as 燃え影.



Katon: Ōarashi no Haiiro Akui | Fire Release: Tempestuous Ashen Malice
Type: Offensive

Description: After forming the Tiger hand-seal and kneading a great quantity of chakra, the user exhales a moderate-sized, condescended cloud of superheated ash just one meter in front of their current position. Upon making the Rat hand-seal, the user creates a powerful spiral of air around their preferred hand and draws all the superheated ash in and begins to spin the ashen mass violently before releasing it all in the form of a powerful, dark-colored whirlwind. Being directly struck by the dark whirlwind will keep the opponent caught within it until it has ended and leave them with countless third degree burns and multiple, deep lacerations all over their body.

Notes: No fire techniques of A-Rank or higher may be used during their next turn.

Note: The user must maintain the technique for its duration, however, they may curve its trajectory 75º once.




Kumo Ninpō: Doton: Tsubasa Suto Ito | Spider Arts: Earth Release: Wing Strike Thread

Description: The user first generates a vast swath of string composed of spider silk, then condenses it all into innumerable clusters that terminate in sharp points. Beyond the naturally high tensile strength of spider silk, the terminal ends of each cluster - the points - are further enhanced with doton before being sent at high speeds towards a predetermined location in front of the user. As a result, the raw power of these particular segments are significantly increased whilst being distinguished by a noticeably darker hue. Overall, it is likened to "a thousand arrows" (nonliteral).

Note: Useable twice per battle.

Don't think Steam will ever be opened for custom usage. They are restricted to mostly Mei as well, unfortunately. D: I appreciate it though and will definitely remember this if Steam does become available.

Description: After the user performs a string of 15 handseals and releases a massive amount of hyouton chakra around the battlefield, he creates a massive tornado all around it, with a radius up to 50m. The tornado consists of nothing more than a massive wind current and snow. The wind carries the snow in a cyclic motion at very high speeds, which makes the snow act as a wall/barrier around the battlefield, cold enough to freeze anything that passes through it. Due to the rotation speed and the basic principle of hot-cold air, everything within it freezes in the 4th turn after using the jutsu. As the tornado spins around the battlefield, hot air moves upwards while the cold air stays low, near the ground, freezing anything caught within it, including the user. The same way the snow acts as a heat insulator when forming around the battlefield, the user can use it to protect himself against this technique. After the 4th turn, and freezing of the battlefield occurs, the cyclone vanishes. While performing this technique, the user must stay steady.
Note: While this jutsu is in use, the user can perform only 2 techniques per turn for the next 4 turns, due to the massive amount of chakra being released

As his hands gets in contact with the surface his chakra spreads through the water and freezes it, creating an around one meter thick layer of ice. If the opponent is caught standing on the water surface while the water underneath him is freezing he will be trapped. Once the freezing process completely ends the surface is safe to walk on.

Due to the reflection being very strong and concentrated into one point, i.e. opponents’ eyes, he gets blinded enough for the user to move from long to mid or mid to short, and vice versa.

Description: By channeling chakra throughout the battlefield the user can create a plateau above the enemy from which a huge number of icicles are hanging. They're very sharp and can easily pierce through the opponent, potentially causing immediate death, if the opponent collides with them with force. As they're formed they don't fall down, instead, they stay at the very place they're created. They will have the best effect if created quickly, just a few meters above the enemy. The plateau has a radius of approx. 3 meters and the spikes are just a few centimeres thick, much alike as the picture provided.

When he gust hits the opponent it will create numerous cuts on the opponent, due to the ice shards, and the snowflakes will start accumulating around his feet, burying him and preventing from moving.

Description: After forming the dog, dragon, and bird hand seals, the user molds katon chakra and channels it into both of their hands. Once channeled into their hands, the user connects the bottom of their palms and releases the katon chakra, and by using shape manipulation, results in two extremely condensed penguin shaped balls of katon that violently swirl in circles while going forward. The balls of katon swirl in the same direction but always are a meter away from each other, leaving a meter opening in the attack, or so it would seem. The meter space in between the balls of katon is actually super heated air from the two katon balls which would severely burn someone if they were caught in the middle of it.

Description: The user forms the bird hand seal as they gather a good amount of katon chakra. After gathering the katon chakra, the user channels their katon chakra into both of their feet. By using shape and nature manipulation, boots of fire form around the user's feet and reach all the way up to their shins. Due to the immense heat of the boots, they grant the user a couple of advantages in combat. First and foremost, the boots increase the user's leg taijutsu attacks, simply due to the heat when the opponent gets kicked. Another cool perk of the boots is that if the user steps on a muddy surface, the mud would harden near instantly where they wouldn't sink, due to the boot's heat. Lastly, if the user kicks at the opponent, embers from the boots would branch off and go towards the opponent. If the opponent were to be hit with this technique, the embers would light their clothes on fire and eventually burn them to a crisp. This ability is used in close quarters, nothing longer. After having the boots sustained for three turns, it begins to burn away the cloth around the user's legs, causing first degree burns on the user's legs.

Description: The user would begin to take five explosive tags from their ninja pouch and throw the tags in front of themselves as they flash the bird hand seal. After flashing the bird hand seal, five human sized penguins made of sticky water form around the explosive tags, leaving an air pocket inside themselves so that the explosive tags don't get dampened. Once the water penguins form around the explosive tags, the penguins either jump or dash straight forward at the opponent in hopes of wrapping themselves around the opponent. Once the penguins wrap themselves around the opponent, the user flashes the seal of confrontation to detonate the explosive tag, causing the opponent massive damage.

Note: The user cannot use explosive tags for two turns after this jutsu is used

If the user chooses to, they can flash the bird hand seal and cause the penguins to disperse, causing their bodies of wind to become uncontrollable and expand outwards up to short range, effectively making a gust of wind. The wind would be able to knock human sized objects off their feet.

This gust would not only blow the leaves off the trees towards and around the opponent, but the wind would also increase the fire's heat and move the smoke from the leaves around. This would cause the opponent major annoyances and small burns if the leaves around him touch their skin.

Description: The technique, utilized by a chosen few of the Spider Contract, follows the concepts of the Tarantula species where the user will have his chakra form minuscule hairs to jut from the pores of his skin all over his body. These hairs aren't very visible to the naked eye as they appear as translucent minor body hair. Their purpose however, is to act as an irritant to opponents whenever it comes in contact with any exposed skin and/or body parts such as the eyes, nose, and even ears. By having this technique fall in tandem with Taijutsu and other close quarter arts the user can effectively transfer these hairs onto his opponent to have them itch and wail at their troublesome nature- much like that of the actual Tarantula technique. In addition to close quarter application, the user can have all the hairs evicted from his body in an omnidirectional burst up to short ranged of his person, doing this however ends the technique. The hairs, being translucent by nature but silvery in direct light won't be noticed much by opponents but again once it lands on their exposed skin and body parts instant irritation occurs which can stop even the most focused warrior in the middle of an attack. In addition to this the hairs also serve as a grip to users, allowing them to scale walls and traverse slippery surfaces with ease.

So, I've noticed a lot of you go for canon technique donations. That's perfectly fine, however, please note that canon techniques should stay within the possibility of the Naruto world, not too tied to any individual character, and shouldn't be TOO generic. Stuff like "I CREATE PRAYING MANTISES OUT OF THIN AIR AND SEND THEM AT YOU" won't fly.

Of course, I appreciate all of you donating and will very much like to see all of your CJs for use by everyone else! :D

Other note: NK closes thread for checking and only checks a single post. :| Smh.


I realized checking this thread was more work than normal CJ submissions :|

This is the half the equivalent of Inhaling Maw, meaning it must be used twice to be able to use Techniques that require one use of Inhaling Maw and four times to be able to use those that require Ultimate Inhaling Maw. If this is used only once then only B-Rank and below Dark jutsu can be performed.

- This technique can be done in rapid succession (three uses will occupy the same time frame), though it will still count as one of your three moves for each usage.
- IF used in rapid succession up to twice or three times, it has a two turn cooldown till it can be used again at all.

Another ability of the insects is that they can detonate themselves with the small explosives inside of them, and is equal to C-rank. Lastly, the caterpillars have small fangs on them which can be used to pierce a target dealing damage, but is a free form move so it would not do much damage at the most it could pierce flesh.

Description: Using the secondary function of the chakra threads, which is to attach and grapple on to objects or people like a spider's web, the user creates at least 5-10 chakra strings from their hand(s) (5 chakra strings would require one hand. 10 chakra strings would require two hands.) These chakra strings race towards the opponent with great speed and attach on to them. The chakra string then begin to wrap around the opponent tightly constricting their movements (This is a full body wrap). The strength of the constriction depends on how many threads the user uses. Five threads would result in a B-rank level restriction and A rank would require 10 threads. Unique only to the A rank variant, the user can further tighten the grip on the opponent causing physical harm to them as their body would have increasing pressure imposed on it.

Description: Extension is a technique to increase the range of physical attacks the puppet preforms. Chakra threads in this case are used like wires placed on the joint of the puppet. With puppets like Crow who can disconnect their limbs, the user can apply chakra strings into that joint to keep the parts connected at a distance, so with one hand seal the arm/leg etc can be drawn back into that joint from extremely long distances. This uses the chakra threads ability to latch on to things like a spiders web and as a result can be used as a real string or wire as seen when Chiyo brought her arm back to her during her fight with Sasori.

Description: Path is a puppet built primarily for supplementary and defensive uses to aid the user and other puppets in battle. Path's design is similar to the design of Sanshouo(Salamander), a hollow puppet with great defensive abilities being able to defend against B rank and lower attacks with ease. Path's chest compartment opens into a hollow chamber littered with puppet parts(such as heads, legs etc) along the wall. where things such as other puppets, seals, or weapons can be stored there. Path also has dozens of arms stored within the walls of his chest that can be easy used on the user's command. With a tug of a chakra thread, the user can command Path to open up its chest and extend these internal arms to latch on to a puppet or target and bring them within the hollow chest of path. The doors are closed and the puppet/target is protected. Path has a secondary function, a more hidden one. With the formation of a boar handseal, the user can command Path once again to extend its internal arms to grab onto a target but in this case the target is a destroyed/dismantled puppet. At this point the user injects their chakra into Path through chakra threads and Path will feverishly rebuild and repair the broken puppet with the spare parts that are contained in its large chest. After finishing, Path ejects the puppet, ready to be used again by the user. However, Path can only repair puppets a select number of times due to a shortage on parts. Path can only repair puppets 3 times per battle. Path is made of oil treated wood for extreme durability and has a light weight steel frame that travels throughout his body. These two materials together are what give its defense against B ranks and below that was mentioned earlier in the puppet description.

Description: Bunpuki's Testament was a technique developed by the first Jinchuuriki of the Shukaku, Bunpuki; specifically designed to counter Water and Rain Release users. The technique involves the user calling forth billions of sand grains from the ground and manipulating them to absorb the moisture in the air. The technique specifically works with the sand grains absorbing water droplets and as such, the technique is designed to disperse clouds or to alternatively negate mist by manipulating the grains to absorb all of the water present in the mist. The technique in a sense exploits the weakness of Sand to Water, and thus in fact allows the user to use the sand to negate Water techniques of the one rank below (S-Rank counters A-Rank Water and Rain) by absorbing them. The technique however specifically targets moisture-based Water techniques and cannot be used to absorb water from other kinds of Water techniques; such as a wave of water. The size and strength of the sand grains depends upon the chakra put into the technique by the user.
Note: The user cannot heat up the atmosphere if this technique is utilized to counter an opponent's technique, with the only exception being if the technique happens to overpower that of the opponent. The atmosphere will also heat up if this technique is used against natural clouds or mist, as in clouds/mist not infused with chakra.
Note: The opponent and the user are rendered incapable of utilizing A Rank and above Suiton techniques for 4 turns if the sand grains happen to absorb most of the moisture in the air. Doesn't effect water specilists such as tobirama
Note: The S Rank version can only be used four per battle, with the user being unable to use S Rank and above Sand techniques in the next turn.

Description: The user comes in contact with their iron sand and charges magnetic chakra through the area of contact with either a magnetic field that will attract the iron sand or repulse it away from the user. This technique is purely supplementary and can be used in many situations, however it only works with iron sand and no other magnetic materials. Through this method, the user can either move to a certain spot where present iron sand is through an attractive charged magnetic chakra. The mass of iron sand can also be moved towards the user. However, what decides which part moves(the user or the sand) is determined by the mass of the sand. If the sands mass overcomes that of the user, the user is attracted to the sand. If the users mass overcomes that of the sand, the sand is attracted towards the user. Same thing with repulsion. If the sands weight overcomes that of the user, the user is the one to get bounced away from the surface of the sand and if the users weight overcomes that of the sand, the sand is the one to get bounced away from the user. The sand in any direction will not deal any damage towards the user or opponent as it is a purely supplementary technique.

Repulsion
The user charges the present body of iron sand with an opposing magnetic field, making the user repel the iron sands mass and thus bounce off its surface. This can provide a quick manouver to get out of a tricky situation in order to evade incoming jutsus. The repulsion is fast and equivalent to that of the users running speed. If the mass of iron sand is less of the user, the sand is then bounced away from the user and could act as a defensive mechanism or evasion.

Attraction
The user charges the present body of iron sand with an attractive magnetic field, making the user attract the iron sands mass and thus retrieve it. This reaches up to long range and can be used as a decoy or could even provide a specific body armor that can coat a desired part of the users body as the sand will spread out on the user's surface. However, if the mass of the iron sand is more than that of the user, the user is the one that moves towards the iron sand. This can be a very great maneuver to get out of tricky situations where the user may be immobilized. The user can attract themselves to a body of iron sand up to long-range away from them and will be moving at the same rate of the users running speed.

Note: Magnetic forces only impacts iron sand and no other metals or magnetic materials.

Description: The user focuses water chakra in any part of his body which he intends to use to attack or defend from an attack(e.g. fists, palms, arms, legs, etc) and when attacking or defending, releases and molds the water to an expanded size of that body part. For example, if the user wants to punch an opponent with his/her right fist, he/she releases water from that fist, quickly shaping it into that same fist but a faster and larger size of it, dealing more damage to the opponent and leaving them soaked. If it's a kick, then the water released is molded into the shape of the user's leg but a faster and bigger size. The releasing of the water is really fast, making it seem like user is punching/kicking them out of their body. The size of the expanded water body part is the same as an Akimichi's but does not have the solid property of a normal hand since it is water. The user can punch/kick out the expanded water body parts multiple times, although not more than 3 times with one .
-Usable 4 times per battle and only on one particular limb at a time.

User of the technique would by manipulating paper form a paper tornado directly around opponent. As the tornado is formed around the opponent it would start to compress itself around the opponent until it crushes them. Every paper sheet which is inside of paper tornado would turn around it's own axis and thus gain razor sharpness being able to cut through human flesh at touch.

Description: Burrow Strike of Psamathe is technique of earth release element which can both be used as to make offense and escape enemies attack. User would through the rapid release and manipulation of chakra change the ground upon which they are standing to the one of sand in a similar manner as done when performing (Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique, which would allow them as to move through it. Traversing through the ground they would be capable of reaching up to long range from their initial position. However unlike the previously mentioned technique, user would leave a trail behind them. This trail would be in form of up to six spikes that can emerge only above the surfaces the user went through before once again arising from the ground. User can chose where they would make the spikes rise. Additionally, with the emergence of the spikes so will be the sand and small participles of earth found underground. This would happen due to the user using the ground through which they were moving so as to make spikes arise. The participles which would follow the spikes would move outwards which would cause the target they are effecting to lose their ability of sight unless defended for a turn in which they were created.

Despite being able to see within the lava walls, the Kabane are created in numbers to swarm the space from all directions, lashing out at their prey and usually try to overpower them. Description: Yōton: Akuma no Gōmon Fīrudo is a ninjutsu the utilize the Lava Element to create an aerial weapon to bombard your enemy from the sky. After performing the Snake seal and slamming both their palms on the ground, lava in the ground is converted into rubber in the form of a creature to emerge to the surface. This creature is a weapon controlled and fueled with the user's chakra to float in the air above the target. It is made of a rubber material with a round, ball-shaped. Its face is rather distorted and there is a chain around its neck expressing the intense pain and sadness of a trapped soul. On the outside surface of its body, dozens of gun barrels are protruding from its belly, pointed down below on the target. Inside its cavity, rubber aligning the walls are assimilated into small, compact rubber bullets to be fired from the gun barrels. Although it lacks inaccuracy, these rubber bullets have a high rate of fire with a widespread range that has the power to pierce flesh. As its body is being absorbed for ammunition and rapidly firing on the target, it diminishes the size of the creature until no more. Due to the degree of chakra control, the user is restrained from firing excessively and reduce to firing within a 2-minute interval.

Description: Yōton: Supuringu Haru Būtsu is a ninjutsu that utilizes the Lava Element to transform part of their body into rubber, in the shape of springs. Concentrating lava chakra into the legs and changing it into rubber to form coils, it grants the user amazing jumping and bouncing power, which can be used to launch himself at incredible speeds, in order to deliver attacks enhanced by a high magnitude of momentum. Due to the reactive force of bouncing off solid surfaces, the user can break apart the said surface. By applying this ability to other portions of the body, such as the arms, it can release strong, longer-ranged punches. The user can also turn his abdomen into a spring, which grants him more flexibility. The weakness of this technique lies within the self-propulsion by turning the legs into springs: the user can only be propelled in a straight direction, making it easy for the opponents to predict the trajectory and counterattack. Furthermore, the user needs something solid to bounce off of, thus the direction is based on the geography of the battlefield; that being said, this also leaves heavy collateral damage depending on how the user decides to bounce. However, such weaknesses do not apply when the power is used to launch a spring-loaded punch or kick.

The absorbed Jutsu augments the power of the pig head (that swells) and with another hand seal, it is fired towards the target, where it explodes with a 5-meter blast radius.
