The fight with an official sensei stays.....i judge that fight, and decide if the new person is to become a sensei or not

the judging is biased as if you don't like a certain person you won't allow them to become a sensei.

if ur gonna keep the rules, reduce the post count number, to less than 1000. That way more people can be sensei, more senseis more training and more active NB

or better yet abolish them, rules take the fun out of everything

doesnt sound bad, but having more senseis have a lot of disadvantages plus nb's rank system makes it a lot more attractive because new members see this as an aim to get to the top pretty much like naruto

going to add to this: a current sensei Must atleast Teachsomeone within 3 week's of BEcoming sensei cause if there a sensei and dont teach anyone then why are they a senesi

Fail. You should not judge that fight. Every sensei should judge it. That's not the way to promote equal chances for everybody.

Some people don't even get 3.5K posts. Not everyone spams his messages accross the forums. I agree though, that the member should have been around here for at least 3 months and needs to be active.

I wasn't specifically targeting you with those statements, i was saying that judging should be pretty much removed in general, for example if the roles were to be flipped around, and i was judging you, my subconscious would influence me, negatively effecting you. that works both ways, that is why i said it should be eliminated altogether.
