Description: the user will tap his foot on the ground 3 times, the first time he is using his earth chakra to hallow out the ground beneath the enemy. The second will then create ice shards inside the hole and finally the third will force wind chakra upwards beneath the ice forcing ice come up by sending his wind chakra under the ice forcing it up creating a large barrage of ice shards and wind come up from beneath the enemy tearing them to shreds.
Note: the ice and wind together equal s rank, the earth chakra is for hallowing the ground and that's it.

Description: The user focuses his blast chakra into a weapon which he is holding, inbuing it with explosive tendancies, after which once the user strikes the opponent with that said weapon, on the point of contact an explosion is given off similar to that of the landmine fist technique which acts in the same way as to avoid damage to the user.

This technique can be used on any weapon and due to the blast being concentrated in such a way to avoid damage to the user and the weapon he is holding, the weapon itself won't break under the blasts expolsive power. The explosion that occurs on contact is as powerful as landmine fist and can cause severe burns and cause the opponents own weapons to break easily. The effects of this jutsu are similar to landmine fist except through the extension of a weapon instead.

Note: Can only be used four times per battle

Description: This technique releases two big Gold Dust spheres in to the air of opposite polaritys causing great resistance and heat between the two they begin to build magnetic force, This happens as the magnetic forces collide repelling both spheres causing gold dust to scatter across the field in huge spikes and spirals that are very random and hard to dodge. The spikes and spiral fall randomly down towards the battle field and the opponent needs to run around to avoid being hit. It lasts until the concentration of the user is broken by the opponent.

-Using this technique causes a great strain on the user limiting them to only 2 moves in the next turn-
-This technique uses all of the users magnetic chakra causing them to be unable to manipulate Gold Dust for two turns-

Description: The user gathers Swift Chakra into his arms and to a lesser extent his legs, he slowly moves his arms around in a circular motion in front of him this process takes a mere three seconds. During this time the user regulates his breathing and focuses on the manipulation and gathering of his Swift Chakra. Once he has gathered enough Swift Chakra he is able to punch much faster dealing 10 speed induced punches easily in the time it would take to perform a single muscle bond punch. He can group these punches together in small groups of ten but can't do more than 30 punches at any given time. He may also run at the opponent getting a running start before he begins the barrage of punches. The Swift punches are much stronger than a usual punch as the user's arms are moving at an astonishing speed barely traceable by the human eye it takes well trained eyes to see and predict the punches. The punches can fracture bones and bruise internal organs. Due to the constant manipulation and gathering of Swift Chakra the user can only use Wind and Lightning this turn. I only made this jutsu Short-Mid because the user can get a running start they are still just punches and cannot reach out to Mid Range.
Notes:
-Can only perform 3 groups of 10 punches
-No other Swift Jutsu custom or canon can be used the same turn
-No Fuuton or Raiton jutsu can be used in this turn after this jutsu is perform

Description: Jūgo uses his Sage Transformation abilities on one of his arms to produce a single jet booster like appendage that extends out from his forearm. This booster is relatively small compared to the ones used for moving him or boosting his speed. From this booster he releases a compressed mass of Natural Energy infused chakra in the form of a sphere that is shot out towards the opponent with enough force to cause bodily harm. The sphere has a four inch radius and has enough force upon impact to fracture bones and cause internal damage such as bleeding and bruising of organs upon impact the sphere explodes. The explosion is enough to cause severe burns. The sphere itself moves about as fast as a thrown kunai and only takes a moment to charge. This still allows use of the hand as it's extended from the forearm and not the hand itself.

Description: While using his Sage Transformation ability, Jūgo can alter his body part covering a limb or appendage in dozens of three inch spike like bumps. The spikes themselves are very hard, and stiff enough to pierce regular unaltered human flesh. These spikes can therefor pierce flesh and cause additional lacerations and rather deep wounds nothing life threatening but enough to cause a decent amount of excess pain along with a taijutsu movement. These spikes can not exceed three inches and there can be no more then thirty small spike like growths.

-Can be used thrice
-The spikes can last two turns but deplete chakra to be sustained.

Description: The user after 5 handseals, channels his doton chakra into the ground short range of him, then he stomps his leg making up to 3 big boulders (x2 size of a normal soccerball) rise from the ground shaped into soccer balls. The user while hardening his legs also using doton chakra, momentarily leaps into air and with swift continuous spinning movement, kicks each balls separately towards the opponent with extreme power at different angles(overall kicking takes 1sec and can be directed in any direction the user is facing). The rock balls proceeds towards the opponent at fast speed. However it can still be seen and tracked by normal eyes. its procession carries a force that rub itself against air resistance therefore making it to be coated in fire due to air friction as soon as they are kicked. Due to the additional fire coating which requires no katon chakra, Ball can break through S-rank earth and A-rank if splitted into 2, can break B- rank earth if 3 balls were made.

If the users hands are not touching the ground, the panthers will simply attack the opponent whenever they see him/her.
Note: can only be used by RockLeeGreenBeast and those he shares this jutsu with.

Note: Panthers must be destroyed with an approperate jutsu.
Note: Panthers disperse after 3 turns if they are not destroyed.

Description: The user would release his chakra into the opponent's brain after doing 3 hand seals and disrupt his chakra flow, catching him in this genjutsu which affects the the opponent's vision, making him see the battlefield and the user of this jutsu exactly as they are, making it seem as if the world suddenly stopped like in a still image. Furthermore, the user would manipulate the chakra further, so that if the opponent turns around, it'd still look exactly as it was, due to the user linking his vision within the chakra, and making his opponent see the same thing he was seeing. This allows the user to throw Kunais or perform hand seals without his opponent being aware of what's going on/being performed, which in return would slow down their reaction time greatly, since they (opponent) would have no idea something is even coming towards them. However, this genjutsu only affects vision, so every other sense the opponent has is still intact and can be used to figure out that they have in fact been put in a genjutsu.

Simultaneously, they will see the user disappear from his previous position and reappear in mid air exhaling a large stream of flames that engulfs them, burning them alive.

Suiton: Kikkubokushingu Mizu | Water Release: Water Kickboxing

Description: The user focuses water chakra in any part of his body which he intends to use to attack or defend from an attack(e.g. fists, palms, arms, legs, etc) and when attacking or defending, releases and molds the water to an expanded size of that body part. For example, if the user wants to punch an opponent with his/her right fist, he/she releases water from that fist, quickly shaping it into that same fist but a faster and larger size of it, dealing more damage to the opponent and leaving them soaked. If it's a kick, then the water released is molded into the shape of the user's leg but a faster and bigger size. The releasing of the water is really fast, making it seem like user is punching/kicking them out of their body. The size of the expanded water body part is the same as an Akimichi's but does not have the solid property of a normal hand since it is water. The user can punch/kick out the expanded water body parts multiple times, although not more than 3 times with one .
-Usable 4 times per battle and only on one particular limb at a time.
-Can only be taught by Littlefinger.

Heya! So I finished checking everything except my own techniques, obviously.

I'd like to reiterate a few things. Firstly, there are two categories for a reason.
If you wish to donate jutsus for universal use, they will obviously go into the thread titled This makes them available for everyone, however, they can not be used in official battle tests.

If you wish to donate jutsus for canon use, they will go into the canon threads specifically. So, let us say that you donated a Yamanaka technique specifically for canon usage and it was approved, it will be added under Yamanaka Techniques. This allows you to remove that technique from your CJ slot, freeing up a new slot. Of course, this means that if you want to donate your techniques for canon usage, it will be subjected to a much harsher check than for simply universal usage. All jutsus accepted in this category may be used for official battle tests.

All techniques currently added will have a special tag stating "courtesy of [your name]" underneath it.

Note that we will also keeping track of how many CJs you donate, so that means, yes, even techniques becoming canon count.

Description: The user after channeling their raiton chakra throughout every chakra point in their body and performing the handseal sequence of Dragon → Serpent → Tiger, throws both of their arms upwards to release the chakra as a vertical cylindrical column of lightning which surrounds their body and travels up towards the sky. The column encases the user's body as its released and can be altered to have up to a radius of five meters around the user. If the opponent comes into contact with the column, they are suddenly thrown upwards and overloaded with a dangerous amount of raiton chakra, leaving their body paralyzed for two turns. The raiton chakra released via this method is oppositely charged to that of natural lightning, allowing this technique to be used to discharge storm clouds and hence prevent any lightning strikes. As a result, this technique is exceedingly useful in negating the conditions required for Kirin.

Description: The user will make direct contact with an object before focusing their suiton chakra directly into their intended target. Through the use of this chakra, the user will apply a process of conversion similar to the ones employed in replacement techniques using various mediums e.g. water, sand, etc. Instead of converting one's own body into water, the user will cause the target substance to undergo the state transition in their stead. Unlike the original technique this jutsu is based on (Water Replacement), the converted object will retain both its shape and form, granting it a certain degree of solidity (Similar to Water Style: Sword of Draining) thus allowing the user to keep a hold of the newly liquefied object if they wish to. If the user wishes instead of the whole object being turned into water, only select components (e.g. hilt or blade of a weapon) can be targeted. This technique cannot be used on people/summons, Custom weapons and sentient weapons (e.g. Samehada)

With further shape manipulation, the user can shape four shackles with chains attach to them, and with a wave of the hand, cause the shackles to extend and bind to the opponents limb, while pulling them back abruptly, and locking them into the tomb. With the use of another handseal, the user can cause the inside of the tomb to create icicles, stabbing a target who is inside and possibly killing them.

Notes & Restrictions:
- Shackles can extend up to 10 meters
- Can only be used three times, with a two turn cooldown. No S-rank wind/water for the next turn, and no S-rank Ice either.
- The tomb can stay at the battlefield for two turns without being used, however, on the third turn, it will simply melt.

Description: The user will expel chakra outwards, from her hands. The chakra will create a set of 5 wires, thin and sharp but strong, which will immediately wrap around the opponent. While they can be used on their own to powerfully constrict the opponent, they can be used more efficiently by adding an elemental nature to them. Strong elements (Earth, Metal, etc) or Slicing elements (Wind, Lightning, etc) will strengthen or sharpen the thin wires, which will allow them to slice through flesh and bone by the inherited constriction force. Other elements may weaken the body itself, allowing the said slicing effect (Fire burning, Rotting elements, etc). Elements that do not fall in these characteristics will simply add their characteristics to the wires, but will only have the tight grip of normal chakra wires, and not the slicing property.
With one handseal, the wires can be shot from the ground upwards, binding the target. The user can gradually increase the sharpness and the tight hold of the technique by hand gestures (when he uses it from his hands directly as "whips") or by maintaining the hand seal (if used from the ground).
*If used from the ground, can't perform any further jutsu until the grip is released*
The wires are only able to severe the thinner limbs/weak spots and severely injuring the thicker body parts (I.e Severe arms, legs, necks, and Injure torso, head).

Description: Based on the principle of friction and microscopic texture. While some materials may seem smooth to the naked eye, in the nano-scale, they're comprised of multiple irregularities and rough textures. When two materials drag on each other, the inherited friction increases exponentially, superior than it would happen case the materials were virtually smooth. Applying the teachings of the basic Tree/Water Walking techniques, the user is able to create a thin layer of chakra across any surface of his/her own body. The chakra is thus able to cover or enhance the microscopic irregularities, thus increasing or decreasing the friction to extremes.

(Kato Enten) Smooth Tadpole- The thin layer will get rid of the irregularities in one's body surface, allowing a nearly zero-friction surface. Given the natural flexibility and curvature of the user's own body, and allying it with well-timed motions, the user is able to become impervious to any physical attack, allowing it to slip off the side. The selective aspect of the jutsu allows one to retain some un-covered areas, permitting usages such as whole-body "armor" with naked soles for walking, left covered-sole and right naked sole for fast gliding, covered arm for evasion and naked fist for attack, etc.

(Gama Ranbou) Rough Toad - The thin layer will accentuate the irregularities in one's body surface, increasing the friction. It allows one to have a much better grip on objects, almost sticking to them in a microscopic scale. Likewise, it allows one to mimic the Lotus Effect, becoming a superhydrophobic surface. This, among other things, would turn the user impervious to pathogenic agents like bacteria, fungi or algae growth, reducing or eliminating the area of contact with the water particles in which these pathogens dwell and proliferate.

Effective against Earth and Water based elements, to a certain extend, as one can be affected through the sheer size of the tangible object. There is a protection against physical blades, but not intangible blades, such as those created with Wind or Energy based elements. While it does cover oneself with chakra, the low amount of chakra deployed is minimal, and thus, outside the described effects, it is useless as a chakra armor, when in direct confrontation with chakra-based attacks. It does not protect against Genjutsu or Yamanaka techniques.
The user is able to passively change between the Smooth, Rough and Normal aspect as long as the technique is active, though, except in the turn of usage, swapping between the Rough and Smooth will count once towards the jutsu count. The user is able to selectively cover oneself with chakra, allowing the rest of the surface to be normal, and alter the degree of irregularity, but the whole affected surface must have the same degree, thus preventing part of the body to have the Rough variation and other part the Smooth.
Lasts 5 turns, max, per usage.
Requires 1 turn cool down.
Can only be used 5 times.
Allows the cover to spread through body/clothes and any surface in contact with the user up to 1 meter all around (thus allowing other people to suffer the same effects).
Doesn't negate usage rank and strength and thus can only be used against physical Jutsu A-Rank and bellow and is completely useless against energy based elements while neutral to wind based ones.

Description: After 3 handseals, the user is able to cast a genjutsu either on her/himself or on an opponent. The genjutsu pertains as the removal of harm and pain, giving a false sense of security, where there is none, by reattaching severed limbs or healing up wounds and burns or merely anesthetizing the opponent from pain. The illusion comes with a feeling as if the user has been coated by a soft bubble, like a feathery cushion, while seeing missing limbs being reattached, or wounds healing up or poisons being removed from the organism. The illusion makes it so that anything posterior to the initial cast of the genjutsu simple disappears or is bounced off from the skin, instead of healing, further adding to the false notion of security.
While it could be use to sustain wounds that do not put someone in immediate danger, being solely nuisances, the genjutsu could also cover up potentially fatal and paralyzing injuries, making its target careless and self-harmful. The genjutsu latches strongly to the opponent's mind, allowing the user to combine it with a second genjutsu, making the second genjutsu strong against physical pain releases, however major pain stimuli (very deep cuts, strong burns, etc. ) will still break it.

*If used with a painful second genjutsu, there will be no pain involved.*

Description: After 2 handseals, the user will cast a genjutsu on the opponent, making him feel 2 lightning threads surge from each eye across his/her face. The lightning threads will cause great pain as they go around the head, pulling the facial muscles into a wide eyed shocked expression and then shoot into the ground, pulling the head downwards to have the opponent face the heaven. At that point, the lightning strings that links the head to the ground pressure into an area of the brain not dealing with vision but the interpretation of vision (left occipital lobe and temporal lobes), signaling the user's chakra messing with those particular areas. At which point, the opponent becames mentally blind, able to see but enable to make sense of it, as the genjutsu mimics Visual Agnosia.
The user has to rely on senses other than vision to perceive through this genjutsu, including but exclusively Sharingan, Byakugan and other Rinnegan, as it does not create a cloak to their eyes but actually messes with the perception and interpretation of visual stimmuli.

*Is basically a normal genjutsu with a visual twist, it is as weak to any other method of dispelling as any other genjutsu*

In case that doesn't work, the user can, by stomping on the ground, seep out the remaining underground syrup, sticking the opponent's foot to the ground.
In case the opponent decides to go underground to avoid the geysers he will come into contact with the substance underground and be stuck there, making him an easy target. The substance will short-circuit electricity, so if he tries using Nagashi to free himself he is dead.

Utilizing her Water Chakra, the user drastically increased the cohesion of the water molecules and decreased the adhesion of the water molecules, thus creating thick beads of water that will bounce off any object. The user can redirect the beads of water by stomping on the ground, thus erupting (up to 10) small pillars of earth (Counts towards the jutsu count) , until either she decides to pop them (using one handseal) or the beads collide with a sharp object, thus breaching the spheres and blasting the sticky substance inside onto the target. the user can infuse Fire or Lightning into the balls (For Boiling Beads or Electrified Bead, isntead of Sticky Beads), without changing the Adhesion and Cohesion levels. Wind jutsus might burst the ball aswell.
With one handseal, the user can make each bead burst into 10-20 smaller yet faster beads, with the same characteristics, despite the size.

Description: This jutsu is based on the Earth Chakra's abilities to harden or soften any earth feature. By slamming the user's palm on the ground, or on any thrown or erupted earth structure, the user is able to harden or soften the said structure, all at once. The technique is based on the user's chakra reservations, and thus the area and volume of the feature the user wishes to change varies with it.
As described this technique has two variants:

(Buru no Ai Naguriai) Bison's Love Fist, which allows the structure struck by the right hand to harden immediately. Basically, any soft structure, such as Sand, Gravel or Mud (Created by Earth Release (Canon Element), not Mud Release (Custom Element) will turn into rock.

(Ushi no Nyuujou Kissu) Cow's Milky Kiss, which allows the structure struck by the left hand to soften immediately. Basically, any hard structure, such as Rock, Harden Mud or Earth will turn into sand.

By sidestepping the opponents offensive limb the user will actively move closer to the opponent while turning, grabbing his upper body while twisting his hips and pressing in to his opponents side, the users body behaves as a lever for the opponent causing him to be thrown in to the ground with considerable force, because this attack uses the opponents own momentum against him the opponent will suffer detrimental effects should this attack be successful. Due to having the wind knocked out of him and probably broken ribs, losing 15% of his total speed and tracking ability for two turns after this jutsu due to a lack of oxygen in the body and brain. Which is caused by the winding effect of being slammed on ones back.

The vacuum effect would take a few seconds to kick in.
If caught in the vacuum for two turns the opponent will pass out. The user can't peform any other jutsu while using this

Description: Molding their Swift chakra, the user very rapidly moves their hand/hands manipulating the chakra's shape and condensing it, giving it form and substance with an after effect of a shocking static field around the hand/hands. This allows the molded and formed chakra to either be thrown at swift speeds at a person/object, or to coat another object/weapon, drastically increasing it's speed and cutting potential. Because of Swift chakra's nature and the static field created from moving the hands so rapidly, the damage would have not only cutting properties, but slight shocking/numbing effects as well. Alternatively, an entire limb could be vibrated back and forth at such speed, it can create a small burst of natural wind pushing objects/people backwards. The effects are not maintainable for more than the turn used.

Description: The user channels wind chakra in their forarm(s) or shin(s). The user releases the chakra out and forms a scythe like blade of wind chakra. The user releases the chakra out of their forearms or shins and using shape manipulation, shapes the released chakra into a blade similar to a scythe. The blade is grey in color and can be as long as the user's arms. The blade is very sharp and dense enough to cut through the same rank attacks and below attacks.

When used with the Samurai Saber Technique the user with a swing of the weapon can release out a crescent shape of chakra. The user can change the shape of the chakra to whatever they desire with in reason. This technique counters against A rank and below techniques because it is advanced shape manipulation making the technique neutral to same rank as elemental jutsus. This technique is the same concept and everything as Samurai Saber Techniques just using different weapons instead of swords.

Description:
Similar to "Hiding in Shadow Technique", the user can conceal various weapons within their shadow if they so wish, from kunai to spears - when the weapon is recalled it will rise from the shadow slowly so that the user can use it, or it can be fired from the shadow at a certain angle to attack a target.

A More advanced use of this being able to hide smaller tools within shadows of their body, though the problem is the user has to make sure the shadow isn't destroyed or else the kunai (or whatever is hidden will reveal itself). The user can also seem to catch a thrown kunai or shuriken and making it disappear, though it will actually be hidden within the shadow of their palm - only as long as they slightly close their hand into a fist. To reveal it again the user just needs to open is hand out and the kunai will fire from their hand at the same force it was thrown.

After using Dark release: Inhaling Maw to absorb the physical and spiritual energy of the enemies technique, the user will perform one hand seal and then crosses his arms above his head to begin charging the jutsu, forming a small black orb which rapidly grows in size and also gains small white lights inside it, similar to the night sky. He then unleashes the orb at the target. The orb appears to be incredibly strong, and holds tremendous amount of power to crush its opponents. This technique is able to trap the enemy in itself. Once inside the enemy is surrounded by darkness and no sound. The person trapped in the technique is able to use A-rank and below water or earth techniques to escape from the orb.
Notes:
- Can only be used twice per-match.

This tube doesn't touch the users body it's one meter away from the users body so he doesn't take any damage, if the opponent is within range of this technique they will receive massive damage.

Once the shards have finished dividing, they will fly at the victim and stab him, leaving the target with minor mental damage.

Description:
The user does three handsigns begins by building up there crystal chakra and proceeds to turn the top 3 feet of the ground into crystal making it so the enemy's are no longer touching the ground and able to manipulate the ground itself. This also can be used as a focus point for making crystal jutsu's rise up from the platform faster as there is already a crystal source to draw from. The platform can be damaged but it will take a jutsu equal in power to do so, following elemental interactions. The user also has the ability to control how far the range of the technique will work but has to state during the jutsu process which ranges are being effect. Speed reference for building the platform is similar in speed to crystal labrynth.

Restrictions: can only be used once

Description:
This jutsu requires two handsigns and then the user grows Crystal like scales out of all there sweat pores on there body. The user can control which portions of the body they would like scales to be on as well instead of full body. The scales are not very thick but are very dense Crystal, and dark pink colored in nature. These scales are in no way turning her body into Crystal but are making a layer of scales over her skin, which can move like dragon scales would thus giving considerable movements. The scales can be used to block taijutsu up to B rank and blunt force ninjutsu up to C rank. The scales can be shattered by Guren if they become a hindrance to her during combat. They will also slow your movements down by -1 of your current speed but it will give you a +10 damage when used with taijutsu.
As a full on release Guren can form one more single handsign sharpening all the scales to sword like points, point straight off the users body and fully release the scales shooting them from her body in every direction within short range.

Description: One of the most basic weaknesses of Gentle Fist is it's raw nature, unable to withstand elemental chakra of the same level unless it possesses a greater density or an advanced shape-.. this technique has been developed to overcome said weakness. Just before executing a Gentle Fist technique and in the same timeframe a Hyuuga converts the raw chakra to wind chakra a split second before exerting it. Due to the nature given to the chakra it gains a slight cutting ability aswell as a slight gusting force behind it but due to the conversion of the nature of the chakra into wind chakra it loses it's ability to deal internal damage and solely damages the target externally, making this technique most suited towards ranged Gentle Fist techniques that do not rely on internal damage in the first place. This technique however can only be utilized in combination with gentle fist techniques that do not require advanced shape manipulation nor the ones that possess an increased density such as the rotation techniques.
Note: Requires mastery of Gentle Fist.

Description: The user exerts chakra from several tenketsu from a single part of their body, this chakra is gathered roughly ten centimeters away from the user's skin and forms a small shield of chakra, no bigger than twice the size of an average palm conveniently useable as a way to block tai/kenjutsu attacks(upto B-Rank) but is weak to elemental techniques as it's merely raw chakra which does not require advanced chakra manipulation. If the opponent makes physical contact with the shield they will suffer slight damage across the part of their skin which connected with it.
