I think the purpose of this jutsu is to cause multiple damage to different areas on the body of your opponent without extensive use of different techniques that would lower your chakra supply, like say your trying to hit your opponents upper body, so you use this technique to cause multiple damage on different areas of the upper body. And I think once the tendrils hit you can continue on moving them into the opponents body, its like a sewing needle

* I start by clapping my hands together and gathering a large sum of chakra, I then charge it and release into the atmosphere, causing the the sky to darken wit h lightning flashing, I release more raiton chakra into the atmosphere and start by manipulating the lightning bolts and converting it into pure energy, I then summon 6 pure energy bolts and fire it at 6 random trees around us*
Excellent. Remember you can fire more than one so you can utilize this to your full advantage.
Start by focusing Raiton chakra into your hands and then expelling it out of your hands to create whips. Make sure you keep steady control of the chakra so that the whips do not become too weak.
Then proceed to attack this clone viciously.

No, actually, this jutsu is much more thicker than that. It's brute force, not thin whips.
Now, for this next jutsu, begin by channeling your Raiton chakra into your dominant hand (the hand you use the most). Then mold the chakra to form a hound-shaped stream of lightning.
Remember to keep a steady line of chakra from the hound to the hand, and then direct the hound to attack my clone.

Take aim at my clone and then release from your mouth a long spear of lightning from it, while still attached to you throat. As it reaches my clone you can decide to split the end to pierce him in multiple places if you'd want to. Be sure to state where you aim the spear at and also any spears you split of the end.

Now I want you to use your lightning chakra to create an exact clone of your self. Give him physical substance and enough chakra to act on his own and attack people. To do this you'll need to start with a clear mental depiction of yourself so you have something to mould the lightning chakra with.

Using a sword I want you to channel your lightning chakra into it, keeping in mind the vibrations that give lightning its power to cut through objects. Push the vibrations of the lightning chakra in the sword until you hear a faint humming sound and then slice clean through this windmill shuriken I'll throw at you. If the vibrations high enough, then you'll simply deflect the shuriken, I want you to cut it clean in two.
How could you use this in battle, offensively and defensively?

offensively- the sword is much sharper and cut through non chakra infused weapons
defensively- I guess you can cut through doton syle projectiles and the lightning does make the sword more durable

Gather you raiton chakra as you perform the Ram hand seal, then point one of your hands into the sky above you. Then release your chakra in the form of a lightning bolt in a sudden discharge of lightning, from your hand, at my clone.
A pretty good jutsu as your opponent my not know what you are trying to do until you finally discharge the lightning.
