Yes, he did. Naruto was off panel, sprinted onto panel where Kakashi and Gai were, and then deflected the TBB's. The manga shows this directly. Don't be a fool. Even a sprint half that length would move him out of line of sight.

Sasuke will have to readjust to Naruto's position before he can fire Amaterasu again, as Naruto would have sprinted out of his line of sight. Sasuke does not see in 360 degrees.

Completely wrong. It all depends on distance. The bigger the distance the bigger area angle of attack will cover. Sasuke only had problem at close range with such speeds it wont be happening at middle range, so sasuke will be able to track naruto freely as he did track obito just recently.

What Slimreaper said.. I don't see any change itachi stayed the same while sasuke was talking and when he finally attacked.. there was no indication he activated it he could've activated it before but didn't not until Sasuke unleashed Kirin on him.
