Boy naruto is different aka main character he had a great character development to show grow with his abilities and himself.

Sakura abilities are yet to shine we don't know what she can really do all of the power she has we have seen the with tsunade at full potencial Area's we have yet to see sakura (period) with her power, we can't place her on kage level because we don't i know what she can do aside from healing and punching < she's high joinin level.

When we see her using her abilities more then maybe kage level.

And you continue to utterly miss the point because your own bias won't let you accept reason. Aside from Naruto the majority of his friends have shown techniques that are easily jōnin level and above. It's not just Naruto.

Enough of Sakura's abilities have already been shown to validate her as Kage. She is second only to Tsunade when it comes to medical ninjutsu. She has near perfect chakra control and strength to go with it that have been implied to be greater than Tsunade's. She can summon Katsuyu to heal and entire army at once. She can use the Byakugō seal, Creartion Rebirth and the actual Byakugō jutsu. This places her far above her agemates with the exception of Gaara who is on the same level most likely.

Sakura hasn't even reached her prime yet and she's this strong already. She may not be able to contend either godlike enemies like Madara but neither could the combined efforts of the Gokage.

sakura doesnt have the experience. in all of her fights she had help. sakura was not beating sasori without chiyo. many other people who are above sakura can hold their own in a 1v1 with someone strong. your assuming because she has learned these things that she is kage level when she never has shown herself to be kage level. tsunade in the fight with madara proved her title of kage.

naruto and sasuke who are both genin have proved themselves to be kage level. and all chuunin arent the same. just because chuunin sakura > iruka doesnt put her as a jonin in early shipuuden. there was a reason she wasnt a jonin back then.

yes those are nice feats but she has never showed herself in a fight to be kage level? she has the same techs as tsunade but she doesnt have the experience. other people have shown that they are experience enough to be kage level

Tsunade isn't even kage lvl, her becoming hokage was a last minute thing. She's the weakest out of all the kages, except for maybe Danzo.
