Yes I agree that makes total sense because we haven't actually seen a full blooded uchiha use them so only non-uchihas really need senju dna although it'll be helpful to uchihas with forbidden jutsu and shisui's KA xd

good theory but I dont think quite the same with the hashirama dna.
Here two options:
1. Izanami is a Uchiha tech without senju dna and Izanagi is.
2. Both techs dont really need Senju DNA by Uchiha bros, but can use it because Senju dna is like a catalyst.
To 1: If thats the case it means that Izanagi is a main senju tech. Izanami is a Uchiha tech. You can think of it like this: When So6p created Things, he used Izanagi to form the corpse and then Izanami to give it a soul(chakra). We know that Uchihas are the specialchakra-guys with eyes and Senjus are the body guys with the good corpse that can have alot of chakra.
To 2: This was also stated by the manga. If you give some Uchiha Senju his power will increase dramatically. If you give some Senju the same happens.

what hashirama's dna is doing to tobi or danzo's sharingan is powering it up... we could as well say since iachi is edo tensei it could be that his ability to regenerate aided in the use of izanami... but then again, this was IZANAMI and not IZANAGI

I don't think any normal Senju DNA will work. I think it has to be Hashirama's because of his bloodline limit powers. Tobi clearly states that Danzo was only able to perform an incomplete Izanagi because he couldn't control Hashirama's powers. So this tells you that you do indeed need his specific DNA or power just to use Izanagi and to make it worse you will need to be able to fully control his powers to fully control Izanagi. I just think when Tobi says Senju he really means Hashirama because of his special bloodline limit powers. Of course its still tied to Senju though but a specific Senju bloodline.
I think Uchiha's can use Izanagi but to be able to fully control it, you will need a special Senju power or DNA within you or controlling the sharigan. Its all because this technique goes back to the SO6P.

Though I give you credit for coming up with a somewhat good theory,but Izanami and Izanagi is two different techs though both form a pair.
Izanami is a tech that can affect someone five senses.
Others are saying since Izanagi helps you live, Izanami is death but we don't know that yet.

well we have to remember anything tobi says could easily be a lie unless also said by someone else, so anything he says should be taken with a grain of salt. Also i think the major reason for tobi and danzo needing senju dna to use those techs was more because of the sheer volume, not necessarily them not being uchiha. Danzo needed the boosted life force because he was using what, a dozen? So using a powerful move like that, that many times would probably drain him to death normally. As for tobi, i bet its similar, whether his powers are izanagi or some other unknown sharingan tech, as much as he spams it in battle to not get hit means a huge drain on chakra. If all his stuff is simply S/T and not sharingan related my best guess is that he needed senju dna to heal after that pwning minato dealt him. I say all this because while the uchihas can use it just fine, remember they only have 2 eyes to use it with, so even the typically low chakra/stamina level of the average uchiha can probably survive 2 uses of izanagi, but i bet without it if sasuke had a dozen put in his arm like danzo, i bet he would drop from spamming them without senju dna.

it's not good to believe what tobi says in the first place. first he says that he's madara uchiha and that was proven wrong and then he says that he didn't use kurama to attack konoha and we know how that went. so why believe anything that guy has to say? im just saying
