Same happened to Sasuke he used chidori the chapter before that with ease then suddenly can't use it anymore. And then after they went what a whole day in taijutsu? And stalemated and Sasuke had his sharingan off.

Without Rikudou power up, regular BSM Half Kurama is equal to legged Susano'o. You're overrestimating it. It only reached PS size after Rikudo Senjutsu.

I don't know what you are implying in your post. Going to have to be a little bit more clear, but here is my response from the gist of it.
Naruto used up a portion of his TB chakra, hence why Sasuke stated that he was running low on it.
Sasuke got juiced up thanks to the Tailed Beasts.
He used the remaining chakra on a final attack (Indra arrow)
Naruto who was running low on chakra stalemated the attack via Senjutsu enhancements.

Both of them were on the ground. Replenished or not. Even Sasuke who lost the Bijuu chakra was not completely healed, meaning that his chakra was low too. Sasuke was obviously not in base, as his 3T was on, while Naruto was.

You can see in the panel I posted right above, that Sasuke tried to form his Chidori, but it faied. Mind you, he still had his Sharingan activated. The panel right below where Naruto trips, somehow Sasuke gets his chakra back and creates the Chidori.

The extensive use of forcing both chidoris is ultimately what caused his body to revert back to normal (No 3T) which was seen after they fought moments afterwards sluggishly.

Point is base Naruto isn't > base Sasuke. Tired or not they stalemated on both occasions
No sharingan for Sasuke.

I'm quoting you because I know you are a reasonable sasuke fan and I'm definitely not ready to have a long out war with a Naruto fan when I know most of there thinking is bias..

So my question is why would you think Pain arc SM Naruto > over Danzou fight MS Sasuke? Naruto's Sage mode lasted for 5 minutes.. He'll be one shoted by Amaterasu and any genjutsu.

Because argubly that Sasuke is not the same Sasuke who unlocked MS and fought with Killer Bee. The same applies to Naruto, that Naruto is not the same Naruto who fought Pain, but I think he is bringing up the points where Naruto fought Kurama in his subconscious (with the help of Kushina of course).

One major difference is Naruto knew how to use Sage Mode, Sasuke didn't know how to use his MS Abilities..

That's not really the case. Sasuke used Amaterasu on Killer Bee without actually training or knowing how to use it, he just activated his MS and brought up memories of the past. Same goes with Kagutsuchi, he used it right after too.

MS Sasuke vs Danzou, that Sasuke was definitely experienced. Not to mention the Sasuke who fought against the Kages never did any prior MS training before he went there. What does that mean? I'll let you think for yourself.
