Nice theory but that doesn't seem to be the case here... I beleive every skilled uchiha could use izanagi but they need senju dna to prolong the usaged...

idem thats what i've been saying at least master MS...

i do believe ive read somewhere it could also be performed by many uchiha using ms and one casting it..costing them their eyesight.

I think it's all a lock an key thing. The sharingan unlocks the technique but it's use take away the light in an eye. Sage of The 6 Paths could use this technique with no problem because he could unlock it and use it fully without consequence. The Senju family line doesn't have the key to unlock this technique. So no Senju would ever be able to use it. Now if an Uchiha and a Senju had a child together... or if someone tried to clone a Senju/Uchiha child. The posibility would be there to use it fully. You might have wondered why I put cloning a child there. Well Yamato is an attempted clone of Hashirama. I wonder if someone would have though to clone Madara and added some Hashirama DNA to the mix. There must have been plenty of both of there blood on the battlefield after Madara and Hashirama fought. It's a serious posibility that is who Tobi is. Maybe he was a failure. So he was discarded for not having the mokuton. Or why he refers to himself as a nobody or how Madara refers to him as "that man". Maybe Tobi sees himself as having more relation to Madara considering he has all the Sharingan/Rinigan powers.

In the end Itachi will be blind. Kabuto will either run away or die. Sasuke will live on to fight Naruto.

Keyword here is powers. Tobi then goes about about how the SO6P were the combined bloodlines of Uchiha and Senju. This is why Tobi(assuming he isn't a real Uchiha) and Danzo are able to use Izanagi. Senju body + Sharigans. People keep bringing up DNA when they don't require both DNA from both clans to use Izanagi. Just the powers of both clans. Hashirama's chakara and Sharigans.

Tobi did say he holds a perfect izanagi whislt danzo's was incomplete, which could also hint that he might be an uchiha, but along with hashirama's dna a true uchiha can use the technique to its fullest.

I agree with this; while I think Izanagi can be used without Senju DNA, Senju DNA is required in order to make full use of Izanagi. So basically, Izanagi used by an Uchiha without Senju DNA will be inferior to Izanagi used by an Uchiha with Senju DNA.

So really, the only requirement for Izanagi is having the Sharingan (with the Sharingan, you get Uchiha DNA). Which means that, possibly, even Kakashi kan use Izanagi.

Well, your theory is nice and all that, but the manga has still stated that you do need both Senju and Uchiha dna in order to use Izanagi. So until anything else has been proven, that is what I'll stick to. The most logical explanation to me is simply that the Izanagi and Izanami has different requirements, or that Itachi has a secret we don't know about or has found a way to go around it.

For some reason, his powers allows them to manipulate sharigan abilities beyond what they can actually do. This same thing applies to Izanagi. Notice how Danzo was not able to manipulate Izanagi on the level of Tobi. Hashirama has a very special bloodline limit power and Madara knew this. Uchihas them selves are probably able to use Izanagi and Izanami but obviously they will go blind. Non Uchiha members can access these abilities through Hashirama's chakara because its special.
