You may recall performing a c-ranked lightning jutsu that allows you to make three copied of a sword and make them fly around, yes?
Well this is kinda similar...
Pick up a windmill shuriken from over there and tie a cable onto it, then charge the shuriken with your raiton chakra and throw it at my clone. Hold onto the other end of that cable you tied to it and keep channelling raiton chakra through it, then use the connection to control the flight path of the shuriken as my clones runs around in circles to try and avoid it.
I pull out a windmill shuriken from my bag and unfold it. I then focus my raiton chakra and attach wires to the end of the shuriken. I throw the shuriken toward and around your clones. I then pull the wires to control the shuriken and make it swirl around your clones' arms and legs. I then channel my raiton chakra into the wires. The wires begin to glow, and once the glow reaches your clones, it renders your clones paralyzed and also restricts its movements.
You can also use the lightning chakra in the wires to passively control the shurikens direction, without you having to manipulate them in an obvious manner.
(Raiton: Shuriken Seigyo no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Shuriken Control Technique

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.
I want you to generate lightning in your hands and then point them at my clone who is standing a few meters in front of you. As you point you hands at him I want you to release a powerful and dense burst of purple coloured lightning to shock him and send him backwards from the force of the impact.
I start gathering chakra and then channeling it to my hands, I then charge the chakra thus converting it into raiton chakra, I then point my hands towards your clone and then discharge a stream of purple lighting towards your clone, upon impact the purple lighting shock your clone with great power thus knocking him back
Very good, just remember that this is short range! Also it's purple, so its looks better than most lightning jutsu xd

Description: The user releases a current of purplish lightning from their hands forward, damaging and knocking away enemies. The range of this technique is, however, limited.
This is like the two d-rank jutsu you learned way back, but both in the same jutsu xd You use your lightning chakra to create a dense lighting sphere around you that will defend against many attacks, even against some large ones. You can also discharge it to release a wave of lightning in the direction of your choosing.
My clone will try to tackle you, put the barrier up and watch him disperse. Keep the barrier up and then discharge it towards my second clone standing not too far away from you.
I start gathering chakra and then channeling it through out my body, I then charge the chakra which then causes lightning to emit. I then use the lightning coated on me to form a dense sphere around me. Your clone that tried to tackle me disperse from running into my lightning sphere. I then discharge the lightning sphere upwards into the sky and then back down onto you're second clone
Almost, you got the second part a bit of... when you discharge the lighting it comes from the shield surrounding you and then heads straight towards your target as a wave of lightning.

I then discharge a wave of lightning from the sphere towards your second clone.
As you can see it is a very useful jutsu for when you may get overwhelmed by clones!
( Raiton: Purazuma Bลru ) - Lightning Release: Plasma Ball

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow however the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.
Use your raiton chakra and condense it into an orb in front of you, once you have charged it, make sure it is brimming with energy, you will then use your lightning chakra to send it into the air above my clone. Once in place make the lightning give off many bolts of static that rain down over my clone.
I start by channeling chakra to my right hand, I then shape the chakra into a sphere and charge it,causing it to be a sphere of raiton chakra. I then concentrate on making it more condense and gleam with energy. I then launch the orb of lightning into the sky and let it float in midair. I then disrupt the raiton chakra inside the orb causing it to burst, thus sending a shower of lightning down on your clone.
As you can see this jutsu release a lot of sparks but unfortunately it only covers short range O__O
( Raiton: Kaminari no Shลgeki Ame ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shock Rain

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into mid air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.
We must first learn this jutsu, then we shall go back and perform another lower ranked one.
Now you must focus you lightning chakra as you perform the Ox โ Rabbit โ Monkey โ Dragon โ Rat โ Bird โ Ox โ Snake โ Dog โ Tiger โ Monkey hand seals where you will then channel a large amount of lightning into one of your hands. Use the chakra to create actual lightning and contain it in the palm of your hands as the lightning chirps away, trying to escape out from you hand. Shape the ball of lightning so that is becomes sharp then, once you feel ready go and stab my clone through his chest. Be careful with the power of this thing, too much and it could explode in your hand, too little and you will just zap my clone.
Describe to my the effect of the jutsu on my clone as you stab him, describe it as if he where a real person. I gave him enough chakra so he should feel very real and take a lot of damage.

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox โ Rabbit โ Monkey โ Dragon โ Rat โ Bird โ Ox โ Snake โ Dog โ Tiger โ Monkey and they create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Now we have learnt the chidori, we must go back and learn another technique...
Hold out a large shuriken, a windmill shuriken will work for this, and then use that chidori you already have formed to infuse the shuriken with it... Then throw it at my clone and watch as the lightning is released into my clone, paralyzing him.
* I pull out a windmill shuriken with my left and then infuse with the chidori in my right hand, I then throw the the infused windmill shuriken towards your clone, upon impact it paralyzes your clone*
Does this technique only work with the windmill shuriken, wouldn't it work with that big ass shuriken used sometimes by the chuunins and jounins?

Keeping in mind the same paralysing abilities of the chidori I want you to channel a chidori based lightning current all around your body at the same moment my clone attempts to punch you. This should deal a shock to him and cause him to collapse due the paralysis...
