Let's discuss something that is slightly related to Taijutsu.
What's the difference between using your dominant hand and your other one?
( Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation

Proceed to hold out your dominant land and begin charging Lightning chakra into it. Much like the body shield concept earlier, make a stronger, powerful shield around your arm and hand, putting a lot of chakra into it.
Then, proceed to jump into the air and slam that hand into the Earth. Describe what you think would happen when all that Lightning is discharge around you.

lol* I start by gathering a large sum of chakra and then transferring it to my dominant hand (right hand), I then charge the chakra causing lightning to emit around my hand, I then start powering it up by add and charging more chakra, causing the lightning to emit more and expand from my hand towards my arm, I then leap into the air and then slam my hand into the earth, discharging the lightning from my hand.*
I think by discharging the lightning from my hand would cause the earth to crumble a little but also cause anyone within the radius to be paralyzed/trapped from the lightning traveling within the earth, like some type of electrical net on the field.
xD When I said pinpoint, I was thinking of how Urahara says it. PPINNPPPOOINNTUUUUU!

So, how might this work then? It's somewhat like a weaker Nagashi but requires you to jump, adding more of a physical force to it.

Well lets say your being double team and you want to try and trap both of your opponents at the same time get a hit on them, so this jutsu would be perfect for a quick trap n hit, but you have to time it right.

Good. Also, it can break you out of most Earth moves too.
Once again, charge Lightning chakra into your hands, releasing it in front of you so that you create a wall of Lightning. Make sure you state how large it is.

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm and they then jump into the air. The user will then land slamming their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

Well done.
We will now start focusing more on the elemental aspects of Lighting. Let's start by focusing your chakra into the air and into the clouds. Remember to send a lot of Raiton chakra. Once you have made the environment stormy (in a real battle, if it is already stormy, then there is no need to do this), then you can focus on bringing down Lightning strikes from the clouds you have hit with your Raiton chakra.
Let's give this a try, will we not? Hit one of those trees near us with a Lightning from the sky.

* I clap my hands together an start gathering large sum of chakra, i convert it into raiton chakra and start releasing it into the atmosphere, causing it to become stormy, I then start focusing on the raiton chakra I released, I then send down 2 lightning bolts with the chakra I released, I then aim it towards the trees, the impact causes the trees to snap of and fall *
