This post marks the beginning of my Mission using these storyboard elements:
  • Survive a near-death situation
  • Assassinate the enemy commander
  • Guard someone very important
Summary: After investigating the mysterious underground basement in Mori and discovering that two villagers had been killed by a pair of masked individuals from Jinshui. Lena was about to leave until she was knocked out. She'd wake up in a different location with the Commander of the masked individuals, a woman she recognised as the assailant with Alicia Hostage. Lena would have to survive the ordeal and protect and save Alicia under such pressure and danger, with no choice but to assassinate the enemy commander.

Lena let out a groan, her waking up again from her sudden slumber. Feeling was restored first, the ground not being as hard when she fell upon it, she felt grass and foliage between her fingers, soft dirt against her face, knees damp from the muddy soil. Her eye opened slowly and she saw trees, seems she was in a forest. Still in Shinramoto though, she could tell. Her palms pressed against the ground and she lifted herself up slowly from the ground, letting out a breath she rose to her feet slowly and cleared her vision. The first thing she saw was Alicia, she looked afraid, terrified even - eyes covered with some kind of seal and a weapon pressed against her neck. Behind Alicia a woman, a very familiar woman that made Lena's stomach churn.

"No... Angela..."

Lena's emotions went sort of crazy, she didn't know what to feel right now. She was livid, but she also wanted to cry, guilty, among other things. Lena looked around, she was in a clearing and the trees surrounding her were laced with an enumerable amount of ninja wire and tags with seals on them - most looked like explosives. There were masked figures around the outside making a hand seals, seems Lena was in a trap they had planned for her. Angela looked like as though she was trying to keep her cool, but Lena could see that she was struggling herself.

"You've been planning this for a while then? Since you first met me I bet."

Angela was tactical and even though they were planning to be allies, if there was any case that they'd turn on each other - it would make sense to plan for that. Angela had known what Lena was capable of, so the extra steps were probably deemed necessary and she wouldn't have had anything against her for that, but the fact she messed with her Village... and most importantly lay a finger on Alicia's head, was something Lena would never forgive.

"You left me no choice! You would not except my alliance and working to be together with Takauji! You made too powerful of an enemy with too much influence and you denied even trying a peaceful resolution!!"

"You didn't need to bring Alicia into this."

"Nothing will happen to her, just as long as you lay down and accept your fate."

"You could've just killed me when I was knocked...."

"No, I know how you work, we would've killed you once and awake you'd be fighting again thrashing out at us all with no care to your surroundings. You're gonna split your hearts from your body and we're going to destroy you all at once...."

She really had planned ahead, it was correct that if they tried to kill her with all her hearts still in her body they'd more than likely have to do it a heart at a time, but Lena'd be up to defend herself. And Lena would be in a rage filled state of mind, she was struggling to keep her cool even now.

"You promise she'll be able to go home safe and you won't harm anymore villagers?"

"I promise Lena."

She was lying. She had too, there was no way Zeri would let Takauji take over anymore. They'd have to kill more prominent figures in the village to get it under their control, that was the whole idea of this. To get Lena out of the picture first was their best bet. Lena let out a sigh and stalled for a moment.

"I thought you loved me Angela."

"I shouldn't have said something dumb like that, you've forced my hand though Lena, we could've been something else. A power couple" Angela let slip a nervous laugh.

"We could still be that... we can convince your brother..."

"No we can't."

There was one thing they didn't take into account though, that was Alicia herself, bringing her here may not have helped them at all.

"Yes we can, we just need a bit of Fisherman's Luck, which I have plenty of."

Angela tilted her head and looked strangely at her adversary, not expecting Lena to make such a strange analogy at such a moment. Suddenly however, a flash of light erupted from the little girl in front of her, Angela gasped and her hands went straight to her eyes as they were filled with the light, pain in her eyes caused her to stumble back in a panic. Lena's Sharingan was active in the commotion and she had removed her leg weights simultaneously, she had a plan in her head to from the beginning, calculating and executing. She shot forward, chakra surging through her body as she had absorbed some to create dark chakra passively. Her movements towards Alicia were quick, now with no weight to herself. Lena could see a numerous amount of things with her precognition, Angela would turn to would, revealling herself a substitute / clone and this gave the masked figures freedom to set off the tags around them and on Alicia's face. Lena had tore of the tag from over Alicia's eyes and threw it to the side, wrapping her body around the little girl, covering her up as her own body was covered in a thick layer of Dark Chakra through her body. The Tags exploded violently, erupting everywhere, fire and sparks, rolling around covering the entire radius and area. Alicia covered her ears and could see trees and nature was consumed by the destruction that rolled in.

The smoke cleared, a hunched over Lena infused with purple chakra was protecting little Alicia within her arms. The threaded monster breathed heavily as she had just tanked and absorbed a ton of explosive tags that should've killed her. The dark chakra had done enough in protecting Alicia, that was all she wanted. Her body was hot as steam rose from her body and the surrounding area. Lena parted from Alicia, looking her over with her Sharingan to make sure she was okay. She was fine. Lena smiled and placed a kiss on the child's head.

"I'll protect you always."

Alicia nodded and Lena stood up, rocking her head backwards as she loosened herself up. She looked in the direction of one of the masked figures, and then rolled her head to the other side to look at the other. The real Angela was in front of her, amongst the clearing smoke, outside the radius of the explosion - she had two wooden decorated, segmented blades in her hands. Sorrows locked her eyes on the self proclaimed Queen.

"You fucked up massively."

Rank: C - A Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15 - 30 ( -5 per turn for 1T and 2T, 10 per turn to keep active for 3T )
Damage: N/A
Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill
Note: C rank usage is for 1T Sharingan, B rank usage is reserved for 2T Sharingan. A Rank usage is reserved for 3T Sharingan.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A (+20 to Kicks, 2x Running Speed)
Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

Type: Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will focus their chakra into the mark on their hand to release their dark chakra from within it. It will pour out and momentarily coat their body before fusing into it. The purpose of this is for the user’s body to undergo an elemental conversion, namely a transformation into dark chakra. The dark chakra will be condensed to the point it behaves as “solid” similar to techniques like Water Release: Sword of Draining and so they will be susceptible to attack from solid elements such as Earth Release. The violet-coloured form they assume will possess all of the traits and attributes of Meiton such as the ability to absorb chakra and certain elemental techniques. They will be capable of absorbing attacks following Dark’s elemental S/W (B-Ranks for weaknesses, A-Ranks for neutrals and S-Ranks for strengths). If the user is struck by an attack that exceeds this such as A-Rank water, they will be forced out of their transformation and sustain the full damage of the technique which struck them. Even solid elements such as Earth or Steel will be capable of interacting with and harming them in this form due to it’s previously mentioned tangibility. Upon contact with living beings, the user will be capable of siphoning chakra from their body (20 per strike). The real utility of this form is exhibited when certain conditions are met. For each technique absorbed while this is active, all of the user’s techniques gain +5 damage per absorption and the duration of this transformation is extended by two turns. While this is active, the user can only use Dark, the elements which compose it, any CE based on them and non-elemental abilities.

Note: Lasts four turns and can only be used twice per battle
Note: No A-Rank or above Dark on the turn this ends
Note: No A-Rank or above Fire or Lightning on the turn it ends
Note: Cannot be used whilst restricting the opponent's Earth Release in any way.

Type: Supplementary
Rank: B-rank
Range: N/A
Chakra: 20 (+20 for double usage)
Damage: N/A
Description: Masochistic Tendency is an invention by a Dark user in need to be more resourceful of his Dark Release chakra in certain cases. This is considered a passive technique and does not affect the time frame. The process of this technique unfolds like the following. Borrowing a small portion of his original raw chakra inside his body (exactly 20 chakra points), the user will deliver it into either of his dark marks. The mark will absorb this chakra and automatically convert it into dark chakra, which is then stored inside of the mark, unaffected. The user can alternatively send his chakra into both of his dark marks simultaneously, thus he spends 40 chakra points. The absorption of 20 chakra points will enable the user to perform one dark technique (up to A rank) which requires it and whereas 40 chakra points will allow the user to perform one S rank technique.

Lena knew she was at a disadvantage with the enemies surrounding her, she had the attention of Angela at the moment and could bind her long enough to deal with the Masked Jinshui guards, they were her personal guards - she could tell by their attire and the fact they were all women. Angela looked at Lena, she had never noticed her red eyes before - wait they weren't just ordinary red eyes though - Lena had never mentioned anything about this before or even shown it. Suddenly she couldn't move and giant spikes staked her into the ground and restricted her in place, she screamed in pain but in reality she was fine - she immobilized. Lena had placed her under a Sharingan Genjutsu and now had the time to deal with the others, she looked from left to right as her Sharingan slowed their advance to her giving her time to think and deduct how she'd approach this.

Lena moved towards the Guard that approached from the right, closing the distance whilst looking directly at her, seeing her eyes through the sockets of the mask - putting her under a Genjutsu where she suddenly becomes immobile. The opponent saw themselves be pierced by numerous black feathers causing them a world of pain. As they were approaching Lena and suddenly froze, their momentum carried them motionless towards her. Lena moved passed the guard, swiping her right arm out to the side passed her, her nails elongated and sharp, slicing into the guard's neck, carrying her across the ground as she landed. The Guard choked up blood and was gagging on it not able to breath as she clutched her throat that was gripped in Lena's hand.

Lena looked back, noticing the other Guard approaching with a wind infused glaive, she spun it with skill as she quickly approached to attack. Lena dropped the choking guard to the floor and prepared herself to be attacked by the other Guard, who brought their Glaive over their head to do some form of spinning wind attack. Lena stuck out her right foot and got low, performing a sidekick straight to the gut of the Guard who was struck and winded, this stopped them from spinning their weapon and just tried to strike her from above with a normal over the head wind strike. Lena could now however, stretch out her right hand and form a glyph with it out of dark chakra, this absorbed the wind from the glaive and then he caught it harmlessly in her right hand overhead - printing the glyph onto the glaive in one smooth motion. She then forced it down to her side and activated the Glyph that had absorbed the chakra, erupting the end of the glaive in blue flames that the Guard was holding, causing them to be burned and jump back in pain. Lena now had a hold of the Glaive and spun it around in her hands before slicing through the Guard's torso and then using the inflamed butt-end to strike the Guard in the chest, causing her burns and internal damage. Lena then planted the glaive into the ground and used it as a pole to propel herself forward, thrusting her left foot into the Guard's chest again sending them stumbling backwards, tripping over and falling against a tree - knocking them self out. With one smooth motion she turned around and threw the Glaive, it speared another Guard through the stomach against a tree as she was about to drop down and ambush Lena from above, but she'd already been clocked when Lena scouted the area with her Sharingan quickly. The Guard's eyes were wide and her mask fell from her face as blood leaked from the sides of her mouth, her stomach completely skewered as she was helplessly pinned to the top of the tree trunk.

"All your beautiful girls don't really deserve death, because you're just under orders. But hey ho that's just how it is. <3 "

It seemed Lena after letting the Dark Chakra take over her body and become purple had become the persona of Lord Sorrows of the Outer Night. Sorrows then felt something shoot up from the ground and wrap around her leg, it was sharp and it cut her all the way up to her pelvis - she grimaced. It seemed those wooden swords in Angela's hands were whip swords and she had dug it through the ground to attack from below.

"You're going to regret crossing me Lena."

"It's Lord Sorrows to you... treacherous bitch."

Description:
This Technique is an Art-form among those capable of utilizing Dark Release. The users learn to create a sort of circular glyph which is the core idea of the technique itself (Glyph does not have to look like it does in the Picture, it can be Custom the User as long as it is Circular an has the Kanji for "Kyōki" & "Chie"). The Glyph is not a Seal, it does not seal anything or perform anything outside the parameters of Dark Release. The Glyph can vary in different sizes, the bigger the size of the glyph usually means the stronger it is; when formed it comes from the user's dark mark when they hold out their arm and open their hand - it seems to expand from the dark mark and float in front of it to it's required size in a instant so that it can successfully intercept oncoming techniques. The Glyphs come in two different colours, Purple and Light Blue - light the two forms of Dark Release. Wherever the User's hand moves the Glyph follows parallel to it.

Insanity - Kyōki
When a Purple Glyph or "Kyōki" is Created it does not require the use of "Inhaling Maw" to be formed beforehand as this is an absorption technique on it's own. The Glyph will be created from the palm as usual in the direction the user points their arm - these Glyphs will absorbs Chakra proportionate to it's chosen rank going by the elemental Strengths and weaknesses guide of Dark Release. The Glyphs are also pretty solid, acting like an actual barrier; smaller purple Glyphs can be used to defend against Taijutsu attacks and at the same time absorbing some chakra from the contact made by the opponent. The Glyphs act like Draining Touch when made contact with, they will absorb double the amount of chakra used to create the Glyph which will go towards Fueling Dark Release Techniques only.

Wisdom - Chie
When a Blue Glyph or "Chie" is Created it does require the use of Inhaling Maw or An Absorption Technique like the use of Kyōki. If Kyōki is used beforehand then the Purple Glyph will become Light Blue after Absorbtion is made, creating Chie. The user does not have to use Chie straight away, they can right after absorption, but don't have to. The Glyph can be taken back into the user's dark mark or shrunk and placed on the user's body, surfaces, weapons - the Glyph will seem to tattoo itself on the user, the glowing purple/light blue will fade slightly but will still remain active (Shrunken Glyphs can be as big as a Golf ball). The Glyphs can be activated at anytime by the user, they will glow Bright Light Blue before unleashing it's attack. The user can also place his hand back on the mark and the Glyph will go back to it's original size and follow by the user's hand again.

When used to attack, Chie can be used multiple ways. From the Glyph the user can release a Beam of Blue Flames that shoots from the Face of the Glyph and travels in a Linear Path, with both hands against the Glyph the user can move and aim the Beam around, of course unless the Glyph isn't on the user's hand this can't be done. Or The user can release up to four Blue Fireballs which can be manipulated to attack different targets or the same target just from different angles - they explode on impact. Finally the Glyph if it has been shrunk and placed on a weapon for example can release the flames so that it covers a section of a weapon or anything they have been placed on, this works for Limbs as well or if placed on the enemy can be used to set fire to them.

- S-Rank Version can only be used twice and has two turn cooldown. No S-Rank or above Dark in the user's next turn.
- A-Rank can only be used four times per battle
- When Kyōki successfully absorbs a Technique, it automatically becomes Chie
- Maxmium size a Glyph can be is up to 3 meters in Diameter.
- Minimum size a Glyph can be is about the size of the user's hand (Unless purposefully Shrunk).
-Maximum of 4 Glyphs can be active at any given time
- Each Glyph Made is a Single use of this Technique, cannot make multiple Glyphs with One usage of the Technique
- Must be Taught by LonelyAssassin

Sorrows was suddenly pulled into the earth, by the blade that had wrapped around her leg from below, pulling her to about head height - leaving her buried up to the neck - restricting her movement. In one swift movement, Angela had pulled her blade through the earth and then thrust the other blade and she thrust it forward as the segmented blades extended forward aiming to impale Sorrow's head. Before the Wooden whip-sword could hit Sorrows she had dispersed into many cards that split to the left and the right with Sorrows amongst one of the bundles.

The left bundle started passively firing cards one of a time towards Angela, she retracted her underground blade so that it was now a normal sword again. She skilfully deflects the cards to the ground and her surroundings, she retracted whilst circling the other blade around her head to give it momentum and thrusts her arm forward again to whip it forward towards the other bundle, using both swords at once with finesse. Angela deducted that since she was firing from one bundle the other contained Lena as it moved the other sword came towards the bundle and struck the cards before erupting into a massive array of spikes which would piece anyone in that bundle, the cards just get eviscerated. With her focus on the wrong bundle Sorrows had transformed back and sped towards Angela with an atomic looking Dark Attack in hand aimed to thrust it into Angela's body.

Angela had quickly cottoned on and just managed to parry the attack with her right handed retracted blade, slicing through Sorrow's arm and spun around retracting the other quickly whilst also thrusting it down at Sorrow's ankle as she passes, the segmented blades wrapped around her ankle and then Angela finished her spin facing away from Sorrows as she brought he sword over head and dragged Sorrow up by the ankle and over, slamming her into the ground 5 meters in front of Angela getting her away from close range. Angela then whipped her arm to the side and dragged Sorrows through the air and smashed her into a tree, she stuck her other blade into the ground and performed a number of handseals. The tree Lena had been smashed in to had twisted and churned, binding her within the wood and squeezing, forcing her to move in front of Angela hanging upside down she was groaning in pain. Angela had tears in her eyes as she spoke;

"This should never had happened Lena. And now you've lost control because of it! Don't you realise I had to take this precaution because you're not just a danger to yourself but the entire Village of Mori!? Imagine if I started an attack on your land? You would've destroyed your own people. I'm trying to save them. From you! From yourself, but I also need to get rid of you so that I can properly work with Takauji to make sure no one else has to die! It's necessary!"

Was Lena really the monster here? Without her, maybe things could have been different - maybe Shinramoto could've been safer under Takauji. It struck Lena, even though Sorrows was the one driving the words found her and stayed in the back of her mind. Though anger came from her mouth before anything else.

"You touched Alicia and you'll die for it!"

Alicia had already ran off and was hiding, but she remained to watch the outcome. Alicia's well being was a trait that Lena as Sorrows shared with her normal self, and was something that she put at the top of her priority list. Sorrows roars and explodes with dark chakra, the wood surrounding her shattering and splintering and Angela is cut and sent stumbling backwards by her own splinters and the force of the darkness. Sorrows grows her wings out on her back and flies at high speed at Angela punching her in the face as she flies passed, spinning her around on the spot and sending her in a shocked haze. Sorrows lands on the ground a few meters on the other side of her adversary and sends a burst of dark chakra through the ground and rises up from beneath Angela to burst out and cause massive damage to her, but she's on guard still even in her haze she manages to stumble out of the way and the burst just misses her, her eyes wide as the burst of dark skims her body; though Sorrows had used her speed and distraction to fly around and behind Angela - with no time to react Angela gasps as she is struck with a palm which discharges a shockwave of dark chakra which sends the wood user hurtling across the ground and air doing a few forced flips and then her feet hit the ground and she regains her balance, sliding across the earth and straightens herself. Sorrows uses the second part of her technique and the beam fires at Angela but she blocks it with her wooden blade, though the two abilities cancel and her blade shatters into splinters. Sorrows kept up her onslaught, Angela was panting as she tried to perform a few hand seals, but Sorrows had performed two handseals and swiped her arm across the air as a command creating areas in the air that created bursts of chakra across a point, like a wall of explosions through the air with Angela in it's path. This attack sends Angela flying across the ground, she rolls over and lays there on the ground. Sorrows stood there, she seemed quite calm now.

Angela was bleeding in multiple locations, her body broken and torn to shreds. She had chakra built up within her as she had performed her hand seals, she had somehow managed to keep her concentration through the attacks and her determination shows. She managed to lift herself from the ground with a tone of blood pouring down the side of her face and out of her mouth, scratches everywhere. She got to her knees with a handseal still being made, her eyes widened as she roared and slammed the on the ground. Earth burst from the ground around Sorrows and Multiple dragon heads with sealing tags over their eyes quickly trapped Sorrows by biting her and immobilising her in place. Their teeth dug into her skin as they gripped her arms, legs, torso, pelvis and even one of the dragon's had their jaws around her head. She struggled in pain and was stiff, as Lena tried to manipulate her chakra the dragons' jaws pressure close harder and made her lose concentration and scream in pain.

Angela stumbled over holding her other Whip Sword as she limped over to Sorrows and then pointed the blade at her, the blade extended and shot forward, wrapping it's segmented blades around Sorrow's neck and pulled tightly on it, asphyxiating her and stabbing into her skin.

"It took me a few moments to set this up and it was painful too, but I have you in my clutches. This is it Lena, I'm so sorry..."

Sorrows couldn't really speak as she lost consciousness suddenly. Her purple skin subsiding as the seals did their job, the jaws's pressure becoming tighter and causing her to lose control of the dark around her. Lena woke up suddenly and looked at Angela, the blade still around her neck and getting tighter.

"O-oh... you're back right? Back to actual you?"

Lena felt the blades around her loosen up slightly and she felt air fill her lungs, but still quite restricted with the jaws still wrapped around her torso. Lena immediately thought about what Angela had said earlier about Shinramoto maybe being safer without her... she was starting to think it was true.

"A-angela... Y-you might be right..."

Angela looked confused, but kind of relieved that Lena was starting to get what she was going for. Though this was going to be cut short. Songbird swooped down behind Angela at high speed, slamming it's solid head into her back, the force and speed sending her flying forward, jerking her body in such a way that she'd break. This thrust her at Lena, who had brought her hand up slightly, as much as she could due to her bicep being restricted by the dragon head Angela is sent flying straight into Lena who impales the Self-Proclaimed queen through the body just under her breasts in the torso. Her hand deep in her body, her spine broke, she coughed up blood immediately and sputtered over Lena's face. The Dragon's loosened their grip and they both dropped to the ground. Songbird arrived just in time after being called to aid.

Lena was sat against the wooden structure, holding Angela with her hand embedded within her. The Wood user had no strength to do anything anymore, she had accepted her fate. Her breath was wheezy and Lena was shedding tears, this beautiful woman before her, who she had gotten close with physically and even emotionally was now dying in her arms, by her hand. Angela managed to wheeze out a couple of sentences, crying, both of them were an emotional mess.

"D-don't be the monster everyone... th-thinks y-you are AAAH!" Angela coughs up even more, thicker blood, "B-be the H-Hero you actually are.. the one I-I know you can be and your village s-sees you as."

Lena nods, her eyes hazed over with tears, she could barely see. She didn't like this outcome, she wanted it to all go away, she wanted to be back on the ship with Angela making love to her and trying for an alliance. It might've worked, though she knew deep down it wouldn't have.

"M-my heart...It really does belong to y-you... Take it... I want to be a-apart of you and y-your resolve...."

Lena's threads had already been running through her hand and into the body of Angela that she was holding in her arms. The threads embraced and carefully wrapped around the heart of her victim. She cried and she brought Angela's head up and pressed it against her, taking her heart slowly from the body.

"I-I love you... Lena...."

Lena's name was said with her last breath as her heart was taken from Angela's body and put into her own, assimilating the abilities into her threads. Refreshing her very body, her threads making it apart of her, Making Angela apart of her. Lena couldn't take it anymore, she shot her head backwards and her mouth stretched open as she let out an ear-piercing scream into the air, her eyes burst open with glowing red strength as the erupting with power and something new. Lena's whole body went through change, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Lena saw all of her sins come together here, through her eyes...

The user disperses into many cards (this is used after being hit in close combat usually) and the cards will all spread out towards the left and right, revealing a Joker made of chakra with a their usual scythe which they will swing around to try and cut through their enemy. The user can appear at the left or right from the bundle of cards about 5-10 meters from his original position - the bundle of cards will spin around like a tornado revealing the user again where in reality they used transformation to disguise themselves among one of the bundles going left and right. The Joker that replaces the user will be formed either in the air where it will drop down upon it's enemy or can be formed where the user ones was as the cards part away, dashing forward at least 5 meters whilst cutting through anything in it's path with a scythe.

If the user is hit whilst in card form it will act like ordinary transformation, though because of the small protection of them hiding in the bundle of the cards they will have at least B-Rank protection again Elemental Ninjutsu - This means that the Joker will have the other half of the Strength equating to B-Rank as well. They will also prematurely transform back. However the user is still aware of their surroundings. Also the bundle of cards that the user travels with can be used to perform Reaper of the Cards jutsu after he transforms back into his original form.

Description: Invented by one of the most well known Dark users in the Ninja world, New Order deals in the user spreading his dark chakra throughout his whole body after having first absorbed an enemy's technique using the inhaling maw jutsu. This means that every tenketsu in his system will be occupied with the dark chakra, making each chakra point glow in a purple-like glow. With a mental command, this new accumulated chakra will come out from every part of the user's body in an unfocused Dark burst, in the form of an omni-directional 'blast' of dark. The sheer force of this burst will have enough force to knock an adult male over and do internal damage to their body should they be within the range of this attack. The main use of New Order is to actually "refresh" the user's system chakra and in order to do well in combat against heavy Genjutsu users. Once the user finds a logical reasoning as to why he's caught in the Genjutsu, the burst of Dark chakra will give a "new order" to his chakra system and thus effectively breaking out of the illusionary technique. This will only work on A-rank and below Genjutsu techniques and can only be used twice a battle, due to the exhaustion the technique provides.

Note:
-Cannot be used consecutively, as it has a two turn wait before using again.
-The technique can also be used even when there is no Genjutsu put on the user. The offensive capabilities of the technique are qualified enough to kill a human.
-Can only be taught by Klad

A Thoracica Barnacle or even a Acrothoracica type Barnacle will focus chakra into their tentacle like limbs, fuelling them with strength and making them much longer and stronger. The limbs will now be capable of stretching up to 5 meters and grabbing a hold of a target that the user wishes for the summon using this jutsu to. Because this is the fleshy part of the barnacle, it isn't as durable as the shells but because of the chakra put into the limbs it becomes thick and almost like solid muscle (Not making it any less versatile) capable of standing up to the elements.

The Barnacles Tentacles can be grouped up and thickened so that they can be a bit more versatile and create fleshy parts to aid barnacles in battle. For example they can expand their tendrils which wrap around one another to form an arm. Anything can be made like limbs or wings capable of flight, a tail to whip prey - it's limited by the user's imagination and as long as the creation makes sense. The Size is limited to Short Range so can only be a maximum of 5 meters long from any kind of Barnacle source, whether it be an Acrothoracica or a Barnacle Shell or even a Kozui. However if a huge Summon, like "Sprout, The Gravemind" it will create things proportionate to it's size meaning it's range exceeds short range making it mid.

- Can only be used on up to four Barnacles, A-Rank power would be divided between them
- Any Thoracica or Acrothoracica type barnacles can use this

Songbird is a Large Community of Barnacles formed together to take the look of a Mechanical looking Bird, easily dwarfing a person as he can pick them up with just one of his two talons. The bird barnacle community is tough and sturdy and like most has large wings capable of flight, with a massive wingspan of 15 meters . When summoned by either the normal summoning jutsu or by swiping blood on the tattoo and performing a hand seal Songbird will be summoned mid flight soaring high in the sky as it appears from a cloud of smoke. Songbird has been said to be able to fly through anything, what this has been adapted from is the fact that Songbird can swim through normal water like it flies through the air (being made of Barnacles, a water based creature).

Songbird is sensitive to sounds, this can trigger a reaction which would be a threat to the opponent. The User can trigger the reaction by whistling a certain tune only contract signers know and which songbird can hear - this is not in any way a sound jutsu and other barnacle communities, kozui and mecha can whistle this tune if they are on the field also (Triggering it this way costs a Move out of three). However the opponent can also trigger it by using a Sound Release jutsu, a Lightning Technique or a Genjutsu that needs sound as a medium. What comes next is the Songbird's attack, a Divebomb of sorts which has the bird shoot down at great speed, increasing it's weight and solidity through Earth Release to make it drop faster - hitting speeds twice that of base Kage-rank bios. The Bird will not simply swoop the opponent up however, they will full on hit the earth with all it's strength (S-Rank) and this is where the Songbird's second ability comes in. When hitting the Earth Songbird burrows through it like an advanced version of "hiding like a mole technique" not losing it's speed as it drags the opponent through the ground, crushing and bashing them against the rocks. IF the opponent by chance dodges the technique, songbird will pop up later from underneath carrying the opponent into the air and in it's beak and throws the opponent to the ground.

Finally, Songbird flies around the Sky automatically when not attacking, defending against anything that comes from it - solidifying it's body to become that of an S-Rank Earth Defence (at the expense of a move). It flies above the user defending them easily. User can command the bird not to defend if it suits. Like all Barnacles Songbird has a strong calcite shell worth B-rank neutral t the elements except lightning which is strong against it and water which is weak.

- Can only be summoned Once per battle.

Angela had quickly cottoned on and just managed to parry the attack with her right handed retracted blade, slicing through Sorrow's arm and spun around retracting the other quickly whilst also thrusting it down at Sorrow's ankle as she passes, the segmented blades wrapped around her ankle and then Angela finished her spin facing away from Sorrows as she brought he sword over head and dragged Sorrow up by the ankle and over, slamming her into the ground 5 meters in front of Angela getting her away from close range. Angela then whipped her arm to the side and dragged Sorrows through the air and smashed her into a tree, she stuck her other blade into the ground and performed a number of handseals. The tree Lena had been smashed in to had twisted and churned, binding her within the wood and squeezing, forcing her to move in front of Angela hanging upside down she was groaning in pain. Angela had tears in her eyes as she spoke;

This post marks the beginning of my mission using these storyboard elements:
  • Help a friend ( 2 )
Summary: Smith has been left to his own devices in Shinramoto. Sado, the ADHD driven fool that he is has left his clone, and one of his most trusted and respected allies behind as his one-track mind sent him on a path to build a home. This leaves Smith the clone behind to pick up the pieces, the pieces of a broken promise to a trusted and respected ally. "My plan wasn't to leave you all "alone" or "on your own" and I'd never make a plan that would do that. Especially with Takauji breathing down your neck, after making Shinramoto such a problem for him it's only fair of me to help defend it." However, when he goes out to find her, what he finds is someone in need. Someone who has taken another massive blow and lost something important. Going to make it a few posts.
Smith would have spent most of his time in silence avoiding confrontation with Lena. His objective was to protect that woman, Lorelei. He spent most days trying to hide away from others his emotions becoming just as erratic and bipolar as his creator. Moments of depression, and loneliness but through it all Lorelei remained at his side pulling him through it. In the days he didn't want to leave the room he was staying in at the inn she brought him food, and drink and kindness and activity. She kept him active when his depression made him want to do nothing but disperse himself and end the turmoil.
Smith was avoiding Lena mainly due to the fact that she seemed to be avoiding him. He was still tasked with being an intel gatherer against Takauji Ashikaga and the Hangurian Black Ones so as long as that threat remained in the Tea Peninsula he had an objective and a purpose. However, even with that purpose, he felt hollow. Eventually, though he received a message from another one of Sado's clones telling him to invite Lena to the summit taking place in the Graveyard of Sin and to tell her she could bring anyone she wanted. They had land, they had space and they had a village.
They could accommodate all of Shinramoto if she wanted to bring her entire home with her as together they were trying to build a village with the Reapers and the White Lotus. It was odd, Sado had disappeared without a word. Smith assumed that was why Lena had been seemingly avoiding him. As he left the one room and ventured out into Shinramoto, he sought out Lena. Eventually what he found was-... Lena covered in blood, with crimson eyes to match.

Wh-... are you alright? Lena. What happened?

Smith would rush to her side standing near her but not crowding her. He and his creator had fucked up. It was just like Salazzle had told Sado that day in the tavern "I think she needs time. If you push it too much you'll be looking at a break." What Smith found was a broken woman, cradling a dead one in her arms screaming out with primal fury and seething regret. What could he do? How could he help her? Was this what Shinramoto was going to be? Was it too close to Takauji to be salvageable? What-.. could a goliath barbarian who knew nothing about love, say to a woman who had just lost so much?

How can I help?

Were the only words that came out of his mouth. He was too stupid to form the thoughts needed to figure out what to do. As he fumbled forth extending his arms as if he was going to try and heal her. His mind was so fixated on the blood and the situation that he didn't know if Lena was even injured. All he saw was a friend bathed in blood holding the body of another. He took several steps forward slowly approaching Lena but remaining respectful.
How could he bring up what the other clone told him to now? There was so much pain in her eyes, those crimson eyes that he couldn't bring himself to mention the summit, or the offer to shelter Shinramoto. He needed to hear from Lena first. He needed to know what to do, what she needed him to do. Was that friendship? He hardly knew that feeling, the urge to protect someone's feelings. It was the first time he had felt that way even with his tribe he never cared about how they felt or what they did. But with Lena, just knowing she was in pain, and was in a moment of pure desperation-... made him falter slightly.

Lena was now in the presence of Smith, her head snapped in his direction - her crimson eyes donning a black pattern more advanced than the 3 tomoe she had before. She stared at him, rage and sadness within her she wanted to lash out at him - through her eyes she felt power and sorrow. Then she snapped out of it, having Smith here - she felt actually kind of relieved, someone was around to pick up her slack.

"A-Alicia... Take her home...Please"

The little girl was frightened and hiding behind a tree still just outside of the clearing of the forest, sobbing. Lena didn't want to approach her little sister looking like this, covering in blood and recently going by the name Lord Sorrows may have hurt Alicia's view of Lena. She turned to look back down at Angela and pulled her body closer, cradling it in her arms and resting her chin upon her head. She wanted to stay for a bit.

Smith could see the bubbling emotions in her eyes the subtle changes to her eyes were plain as the situation that was placed before him. There seemed to be anger and despair in her eyes, he could tell she wanted to yell at him or scream out again in fury. He felt that would be warranted, with his creator leaving Shinramoto abruptly and breaking his promise and with Smith falling into a depression they left Lena alone to pick up the pieces of a broken alliance between her and Angela. They also left her to defend against Takauji should his retribution be swift, just by luck Takauji and Angela didn't send more than Lena could handle but-... Smith felt-... guilt and shame. Those were foreign emotions he had never really felt those before. Goliath culture taught him to never regret his actions but Smith was absorbing the human world much faster and more aptly than Sado himself. He-... all he could do was try and help her.
He knew what she was feeling when she said "A-Alicia... Take her home...Please" it was most likely what he felt that day Lorelei saw him act in pure rage and aggression she didn't want the people she cared for seeing her in this state. If it was all he could do for her he'd do it.

I understand. Leave it to me.

The words might seem genuine as he said them. They were supposed to be more than just words of comfort it was supposed to feel like he was saying "I can relate, you're not alone." However, outright saying that might feel hollow or empty instead by agreeing to her request and not pushing her emotional reaction or downplaying it in any way as less traumatic or troublesome it was as if he could see what she was asking for. She wanted time, and she didn't want the villagers to see her in this manner especially the child.
So he'd oblige as he took a few steps away from the bloody mess, breaking away from Lena and Angela giving her space, and time. Salazzle would have been better at this than he, but he was trying his best, his very best for what he was. He slowly, deliberately and non-threateningly knelt down toward the tree he made his posture small and lowered himself so he was on the level of the child before him. He didn't want to seem intimidating and tried to remember the voice and tone Lorelei used when comforting children. He wasn't sure if he was saying the right things or if he was saying them in the right way but he was trying. I know you're scared, right now, and that's okay things around you have been scary, but it's over now and Lena-... I think Lena is scared too. There's no need to hide anymore.
He spoke with a hushed tone, one that was meant to feel kind and caring as if to mimic the tones he had heard from Lorelei. He didn't want the child to feel like it wasn't over. He needed to show her there was finality in the situation and that she could return to just the smallest bits of normality. He wasn't good with people but he had picked up minuscule methods and manners to better communicate with people from Lorelei and Lena. His tone remained soft, and under-spoken never forceful or aggressive. You remember me right? I'm Smith. Lena wants me to take you home. To your mom and dad, where you won't have to be scared anymore. I've met your father before, Zeri how about we go find him?
He knew it might be hard to separate the child from Lena because she was petrified and cared deeply for her but it was the one request given to him by Lena and he wanted to honor it. He didn't know what had happened or how much this child had seen, he assumed it was probably everything so he was trying to show her she was safe again because of Lena. Because Lena dealt with the people who would hurt them. He didn't know if it would be enough but it was what he could do right now.

Alicia was scared, she was too riled up with negative emotions to properly notice that Smith was trying to be friendly. She cowered up against the tree as Smith appeared, but then he spoke and reasoned with her emotions. She recognised him as the one that had came with Lorelei and Lena's friend, she then softened up to him slightly - calming down. Alicia then inched closer to him, holding her arms out for him to take her. She would like to see her parents, even Lorelei, someone else.

Lena was left surrounded by her regrets, her head pressed against the corpse of Angela's head - letting her emotions out instead of bottling them up. Tears mixed with blood, she tasted it against the side of her mouth, but it was ignored. She just wanted to sit right here and not move.

With the child outstretching her arms toward him Smith would lift her up carrying her in his arms similar to how Lena had carried Lorelei the very first time they had met. He would hold her upright letting her rest her head on his left shoulder with his arms cradling the child firmly and safely. He would try to provide emotional comfort to Alicia granting her a moment of stability in a harsh situation. He thought that this was probably a terrifying situation for her, even though he didn't see it all just from the sheer reaction of Lena he could tell that it was a lot on the both of them. He didn't want to push Lena any further yet, so he would leave her to reconcile her own emotions at least for now. He planned on returning and speaking to her after the child was home and safe. Alright, let's go find your parents.
Smith would use the diagnosis skill through the moment of contact he would use his chakra to detect any injuries or problems being able to perceive a small amount of her emotional responses through it as he carefully stood up. He made sure that the child was carried securely and steadily making sure she never felt like she was in a precarious position. He would move toward Mori proper, reentering the city as he sought out Zeri and Juliana. He had to return to Lena as soon as he could. She was hurting and needed more help but he knew for a fact she didn't want the child to see her in that moment of weakness. Are you alright Alicia? We don't have to talk about what happened, I just want to know if you're hurt and if you need any form of healing so if anything hurts, you can tell me. Okay?
His voice remained soft and gentle as he walked through the streets of Mori seeking out the child's parents. The streets would seem familiar as he got deeper into the city. He was split, his mind was focusing half on the child and objective in front of him but in the back of his mind, he was worried about Lena. He remembered how she acted as he picked up and moved the child away from the situation. She had brought the corpse of her previous lover closer, the tears and blood mixing into a moment of catharsis. It was the first time he had seen her let her emotions out into the world. He remembered that she always seemed to bottle them up maybe that's what Salazzle meant. She definitely knew better than he did.
He would approach Zeri or Juliana, whichever he found first and bring their child to them letting her go and handing her over before explaining that he wanted to return to Lena and make sure she was alright. He would heal any wounds that the child had sustained completely before returning making sure she was safe, well and home before turning and bursting off back toward Lena in a burst of pure speed and adrenaline.
He thought it was best to be the emotional rock right now, that they could look to for support. It was the best thing he could do right now, even as a goliath barbarian with no formal education he could tell there was more that she wanted to say and she required someone to be there for her. He entered back into the situation as he began to move more slowly, to show he was back, and to not startle his ally.
( Iryō Ninjutsu: Shōsen Jutsu ) - Medical Technique: Mystic Palm Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A (2x the amount of damage healed)
Damage: N/A
Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or remove with poisons or toxins, though it can heal damage by them. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal, he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for x amount of damage the user needs to spend 2x amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant.
Note: Can be used on up to 2 targets.
Note: Can only be used by Medical Ninja.

This post marks the beginning of my mission using this storyboard element:
  • Choose between what is right and what is easy (3)
Summary: Lena would have to make a decision, after killing Angela and going through the pain she felt. She'd have to buck up and actually continue her story as much as she just wanted to sit there. It was a mental task, to decide on the best course of action. With there being a survivor of Angela's guard, she'd have to choose the easy route of killing her or the right one of letting her live and take Angela's corpse return home to be buried.
As Smith left, Lena was left alone once again. She didn't really do much except sitting their holding her victim in her hands - all life gone from Angela, there was no return from this and had left her forever changed. There was just no sound except for the quiet sobbing that Lena was doing, it was like a floodgate had opened within her - the bottle of emotions had burst.

She was interrupted however, a louder noise cracked through the quiet of the forest. She snapped her head in that direction and sitting against one of the trees was one of the surviving Guards Sorrows had fought and seemingly not finished off. Lena raised her hand towards the Guard and her arm bulged and writhed as the threads were about to launched her hand at the Guard and finish her off; but her finger's twitched and she hesitated; not doing what she intended she lowered her arm and looked down with a sad expression. Her head turned back to Angela's face. She was struggling.

Lena slowly stood up, carrying Angela in her arms - blood dripped from them as she walked away from the already vastly accumulated pool of blood. A small trial of blood from the puddle leading to the Guard that was sat against the tree injured was formed and Lena fell to her knees in front of her still holding the dead wood user. The Guard panicked slightly, trying to retreat but just further backed up against the tree. Lena's lips parted and a very quiet, broken voice escaped from between them;

"What's your name?"

The Guard looked scared and she didn't really look ready to answer either. Probably didn't help that Sorrows had locked her in a Genjutsu, then burned & disarmed her, sliced through her body, burned her again and then kicked her in the chest probably cracking if not breaking her ribs. The cut didn't look too deep however, a slice straight through her chest and there was blood - but she was still alive and kicking, Lena wasn't going to treat her.

Hell. Lena still hadn't decided whether to kill her or not. She was torn, with the anger in her mind it was easy to just reach out and send her soul from her body and out of this existence for ever stepping foot on this land with negative intentions; she could easily do that and snap at any moment. But. There was the other, respectful side, and more death - was it really necessary? Angela wasn't from Shinramoto, and even though Lena could bury her here; it might've been more suitable for her to be returned to Jinshui. Lena would not be welcome there if she took her, herself however. Angela would probably appreciate it as well, if Lena just let her Guard live - she was just another soldier following orders and a beautiful woman. Though if Lena just let her live, word would spread, she would be put at a disadvantage and the threat that would be created due to this would become even greater, the looming revenge of Jinshui's people would become another factor to watch out for. Lena would have the element of surprise if she were to kill the Guard now and go to Jinshui to wipe them out before they could hurt Shinramoto.

...Then again. Lena didn't feel like doing that... or fighting at all anymore. She was just so down that the idea of that hurt her, and then she remembered what Angela had said to her. Be a Hero. She hated that word suddenly, it being the word that was said about her, but she just kept hurting and thinking she had been doing the wrong things every-time she came across some kind of conflict. Was this the start of the correct path? Letting this Guard live.

"S-scarlet"

How suitable. Lena now had a name, maybe she was actively stopping herself from deciding against the slaughter route by adding a name and weight to the face. The Guard looked afraid, like Lena could tear her apart in any second - she wasn't wrong. It was still up in the air.

"You need to take Angela home and give her a proper ceremony and place to rest."

It seemed Lena had made a decision, she hoped it was the right one. She felt like she needed to say more, but even talking was becoming a task. To threaten this woman and tell her that she will regret any further action that would be against Lena's interests. But Lena was exhausted and talking exhausted her more, hopefully the mercy and respect shown here was a sign that this turmoil was not something that should be pursued. The Guard, Scarlet nodded in response and she tried to adjust herself so that she could crouch - being very wary of what Lena was doing. The threaded woman was having a hard time letting go of Angela's corpse, feeling like she had to cradle it forever - to make up for being of separate ideals. Tears ran down her face, but she had stopped sobbing - Scarlet had also begun to cry, probably at the realisation of what had all just happened and it didn't help that another presence was doing the same thing. As Scarlet began to take Angela into her arms, Lena tensed up and resisted - but then realised that she was being slightly hypocritical and against her heart's aching wishes let the corpse go. Lena looked up sadly towards the Guard who was now carrying hr Queen and she nodded before leaving through the forest quickly in a direction away from the Village.

Lena waited for her to leave and then just knelt there, her head rolled back as she looked up lifelessly into the sky. She was very still, one would mistake her for being dead except she was in a kneeling position. The flickering sun struggling to sift through the thick leaves the of the trees, but the odd beam hit her face. She tried to find warmth in such dark times. Covered in blood and alone, she didn't think about her next move and fell blank - repeating the events that had happened in her head over and over. Songbird sat on the other side of the clearing away from her and the lay down, saddened by it's summoner's grief, but allowed her some distance.

Songbird sat on the other side of the clearing away from her and the lay down, saddened by it's summoner's grief, but allowed her some distance.

Smith would gingerly approach her making his presence known. He had done as his friend had asked, and ferried the child away and back to her parents. Now that he was back, he had to persistently support his ally. Taking several steps forward he stood beside her lowering his right hand onto her left shoulder. He had barely caught the final moments between her and the guard. He knew that the pain she must be in was unimaginable. It was much worse than physical pain in honesty his creator, would rather have every bone in his body broken than to have to deal with another moment like his exile.
That was the closest thing Smith had to what she must be feeling. That, harsh, cold, empty, and dead feeling that he was left with when he was exiled. That emotion that sat like a rock in his chest and gut as the pain from the last beating he received from his tribe subsided and he realized that he would never see them, or his home again. He stood in silence for a moment before he tried to comfort her hoping just being there was enough.
His words were sincere and sympathetic. If this were a regular human, he might not care so much, but this was Lena of Shinramoto his first ally in the Tea Peninsula. He had fought alongside her in the Battle of Shinramoto to protect her people and her new home. She had fought at his creator's side in the Razing of Degarashan and his creator had even met Angela. Smith knew depression well, the dread, and emptiness. The feeling of being alone while surrounded by a loud group of strangers, but those distractions helped.

You did the right thing, Lena. I know that might mean nothing coming from me right now, but you'll get through this. Remember you're not alone. Even if that's what you're feeling right now. You have the people of Shinramoto that took you in. You have Zeri, Juliana, Alicia, me, Lorelei, Sado and even the rest of the Golden Sabbath. There are people who care about you and want to see you happy again one day but first comes the hardest thing we all have to face eventually. Working through the grief and emotions buried inside. It's an insurmountable task, but you have a support system. You don't have to do that alone anymore.

In honesty, Smith was saying what his creator would want to hear from his own allies. What Smith would want to hear if he were in Lena's position and she was the one trying to comfort him. He hoped with everything he had that the words actually helped. It was all he could do at this moment. Be here, when Lena needed someone. Anyone to help bare the weight of grief placed on her shoulders. Smith wasn't a smart man, he was Sado's clone after all, but he did seem to know grief, rage, sadness, and depression.
It was something he battled with constantly due to his bipolar disorder. He knew there were moments when the words just couldn't reach. Suffering too terrible to name. The moments when someone is in so deep, they feel like it's easier to just swim down. He was trying to pull her back up, gradually, before she was too deep in her sorrow and regret to be pulled out of it.
Before she did something she'd regret even more. He just stood there for a while his right hand sitting on Lena's left shoulder if she let him. If she pulled away and became defensive he'd understand completely and wouldn't push or prod. Even if she became aggressive and attacked him, he wouldn't hesitate to let her disperse him. He felt like she needed catharsis in whatever form it came in he would support her.
He remembered that initial moment when he laid eyes on her covered in blood, eyes burning with primal emotions. He thought back to how it appeared like she wanted to scream out toward him with everything inside her. His words were meant to come off as empathetic.

Lena let out a long huff, with her head rolled back she could see Smith behind her, feeling his hand on her shoulder she tilted her head on it and closed her eyes feeling relieved that someone was around. Eventually bringing her hand up to hold his that had been placed upon her. He spoke to her and she took the words in, it filled her character with heat that would melt her down enough to keep her froze to the spot.

After listening to everything Smith had to say, she nodded. She'd have to continue, though she could probably stay in this spot thinking about her grief stricken actions and feeling sorry for herself for days. She wasn't a normal human, she didn't need to function like one. With that in mind, sitting here feeling sorry for herself was not Lena and she had to just... continue. For now, be sad, but work. She stood up slowly, still facing away from Smith; she brought her hands up to her face and wiped it clean. A loud audible inhale and exhale could be heard before she turned around to face him, her eyes were normal again, except they were slightly weighed down with sorrow.

"Thank you, Smith."

Her face was soft, and welcoming - which was different than the usual cold or veiled expressions she had. She felt different herself, the constant pain was moulding her yet again and changing her into a refined person. Though she still had a way to go, she needed to just - distract herself. She walked passed Smith.

"I have heard multiple factions of Shinobi have come together to form Villages in these trying times, including Sado. Seems people had the same Idea as Zeri - we just didn't have the manpower to get it together."

Lena let out a sigh and stopped walking.

"I want to convince him to leave this place with everyone, but he may be too attached to the land in all honesty. And I don't want to take his dream to turn Shinramoto into something away from him. He feels very close to his goal. If not, I think I need to distance myself from this place. What news do you have?"

This post marks the beginning of my mission using these storyboard elements:
  • Custom: Negotiate for or speak on behalf of your faction ( 3 )
Summary: Smith has just helped Lena through a moment of insurmountable grief, heartache, and pain. Well, he helped her the most he could, scars like that the kind that shake a person to their very core, never truly disappear they only close up, and scar over leaving a deep feeling of determination. Now he has been gifted an opportunity, it seems to Smith that Lena wants safety and security for her people, and for herself, a respite from the constant turmoil and violence pushed on them by the Shogunate's rising empire. After everything he has seen here, the Battle of Shinramoto, the Razing of Degarashan, the sheer regret, despair and rage in this woman's eyes he knows there's no way that these lands can ever feel safe for them at least that's what he believes. Not with the Shogunate of Takauji Ashikaga to the south. She has given him a way to bring up the topic the other clone had told him to. Another offer, to her and her people, to join the Golden Sabbath. To join their forming nation in the Badlands of Earth. To rise above her sins, and despair and regret and be a part of a moment in history. No, not a moment, a movement where all the hungriest people with something to prove went. Again, like a lot of my recent missions, this will be multiple posts to create a flowing narrative.

When Lena looked up to him, he gazed down giving her the moment breaking his speech and returning to silence. It was hers, her moment, to just be there and exist in it so that she could form her own thoughts, and emotions, without pressure or the feeling that she might have to rush to catch up. He didn't want her to push everything down, not now.
That could set up a chain of events that could eventually end in more pain for her. As he watched the stitched woman she seemed to slowly soften up as if her demeanor and actions appeared to him to become brighter as if she were pushing past it at least for now. To focus on her people, that made up her life, and her world. Smith was merely there for support. He watched her as she stood up slowly averting her gaze and wiping her face clean. What followed as he watched her was an inhale, and an exhale.
He believed it was a second of clarity like a reset switch on the situation. However, when she turned to face him, he could still see the sorrow in her eyes. The way they drooped and hung, back to their normal non-sharingan state. He knew she wasn't whole again.
"Thank you, Smith."
Smith would smile slightly, he didn't require that. Seeing her in pain, for the first time in his life made him feel pain. That was new, he had never felt that type of empathy. A reflection of the person in front of him, when she was hurting, he hurt for some reason. He and his creator decimated Degarashan.
Even when they spent time looking at the faces of terror and fear, there was no emotion elated from it in the Battle of Shinramoto nor the Razing of Degarashan. This situation though seemed to pull at him. More than any before, as if relating to her was easier and he was becoming more human than he had been in the past.
Smith would turn his body and walk with Lena as she walked past him. It seemed like she wanted a distraction. Smith understood, his entire life was a distraction from his pain. The women, the alcohol, the combat, the people he surrounded himself and the admirable deeds he performed. All were to distract him from himself.
To keep him busy and active. He silently listened as Lena spoke to him. It seemed she had already heard of the forming alliances in the world. Sado, his creator was indeed one of the people at the forefront of this movement.

What news do you have?
Smith would reflect her tone, not wanting to set her back into a downward spiral. His tone, was sort of like Lorelei when she tried to comfort others. Smith had learned so much from her. How to talk to others, how to feel, and think and place himself in another's position. He listened intently to her words as Lena spoke, walking deliberately giving her space but being receptive. With her thoughts placed out into the world, and verbalized Smith would think for a moment.
She was right, and he had even been told to bring it up to her, but how could he do that back then? When she needed a moment. It would have broken her to be forced along he assumed. She required every minute earlier to focus on herself and Angela there was no time for Sado, or Smith or the Golden Sabbath, there was only time for Lena and how to put the pieces of her life, and mind back together and that was understandable. Suffering like the kind she just went through, were life-changing, and defining.
While he was speaking the clone would refer to Sado in the third person, but halfway through he would correct himself. It was time to grow up, to stop doing that and finally call it like he was. He was just as much a part of Sado, as Sado himself was. He needed Lena to know, that when he said "Sado want's you to be there" he was saying "I want you to be there."

You're right. Sado has been banding together the clans of the Badlands of Earth. From the information I obtained from another clone there is a summit planned soon. One where all of the allies of the Golden Sabbath are supposed to meet and discuss the future. What they want, what they need, and how they each believe the clan and village should move forward. Sad-... I want you to be there Lena. I want to build a home for us all. I want to take in your people, and give them land, and food, and a port. I want you to build your home alongside mine. I want them to become one and the same. You-... you're my family. All of you. My allies. You're all I have that's tangible and real. Power, abilities, rage, sorrow, regret. They're all intangible, untouchable things. Sure being strong is great, but having someone beside you to take your hand and pull you through moments like yours. That is what I need. That is what I believe my village needs.

Smith would now be speaking as if he were Sado. There was no more bullshit, no more games. No more referring to Sado in the third person. It was useful at fire to keep things less confusing but it also created a divide where Lena might feel that Sado and Smith were separate. It wasn't like that. They were two sides of the same coin, a duality that couldn't be separated and Smith was realizing that. Even if he dispersed right this instant, the actions he did, the alliances he formed, the feelings, experiences, and emotions they would all affect the man Sado was until the day he died.
Smith wanted Lena to convince Zeri and all of Shinramoto to become a part of the Golden Sabbath, no not the Golden Sabbath. What the Golden Sabbath was building the nation, the land, the people and the home. He wanted to help her convince him. He wanted to bind her to his cause and his world so that their goals and ideas and worldview would never have to be separated again.
There was a palpable resolve in his words a determination and a fire that screamed out that he was trying his best to build something for all of them. It was a place for Lena, for himself, for Vegeta, Trunks, Fu, Korra, all of them even the ones he didn't name the regular people he hadn't met yet but who needed the safety.
Sado was a selfish being though. Even though he had them all in mind, in the end, he was building this for himself. So he never had to be alone again so he could never be left behind like the scum, and garbage he felt he was. The half-blooded, goliath-human mutt he was.

It was sweet. It also made sense, Lena and the rest of the village wouldn't have to worry about the impending threats from Takauji, Jinshui and even Chungsu anymore if they had the safety of the land and Golden Sabbath. It was becoming too stressful to live here and all their allied manpower was located elsewhere.

"I should go then huh? Meet all your friends."

Lena would go to this summit and see what was what. Plus it would be rude to deny an invitation that Smith had poured his heart out to give to her. She was actually itching to go and see what the fuss was about, the idea of meeting new people and getting out of her area to see the world was something she had been wanting to do for a while and had mentioned it before. This was an excuse to distract herself.

"Before making any concrete decisions about things, I'm just going to go and talk, see the lands. Are you coming or are you staying? I could probably just find where it is."

Lena trusted Smith if he was going to stay, she could probably find the way on her own anyway. Though if he was going to come with her, she was going to take a precaution and not leave the Village entirely alone. Her confidence right now was shaken, and she still had to investigate the secret underground areas that Angela had created under the Village as well, before deeming anything safe.

Continued

I think that would be a good idea. So you can get a feel for the people I've been gathering together. The individuals that will accept you for who, and what you are. I don't know much about any of the new allies that have been gathered, but I know a lot about the old ones. There's the White Lotus, my oldest and most trusted allies who by this point I've been working with for nearly seven months. You see, they sheltered my people in those months of tribulation when Takauji wanted to force his tyranny upon my lands before I had built up a strong foundation. Those months when he sent raiding parties, bandits, and shinobi to kill, steal and pillage they gave my people a place to remain safe. I think you'll like them. I want to do what they did for me, and my people, for you and yours. I'd also like to help you talk to Zeri about everything. I know you might have an easier time convincing him in an emotional way because of how close you two are, but I think he and I speak a similar language when it comes to strategy. I think if you can appeal to his emotions and his heart, I can appeal to his logic and his mind.

Smith was beginning to refer to Sado's deeds as his own now as if he had finally accepted the fact that they were the same. He couldn't tell if Lena actually wanted to meet these people, or if it was a defense mechanism, a distraction. Either way, this was something he and Sado had been working toward during their time in Shinramoto.
A way to convince Lena to join their initiative. In the past, they had made this offer multiple times, but each time they were spurned or rebuffed so they backed off and it was put off. It was as if now, finally she was more accepting of the offer. Smith assumed this was probably because of everything that has happened. Shinramoto had been dangerous for a while now. With battle after battle, but now Smith realized it hit closer than ever before. Angela had targeted the child, Alicia.
Angela had targeted Lena's immediate family well at least what Smith believed Lena considered her immediate family, it seemed she considered that child her sister. He could probably use that point to convince Zeri as well to move his people and to finally evacuate Shinramoto appealing to his logical mind. It was plain to see this wasn't the end of their growing plan. This was the beginning of a much more dangerous game, that Takauji was playing.
What this action meant to Smith's mind was these people were okay with attacking, kidnapping and abusing children to accomplish their goals. Smith believed they weren't looking at the people of Shinramoto as people anymore. Takauji was seeing them as pieces on a board and that was an extremely deadly thought.
It told Smith that Takauji and the Hangurian Black Ones were growing impatient. It meant that they were willing to flip the table and restart the game if need be. They probably had a backup plan if Angela's actions failed. Smith reasoned immediately that it was probably a plan to burn Shinramoto and it's inhabitants to the ground. Merely for the chance at owning the scrap of land that laid below their ashes.

I think leaving without setting up a way for my creator to be here instantly would be folly. So, I'm going to set up our last clone. I know Sado has been holding off on using this last trump card because he wanted a strategic position for it, but right here, and right now I think is where the last clone needs to be. That way I can escort you to the Graveyard of Sin, and I can finally take Lorelei home to begin setting up her apothecary shop. It's something she was promised long ago, and I think by this point even she has forgotten. She really has done so much more than what was asked of her. What do you think? I feel like right now we can't leave your people alone. This latest attack was just one in a long line of offensives taken against your people. What do you think?

Smith spoke with a stoic refined tone. It sounded as if he was thinking strategically. Smith really was made up mostly by that side of Sado. His serious, strategic, thoughts. He hardly joked or played he was much more serious as if he was made from the parts of Sado that overthought, and strategized, negotiated, and planned. It made sense because of what he was made for.
He was made to be a spy and to be subtle, so that he could learn everything he could about the lands to the south without being expected, or sought out as Sado Yasutora. The way he handled adversity, was as if he were trying to solve puzzles. In the simplest way, he was much more intellectual than Sado himself acted.
That meant that he thought about everything he believed was important including how to make sure someone could be here instantly, or quickly to defend these people, and if needed evacuate them before they could be targeted once more.

"We can deal with Zeri and the Village later, and I can leave people behind to look after everything."

Lena raises her hand which donned a couple rings and then pointed it out in front of her, from both of the rings two entities moulded out of it and then took the form of a humanoid like figure touching the ground. The pink fleshy substance, grew and took the size of an average person, though they were quite short - taking female figures, clothing formed on their person and they took shape. The two women saluted at Lena, stood perfectly side-by-side wearing what looked like Military Gear.

You must be registered for see images

Lena hadn't summoned her new personal summons as much as she wished she had since Moyashi had give her the new pair. Ever since she lost her old summons to Takauji's onslaught, she had held off on relying on them too much, though these two were quite regimental and disciplined.

"Lena-Sama."

"Lena-Sama."

"I am going to be away for a while, you two are to stay here and look after the Village. Do some further investigating of the underground basements if you get bored. Don't cause any trouble."

Lena gestured for them to shoo off and they did, leaving Smith and Lena alone for a moment again. Songbird had gotten up and trotted over to them both. Lena was ready to go, she wanted to just - go and do something, this was it and she was a bit eager. Maybe a bit too eager. Her interest in the people Sado was gathering had become pretty big.

"I'll fly you to our location and you can point the way, Songbird is fast - no point in wasting time walking. If you're bringing Lorelei, I'll meet you both here."

Type: Summoning
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30 (+30 for both)
Damage Points: N/A
Description:
From the very body of The Gravemind (Sprout the Gravemind Summon) it's flesh is in the control of a Rhizecephalia Parasitic type barnacle which manipulates the flesh to it's entirety, this is normally called a Kōzui. In this case these Kōzui are personal to the user and are seemingly trapped inside an ordinary sized Acorn Barnacle shells which are attached to the user's body, armor or some accessory they keep on their body due to the way Barnacles permanently attach to surfaces. The Shells are pretty small so can be attached to places like the underside of the tongue and the summon can seemingly grow out from the mouth or can act as the jewel on a ring that the user wears. The user channels chakra into the Shell on their person and the Kozui will pop out (like they are growing out from it) and have a humanoid shape, they can take the form of a Human if they so wish (As long as they have two legs and two arms and are around the same size as a person they can look as cosmetically wacky as the user's preference), a realistic transformation very similar to the Shadow Mirror Body Change Method with clothes and all. The "Zombie" can be spawned with a weapon each made of Calcite Shell, and can be any weapon the user desires - they're just an ordinary weapon. They can be summoned through ordinary summoning means if the user so wishes.

The Kōzui have a very strong resistance to ordinary weapons and taijutsu, anything powered with chakra would hurt the Rhizecephalia normally and being sliced in half with an ordinary blade would still cause the drawbacks of having no legs for example, however the Kōzui can still move and drag themselves with their hands. Kōzui can still feel pain and can break out of genjutsu through pain, however they cannot really be crippled by it (For example pain so severe it would paralyze them or stun them). Kōzui can perform A-Rank Ordinary Strong-Fist Taijutsu OR A-Rank Kenjutsu that the user knows (must be stated when summoned or in the user's bio which of the two they are allowed) and can use Legs of the Thoracica and Body of the Thoracica, and even be fused with the Organs of the Thoracica, the Kōzui also Wield Gadget Barnacles. The Restrictions of the Barnacle Arts when the Zombies use them apply to them separately as they are a singular entity with it's own abilities, their number of usages of an Art will not clash with the Users. Moreover, The Zombies can through the mental command of the signer use ONLY the Legs of the Thoracica and Body of the Thoracica from their Shell which they are trapped within until summoned that is on the User's person.

The Rhizecephalia act as travelling companions and last indefinitely on the field upon summoning, when they take B-Rank damage they will disperse from the battlefield back into their shells. They usually come in pairs, but each use of this Technique is a single separate Kozui and so the user can have up to two of these on their bio - each being different.

- Must have Signed Barnacle Summoning Contract
- The Zombies can communicate with the user in their shells, this is mainly cosmetic
- Can only have a Maximum of Two of these on ones bio.
- When Summoned they last for four turns.
- The user can spend 30 extra chakra to summon both Kozui with one usage of this technique.
- Must be stated in the User's Bio to be capable of being used.
- The user can have the Kōzui be taken back inside the acorn shells if in short range

Smith would nod. If that's what Lena thought was best for her people, he respected her enough to go along with it. He would form a single hand seal forming one final shadow clone. The last one that Sado could theoretically create for now until one dispensed and it would go out and just chill near Mori. It was obviously just a mainline back to Shinramoto should trouble to break out so Smith and his creator could return at the drop of a Reverse Summon. Smith would gather up the rest of his things, find Lorelei and meet Lena back at the designated post. The additional new clone would hover around the areas where the personal summons of Lena were stationed and would try to be helpful.
Other than that everything was in order for their exit. It was an odd feeling. He had gotten so used to being in Shinramoto that being outside of the immediate area again would feel different. Goliaths loved exploring and they were extremely curious beings. The fact that he had been rooted for so long, was a miracle. It was a testament to his human half. The side that wanted acceptance and a home. Smith and Lorelei would take a moment to wait on Lena and then would follow her.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20 (total chakra is divided by the final number of clones plus the user)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Smith:
1321 - 21 ( Mystic Palm ) = 1300
1300 - 20 ( Shadow Clone ) = 1280
1280 / 2 = 640
Remaining chakra: 640

New nameless clone: 640
Note: Giving my permission for Never to control my Smith clone, and Lorelei NPC for travel.

Lena watched as Smith prepared his clone and sent him off to go and aid her summons. With Lorelei turning up eventually, Lena would gesture for her to get upon the bird and help her up onto him since he was so big. She would wait for Smith to get upon the bird before she did, taking control and flying upwards into the air - Songbird left the lands of Shinramoto.

Note: Giving my permission for Never to control my Smith clone, and Lorelei NPC for travel.
The shadow clone that was left behind would send use the communication scroll to message to Smith to deliver to Lena.

He would send information to inform Lena and Sado of the current standings mainly Lena about her people.
Lena,

I write to let you know, your companions have completed the repair of Shinramoto. I will not bore you with the details. Needless to say that the children are well-fed and safe, your elderly and infirm are cared-for and comfortable. I send more good news, your people have learned of the departure of Takuji Ashikaga and his Hangurian Black Ones.

We know little of their departure but it seems without even admitting defeat the Shogun departed from the mainland. His move was silent and quick. At first, only noticed by the peasants that occupied his territory in the Tea Peninsula the following morning. As you know confusion in these parts spread quickly and the southern territories of the Tea Peninsula were no different. There are many people left with no leader and from what I know of your people they help when they can.

I assume Zeri plans to expand with your aid. All that is really known is that a fleet of five ships with the Ashikaga family Coat of Arms was seen off the coast of the southern Water Archipelago later in the day. The ships appeared to be going east. We know not where they flee, but I believe they've suffered enough for now. The folk in charge argue constantly, but that is to be expected. And it is no bad thing; they all want the same good things in different ways. I listen mostly, and do what I can to make sure they listen to each other. Without listening, nothing good can happen.
Like Smith before me, I learn from the humans you chose to surround yourself with the people of Shinramoto and I find myself caring for them in your stead. I once thought humans petty and greedy, and I know without the experiences I or Smith have gone through Sado still believes so. Your people have taught me humans can be accepting and generous I hope Sado learns this as well. Suffice to say these humans await your return and worry for your safety, especially the children. It seems you have earned the admiration of many.
Signed,
They still call me Smith?
With the message sent he would go about his normal activities monitoring Shinramoto in Lena's absence.

The nameless clone would set out toward the east to see if you could pick up the trail of the Hangurian Black Ones.

He seemed to move toward the Witchwood Arena as that was where people had congregated lately.

"Finally! Civilization," Cindra would proclaim on the back of Hop. They had been traveling for 8 hours, and the Cindra had grown tired of grasslands that covered miles and miles. Now that they finally entered Senshitsu Village town of Shinramoto she needed a shower, new clothes and food. So the first place the two went were to a Hot-baths. There they learned or better said: remembered that they needed to pay but Hop who had rejected any money offered to it and Cindra who was robbed by the bandits, had no money.

"Ahhh, we need money!!!"

"I got an idea," Hop would say to the princess.

"I'm all ears."

"You can come with me and we hunt any animals around the area and try to sell them cheap, or I do the hunting and you either work as a maid or bar assistant?" Cindra scratched the back of her head a little nervous.

"I've never done any work in my life." Hop would shrug.

"So you just going to watch me hunt?" The princess would shake her head.

"I'll work." With that the tow split ways, planning to meet up with each other, that night. Hop would first head to the sea, planning on fishing. First Hop's keen mechanically enhanced eyesight would see into the water where there were the biggest amounts of fish. Not seeing much, Hop would jump into the water and swim deep looking for a huge school of fish. It would swim deeper and deeper, the pressure growing more and more until it saw something even bigger then any of the fish. What looked to be a big sea fish. Five times the height of Hop and 10 times as long. The beast did not see Hop as tasty treat but Hop saw that as easy money. So the bot would preform the snake hand sign and Hop would ride a wave within the water at the beast.
(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.
It would rush at the beast with crazy speed and smash its fist into the fish. This would annoy more then hurt the beast. In retaliation the big fish would quickly turn in the water and hit Hop with its body. This would send Hop back and do a little damage to the bot.
Body SLAM
- 25 damge
Hop would create a water sphere around his arm and shoot hundreds of water spheres from it. The spears would drill into the fish, but just like the other attack, only annoy it.
(Suiton: Shizuka Yari) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.

The fish now interested in this fight would swim at Hop and bash its head into the bot. This would send the bot flinging back in the water.
Head SMASH
- 50 damage

In critical damage's Hop realized it could win this all at once. Hop would throw a kunai at the fish, which again did nothing. The fish now would swim closer to finish this bot off. Hop would quickly do the handsigns Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat and lighting would appear at its hands. The lighting would go berserk in the water, and hit both Hop and the fish.
(Raiton: Kangekiha) – Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40 (+20 to Water Technique)
Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.
Due to Hop being the user he managed to keep many lighting bolts from hitting itself dealing only a small percentage to him. But the fish didn't have this luxury the attack ripped into the fish doing a lot more damage because of the crazy amounts of water around it. Not to mention the fish was naturally weak against lighting doing even more damage to the beast. All in all, Hop would survive with little health left and the fish: defeated.
Hop would resurface with the beast in a water bubble.
(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.

Note: This creates its own water source.
Hop would walk through the town, fatigued but a champion. The fisherman would look at this bot in awe, the merchants would immediately offer to buy it at crazy prices. Finally he would sell the fish for (1,000)* Kumi. Enough for not only a inn, but food, bath, new clothes and enough for spare. Cindra didn't make anywhere near as much, but tried regardless. Hop stayed at that village for two days, the second Hop asked the merchants, fishermen, business owners their stories, and information about the village. The people happily talked because of his feat and Hop learned about the land, how their was other villages all good at fishing. The mysterious Mori village and the quiet resevered Oka-Wan village. The story of the Mother Fish, which was the one Hop had defeated the day before. On the night of the second day did the two finally leave, not on foot this time, Cindra used Hop's money to by a horse carriage in which the two traveled in. And with a newly bought map they used that as a tool to lead them to Cindra's kingdom.
