Ruins of Chungsu

Until its partial destruction by the Kyūbi in the year 804 the city of Chungsu was the cultural, economic and administrative capital of the Freehold of Hanguri. An extreme primate city, Chungsu disproportionately dwarfed its counterparts in the Freehold in terms of both land area, metropolitan area and population. It housed the parliamentary building of the legislative branch, the offices of the Daijō-daijin and the headquarters of the army, and contained wonders such as the Grand Library of Chungsu. Before its razing the city was alive with commerce, art and politics, protected by its famous Black Walls and a corps of fūinjutsu masters. It was the beating heart of the Freehold in every sense. The city’s architecture was widely renowned; its breathtakingly tall Topless Towers could be seen from leagues away, and wondrous artifacts created with chakra and technology were a common sight within the walls.
A renewed history was upon the horizon as the Cataclysm sundered the foundations of the world and shook all to its core. Where the ruins of a once great cultural and economic superpower once existed long ago -a shadowy stain left upon the old world's history as a reflection of how humanity's own greed and malice can bring itself to heel- has now since been replaced by the sprawling, shimmering brilliance of marble, obsidian and granites that made up the building stones of the now great city of Solanaceae. This beaming star of the post-Cataclysm new world is the house of Aureliana, the Goddess of Wisdom, where she sits as the reigning deity of the region; placing her gaze over all affairs with a personal maternal influence to all that she oversees.
Hovering above the tallest pinnacle point of Solanaceae -a glimmering white tower that sits connected to the Celestial Rotunda that serves as the governing house of Solana- is a bellowing vibrance that illuminates the nearby regions singlehandedly with it's star-like glow; flame-like tails whipping about from its central, white heart. Like the Sun, this beacon-like energy releases a warmth to it that envelops the borders of solanaceae like a blanket. While this ""warmth"" seems otherwise harmless and indifferent to who it envelops, taking to any who enter into the borders of Solanaceae, it provides an otherwise influential comfort and sense of calmness to those who bask in it willingly, often making those that take residence in Solana, stay.

Rift Title: Savior (Claimed by: Keotsu, Imperfect, and Arthorius)
On January 1st, 803, mere months after the Hangurian Freehold’s government declares itself bankrupt, the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox appeared mysteriously within the capital city of Chungsu, laying it low. It was a night of terror that saw much of the city obliterated and its entire population displaced. The event triggered a power vacuum that started a new epoch: the Warring States Era. Today, 14 years later, a rift in time has opened. Revisit the demise of Chungsu, battle the Kyuubi in the wake of its devastation, and attempt to discover what Imeroth had intended all those years ago.
