Upon contact the electrical energy travels around your clones body at high speed, even in the aftermath there are still tiny electrical currents that still emit. Which probably means your clone is paralyzed.

• Emphasize on how many bolts you shot out.
• Where exactly on my clone do they hit?
• Visualize it. What happens to my clone?

Details cause less arguments and rules out a lot of confusion. ^_^

Here I go

* I start by gathering chakra and then charging it in my hands, I then slam my hands on the ground; discharging the lightning, the streaks of lightning cause the ground to crumble as they travel towards your clone, the lightning then travels up your clones feet burning his feet causing him to lose balance, the lightning then spreads all over your clones body paralyzing him again*

Question: would I be able to continue discharging lightning towards your clone making it a continuous effect?

Yes, but it would render you ineffective to make another move as you will be completely focused upon discharging the lightning. Nicely done.
