Spy on an important target and remain undetected
Steal valuable information from the enemy
Disperse a mob

Mission Passed. As a warning, watch skimming over important details, like dispersing the mob for example. At times, you glazed over the more important details of "how you did it" with things as simple as "even though they took down 15 guys by themselves. Alucard had taken down another 20" A-rank and S-rank are where the difficulty spikes enough to require a noticeable change in detail. Other than that, decent enough to pass. Also just as a side note all mods can check missions. I do the brunt of the ones I can check because it's the main reason I was modded but that doesn't mean you should spam my profile constantly with reminders about it.
Players involved: Skorm Mission Rank: A Story elements chosen:
Fight an individual of comparable strength
Meet with a major faction representative
Convince an enemy to fight with you
Date of beginning & date of conclusion: (09/05/2019 - Start) | (09/05/2019 - End) Relevant mission links:x Additional information: N/A
Mission Failed. Again, you seriously have to watch skimming over important details to advance the plot or rush the narrative this time it was too egregious to overlook. The fight was too short, and didn't feel "of comparable strength." This is because each party only used two moves, that's not really a "fight." More like intel gathering on the opponent, if you followed it up with another bigger bout that could have worked, but as it stands it falls short of an A-rank mission. Moving on there was no negotiation, diplomacy or meeting involved with "Meet with a major faction representative" that would require some form of dialogue where you arrange terms or discuss a mutual goal. Something more tangible than "Hi I'm Alucard, I'm here for a sword." "K, take my daughter with you. Bye." Finally, you didn't "convince an enemy to fight with you" at all. That would have required you to sway them to your side, all you really said at that point was "Old man, i don't believe in fate. I came here to get a sword, and i aint leaving empty handed. Its not in my nature, so you stand in or get out of my way." and the leader went from wanting to kill your character to aiding it by sending his daughter with you. You didn't convince him to fight with you, and during the whole exchange your character even took a back-seat to the NPCs advancement of the plot. Your character must take a more integral part in the flow of a mission for the higher-ranked ones. You can't allow the NPCs to control the narrative, it's your character's mission, not theirs.
Players involved: Skorm Mission Rank: S Story elements chosen:
Explore a dangerous site
Guard someone very important
Assassinate the enemy commander
Destroy a large community
Date of beginning & date of conclusion: (09/06/2019 - Start) | (09/06/2019 - End) Relevant mission links:† Additional information: N/A
Mission Passed. I went back and forth on this one reading through it. "Assassinate the enemy commander" felt lacking and "Destroy a large community" was only shoe-horned in at the end to raise the rank up to S-rank having very little effort attributed to it. Though, it feels like enough work was spread between the numerous elements to deserve a pass. Though I'd suggest using fewer elements in the future, 4+ is where things begin to get dicey, since it becomes harder to focus on each element to completion without ballooning and bloating the mission. Though, that's just a suggestion.
Players involved: Anbu Kirito Mission Rank: (1) = D Story elements chosen: (1) Explore a Landmark Date of beginning & date of conclusion: November 21st, 2019 Relevant mission links: Azuma Returns to The Bone Fields
Additional information: This was my first NW post in a good while (several arcs), so I treated it as if he was returning following a significant period of absence. Hopefully this is okay.
Players Involved: Anbu Kirito
Mission Rank: 3 = B
Storyboard Elements Chosen:
Investigate the history of a landmark (3)
Date of beginning & date of conclusion: 22/11/19
Relevant mission links: I Dig Up Some Skeletons
Additional information: Directly follows my last mission, and details Azuma uncovering some terrifyingly well preserved skeletons while clearing out space for his planned settlement.
Mission Passed. Nice job working the landmark information into the mission itself. +20% for the arc.
Mission Passed. Dogma: Normies reeee. Though that's not how Thunderwave works. It cancels sound techniques by playing music/sound. So if you used it to be stealthy, you'd just be blaring some heavy metal or something which defeats the purpose in most cases. Rest of the mission seemed fine. Watch over explaining the openings. +20% from the arc.
Players Involved: Anbu Kirito
Mission Rank: 3 = B
Storyboard Elements Chosen:
Set up a secure, liveable, permanent dwelling. (3) (Custom)
Date of beginning & date of conclusion: 23/11/19
Relevant mission links: Azuma Builds A Fort... With Rocks And Shit
Additional information: Directly follows my last mission. B-Rank assigned because it's basically the next step up from a "secure" camp. While a camp would be a shelter, and a secure camp would be a defended shelter, a secure, liveable camp, would be all the previous things required with the addition of a dedicated place to sleep and a place to get water from. Yknow, basic necessities with some form of PERMANENCE.
Mission Passed. I appreciate the building missions. The detail was even sufficient for a higher level mission. Kudos. +20%
Mission Failed. Getting to meta, and your bio took a back seat in advancing the plot. Meaning instead of having it explained to the character, missions like this require you to have your character figure things out. This can be investigating something, exploring a landmark or ruins, searching for answers to questions they might have, or seeking out the history they're exploring. As is, your character didn't really do much not enough for a B-rank mission anyway.

Mission Passed. Last mission to get the +20% buff.
Been told by LoK the event is over as of today and he'll make a post about it soon.
Players Involved: Anbu Kirito
Mission Rank: 3 = B
Date of Start and Completion: December 2nd, 2019. Storyboard Elements Chosen:
Save a life and stabilize a patient without the usage of Medical Ninjutsu or Fuinjutsu. (3)
Relevant Links: Mission
Additional Information: Directly follows the last mission, as always. In this one, I save the life of my adversary from my fight, despite my own physical wounds and oncoming chakra exhaustion.
Mission Passed. As I said, via discord, good element choice.
Players Involved: Anbu Kirito
Mission Rank: 3 = B Date of Start and Completion: December 2nd, 2019.
Storyboard Elements Chosen:
Make amends with a former foe. (3)
Relevant Links: The Mission
Additional Information: Directly follows my last mission. Very dialogue heavy, focused on character moments and legitimate interaction, something I feel this RP sorely lacks.
Mission Passed. You're doing well "Nobody wants to be bought and sold as a weapon, trust me." would have struck a chord with my biography since he was a sell-sword/mercenary. You're also performing the emotional side of the missions really intuitively it's something that a lot of missions lack when they go through the motions for a pass. Most writers skip over what their biography is thinking or feeling to get directly to the fighting, or violence or plot hooks not realizing compelling storytelling is done by those who can make their characters relatable.
Players Involved: Anbu Kirito
Mission Rank: 2 = C Date of Start and Completion: December 2nd, 2019.
Storyboard Elements Chosen:
Continue to bond with a former enemy (2)
Relevant Links: Another One
Additional Information: Follows my last mission directly, and serves as more character-building. Next mission will involve the setting up of running water.
Mission Passed. Your missions were a nice change of pace from the usual violent missions. Good job.
Mission Passed. Mark your elements either by their rank or by their numerical value. It makes it easier to check. To gauge the rank of the mission you need to add each numerical value and take the average, so divide by the number of elements. For example for this mission. Gather Resources from the Land ( 1 ), Do a good deed ( 1 ), and Explore an Abandoned Site ( 2 ), 1 + 1 + 2 = 4 / 3 = 1.3 rounded to 1. So this is a D rank mission.
