You do realise Naruto is a genin, right? Outside of Kage tier, rank has little bearing on skill and there are quite a few examples of that in the manga.

Regardless of your bias towards Sakura, she is easily Kage level. Given her near identical skill set she probably is at mid tier Kage like Tsunade, with either one of them being a shade more skilled/stronger. Fitting, I'd say since Team 7 have surpassed the Sannin.

Boy naruto is different aka main character he had a great character development to show grow with his abilities and himself.

If his poison is restricted and she has full knowledge on his abilities. She probably could.

Early part2 Sakura was a poison expert, a great medical ninja, she had good evasion skills and ridiculous strength. Even Sasori praised her during the battle several times.
