Religion vs Science = Illogical

This whole fight the world is in with "Religion vs Science", is quite illogical. The fact that people are taking Science and putting it up against a belief system is quite ridiculous and makes no freaking sense.

Most atheists defend their point of "no god" with saying " we support science and go by science , not beliefs."

However, religions like Islam, Sikhism, Hinduism, (partially Christianity) are science supporters. ESPECIALLY ISLAM AND HINDUISM..

The intellectual and practical activity encompassing the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural...

Science is every day things we do. Me trying to solve why I'm sick is SCIENCE...

Infact the reality is that the branch of Science is highly derived by Beliefs.. however they use a different word "Theories". We accept the theory of Big Bang... why? Cause that is what we chose to put our belief in. There is no evidence that the big bang happened..


So people, stop making the 2 things into different things.. when they aren't different.

Actually the bible has scientific knowledge in there made thousands of years ago before it was proven.

Some people just believe in science nothing wrong with that. Can't go wrong with the ever growing advances in the world. But there is always questions that science can't produce. And it's deemed impossible.

Nothing wrong with both assets. People just overreact.

People have this weird conception about science. That science is something special and proves religions wrong. But like you said yourself religions support science.

I see and Understand what you're saying. But I know if you make this post there's a lot of people who are going to get upset and then they arnt able to back up their arguments... When it comes to Religion versus science people never think out what they say and just go into arguments hotheaded And become simpleminded. Really? I feel like I am about to get caught in the middle of one of those 'Minato vs Itachi' styled threads, but this is way too much to take at once. Maybe hinduism and the islam are science supporters, but the catholics are and were their eternal enemies during ages. Damn, i think wee aren't more advanced right now because of them! Religion should be banished from Earth, as the only thing it brings is dumbness. Religious ppl are like zombies trying to explain everything using magic and child stories! It's perfectly acceptable to follow a religion and also be interested in science. I think most of the negative controversies come from Evolution vs Creationism crap
