Once awakened Sakura no longer had to focus on creating the seal. She was able to do this

A very lagre reserve, 3 years worth of chakra. Big enough to heal and restore the strength of the whole shinobi alliance. Katsuyu uses the chakra in Sakura's seal to heal everyone.

Katsuyu's size gives her a huge advantage over every other character who does not have anything as big to compete with.

Katsuyu is impervious to physical attacks. She was able to shield everyone from the large scale shinra tensei that destroyed all of Konoha and herself did not take any damage. She was also with Naruto when he went 8 tails and the corrosive chakra did not do anything her.

Because of Katsuyu Sakura has the ability to tank something as powerful as Shinra Tensei

Two people are able to do this technique and it has been compared to the regeneration of Hashirama himself. Sakura was able to take a chakra rod through her body and still threw a punch.

Medical Ninjustu and Knowledge:

She was able able heal herself without her hands just with her body when Sasori stabbed her with a poisoning sword.
Chiyo herself a medical ninja and poison expert was not able to create an antidote for Sasori's poison but Sakura was.

Sakura has gained a lot of praise. From Kakashi, Tsunade, Shizune and Chiyo, but I guess those dont really count since they are teachers to her or people who know her. However she has gained praise from other shinobi. I only added praise to show you that I am not making this stuff up and other characters think so too.

She is still low to mid Jounin in my book, she still loses to Neji and possibly Rock Lee. She has the tools to be incredibly powerful but she is still one deminsional combat wise. She has some of Tsunades techs but she lacks Tsunades skill and experience. Some people judge on what jutsu you posses, but there's a lot more than just jutsu on how to evaluate a characters overall strength. Sakura right now is just brute strength. Give her a few more years, 2-4 and she can become low kage level. Not really who you would want protecting your village.

Stop. She can beat Neji on her own. Lee she will need Katsuyu, which she has so stop.

No not in my opinion. Ik Tsunade is a kage but that doesn't make you Kage level. Sakura is nothing but a younger Tsunade so there on the same level imo.
