Naruto can just use chakra arms, we have already seen version 1 naruto's chakra cloak being resistant to amaterasu. His chakra arms in KCM won't be burnt at all by such a weak attack.

All naruto has to use is COFRS and it's game over.

Naruto isn't restricted to close range, & he can use clones as a diversion, plus he'd never sacrifice his own arm to land an attack when he has chakra arms. In order to match KCM naruto sasuke needs a defense that can withstand a FRS [let alone multiple], & his complete susanoo is the only one that can possibly do that.
