I would never limit somebody in rp if its an all out battle to something
cause for all i see... I can tell you not to use zetsu special abilities and you dont and i win.. but all ima realize is... If you use your bio to its full potential i would lose... No pride or fun in winning in a handicap....

I just put it like this....Just have a day where everybody can submit one OP custom.... =DD I wanna make something call cell obliteration... Where i can desinegrate (spelling) somebody cells by just breathing on them :zonder: but sadly that will never get approved and i dont think that wouldve got approved back then ... :shrug: All in all You guys worked hard for what you got.. true... Edit: Why do people keep saying the Ion particle is OP... Like really? Its actually not and very easy to counter... Worst case sceneraio If whoever uses ion particle will more then likley wanna smash your face in (short range) just turn your body to water and take a double loss. Its not THAT op.... similar to Raikages armor

Partical armour isn't OP, it gives a speed boost and leaves them vulnerable to water. Not only that but if you make a swamp under them they can't run. Simples xd

Im not obliged to tell you anything to calm your conscience , I do not want anything from you get another prag to do that.

Like any systems there are faults and mistakes made what would taking their custom mean , don't get me wrong I am not saying such jutsu such as ion armor are not op, but don't take it away , other techniques or jutsu which you guys call op, where approved by an rp moderator in naruto base meaning the jutsu was deemed ok, so going around trying to overturn that serves nothing.

The only things we can do is look to the future and try and stop the overpowered jutsu we can do this working with moderators, trying to make a difference. Thepast is the past, let us not look to the past but if we really won't to stop overpowered jutsu work with the moderator to stop them in the future.​

Ugh ... I agree the rift between the power of Initial generations and these guys is high. Ill give my own example here Put 3 Minato bios in front of me at close range, with maximum speed i should be able to butcher them in pieces without them even noticing this coming. I save everyone the trouble by not participating in role play which in turn doesn't brings up the questions of my "op-ness" frequently. People of my generation don't have to justify themselves and you don't have to face this crap in the battlefield. I might drop everything even my bio and start fresh as a newbie if everyone else does. But what you're doing is telling someone who has stayed 2 years accumulating strength to drop it all for the sake of the system although its fair to do that. But its entirely up to the individual if he wants to or not. Such blunt objections only work in a courtroom where the decisions of a few don't affect the greater community.
I mean ask anyone to do a reboot on his skills he'll be pissed off and leave. And hierarchy's are based on power, the only reasons you'll listen to me is because i have the greater ability and influence to pull off stunts you cant, if not this you'll only do it out of respect for me, which (trust me at this) is rare among you people. So groups would fall apart, and rp would move a few years back in time only that every faces the same yet stricter difficulty this time.
You do this only when a cost-benefit analysis says yes >_> and it clearly said no

Lightning pulse. It was a custom created by my friend "Yard" it's not OP, i countered it several times... he never once beat me xd

You can use S rank wind to counter it, that simple xd

On point, why is everyone talking about OPed customs when what I'm seeing is the inability to find ways to counter one or two powerfull techniques?

The most oped customs belong to members that don't even RP. I mean, where exactly did you see a display of something oped? Really oped? where? when? by whom? Or is it the inability of some members to counter it that makes it ok to stick the "oped" tag? Because this is an issue.

Moderators don't need to be stricter,on the contrary I applaud them for overlooking their relationship with friends and other personal businesses they may have with a member when checking his custom Justus. I have posted cj which I taught had a 97% of getting approved on the first shot, but then I recheck the cj and see it declined by scorps or emperor stating why it is overpowered, off course I get pissed but it only shows their dedication to their jobs they are the best and let them do their works, they are doing ther best to stop custom jutsu from being op. so No more stricter moderators are not needed , we have enough strict ones.xd​

And suddenly, every possible attempt to skillfully counter and avoid incoming attacks was overlooked.
And the fun you'll get from witnessing your opponent as he gets frustrated from your OPness beating his skills, will only be matched by the bitterness he'll feel from knowing that the only thing standing between him and this OP ability he's trying win in a tournament is an OP-ed ninja.
