Religion vs Science = Illogical

Because this Naruto fan sight has a section named "General discussion" where you can discuss topics that are not related to Naruto.

But what purpose other than to start a pointless argument does this topic serve on this sight?

About 85% of these kind of threads always end in getting closed.

Fu*k religion, Fu*k Science ! I don't believe in them, but I do believe in GOD .

God exists, whether you like it or not, whether you believe in him or not . Period !!!

Religion is science. Blind faith doesnt last, questioners emerges. Faith in religion with right reasoning is great. Humans are born with brains that can reason. Use it.

If you actually "read" the bible you'll understand different scriptures that have scientific facts in there, such as:

• The Earth
• Shape
• The way it's hanging on nothing
• And other scriptures that is sided with this world

Nothing knew but I'm sorry since you read the bible daily I'm sure you would understand it.

And yes God created the heavens and the earth. Science can't prove the Big Bang? Or whatever they try to mold into people's brains.

I just wanna say this....as a catholic, as far as i know, we all support science as well. (im pretty sure there is a pre existing document, the vatican made that deals with how an alien lifeform may fit into the picture, something im sure not many religions consider

A common saying my mom had, with the whole science vs religion, was "science explains how things work, religion explains why they work"

God made the universe, and made set rules for it. Therofore, science, is the application and study of those rules, known as the law of physics.

But seriously i agree with the OP and science versus religion does make no sense. THere is no way to prove God does exist. Just as there is no way to prove He cant exist.

This whole fight the world is in with "Religion vs Science", is quite illogical. The fact that people are taking Science and putting it up against a belief system is quite ridiculous and makes no freaking sense.

Most atheists defend their point of "no god" with saying " we support science and go by science , not beliefs."

However, religions like Islam, Sikhism, Hinduism, (partially Christianity) are science supporters. ESPECIALLY ISLAM AND HINDUISM..

Science is every day things we do. Me trying to solve why I'm sick is SCIENCE...

Infact the reality is that the branch of Science is highly derived by Beliefs.. however they use a different word "Theories". We accept the theory of Big Bang... why? Cause that is what we chose to put our belief in. There is no evidence that the big bang happened..


So people, stop making the 2 things into different things.. when they aren't different.

I went to an evolution seminar last month, and afterwards the professor said something pretty similar, to the effect of, science is being empirical; while religion is based on intuition/belief that cannot be proven or dis-proven by quantified means, but does not mean that they cannot coincide in some form. Many people view one or the other as completely rigid, not being able to see them "work" together in that sense.

It is pointless. I'm on the side of religion over science. I'm not a religious person I don't go to church but I recognize/believe that god does exist. Big Bang Theory and all these other accusations are false from my point of view they can't be proven. I know for a fact that I am not a chimpanzee.

Scientists, especially evolutionists, openly claim to be antichrist. Evolutionists or "neo-darwinists" like Dawkins can all suck my mother****ing ass. Or maybe not, because they would enjoy it, since all they want to create is a world of endless sickness, of any type. Such way of thinking gave rise to Marx, Hitler, "eugenics". I suggest that "scientists" should worry more about science itself, and stop antagonizing people.

Actually the bible has scientific knowledge in there made thousands of years ago before it was proven.

What scientific knowledge? Like how the bible states that all flying insects have four legs, when they actually all have six? Or how the value of pi in the bible is inaccurate? Or how the Earth could not exist without the Sun, yet the bible says the Earth was somehow "created" beforehand? >.>
