Not really. Also, post the Chidori jutsu since you've just learned it.
You need to do something like this:
*As i produce a chidori in my dominant hand, i raise it and use it to control the lightning energy raging above, gathering and molding it into a large dragon like thunder strike that rages from above with an enormous speed and destroys the target area*

Can only be avoided with time/space techniques. Can only be used once per battle.
Now, to use this you actually need to heat up the atmosphere with at least a B-rank fire technique (has to be long range to reach the sky and has to be at least b-rank to heat the atmosphere enough) in the turn before you want to use kirin. Then you must do the chidori and only then Kirin. This means that to use this technique you spend 3 techniques: the fire, the chidori and the kirin itself. You need to always post the chidori. You can't do it without posting it.

Well, i never actually was able to use kirin myself in a fight with a good opponent. Its quite difficult to set up and using 3 techniques for the sake of one is hard to accomplish. You need to, in the turn before, use a long range fire technique directed at the sky to heat the atmosphere up. Then, in your following turn you need to hope you can defend what your opponent sent to you with one jutsu, since you will need to perform 2 to perform kirin: chidori and kirin itself.A jutsu of this kind of strength must have some kind of drawback.. No. Now i need you do to something to me. I want you to go through the Jutsu List, lightning section and see if i skipped any technique. Then go to the AACT thread and copy all the lightning techniques you can use here, so i can also teach you those. I'll teach you those in a different way.

AACT = Adicional Approved Cannon Techniques. There is a thread in the Jutsu sub forum with all of them. As for those techniques, you can only use them if you have the bios to use them. However, excluding Limelight, the other two are quite simple. So if you ever have a sasuke bio i allow you to use them both.
