I believe, as you have noted. That Sasuke has a weak Genjutsu (not Tsukuyomi), Amaterasu, and manipulation of Amaterasu with Enton. I support this theory because along with your facts, I cannot think of a more plausible way for Kishi to give Sasuke an upgrade in the middle of the war. Aside from unlocking his Third Tech, which I don't believe to be Tsukuyomi, but rather a completely new Tech.

That is incorrect, Sasuke plainly stated that he feels Itachi's power flowing into him, and if you hadn't noticed, the chakra is never stated to remain solely within the brain, it spreads to the optic nerve which produces the change in the eye. Which, the change that took place in Itachi and Izuna's eyes, currently resides within Sasuke and Madara's eyes, meaning, they're affected by that chakra. Unless you're suggesting that this adjustment is simply ornamental. Which is incorrect as Sasuke has already attested otherwise.

I disagree, it's a different distinction to say Itachi's chakra changed Sasuke eyes rather than Sasuke's chakra changed Itachi's eyes.

I don't know you or how much you know about the manga, so why would I assume anything?

Obviously, I was referring to Itachi's eyes as Sasuke's.
