[Typhon]

Given the name of the technique and that its S-rank, I'd say a lot.

It would be best if when using that technique you don't specify a number of spears. Instead describe it as "many", "numerous", "a bunch", etc. Don't get carried away and say something like a million, but make it clear that there's a good amount.

Now, using the rain dragon, create another technique using its body as the source for the rain.

* I wave the necesary handseals and focus chakra into the dragon. Suddenly from the dragon's left side mouth, form several bullets of rain. The "bullets" are launched towards the training dummy at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks hitting it from multiple angles.*

Description: A powerful technique that draws down a small portion of rain clouds and places them over the user like a full body shell. The clouds continue to produce rain, which allow the user to send out rain jutsu like the Rain spear from their body. This shell also defends against lightening jutsu, cutting their damage in half.

(Ensan no Kouu) - Acid Rain

Damage Points: -10 each turn or as long as the user has this jutsu in effect
Description: A powerful ninjutsu that laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra to change the structure of the rain. The end result is a storm that does not rain water, but instead rains a powerful acid that can eat through most materials. Unfortunately, skin is not one of those materials. Instead of instantly eating through, it causes skin to instantly blister and slowly dissolve in a most painful way.

(Touketsu Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Trident Technique

Description: An advance version of rain trident where the user bounces the rain into the clouds.The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

(Boufuu Kumo Kaigara) - Storm Cloud Shell - I use advance chakra control to manipulate a few portion of the large amounts of rainclouds above me. I then hover them down, surrounding the space above me, "shell" like cover. Of course, like regular rainclouds, these produce rain regardless of there where abouts. With said rain, i use my chakra to release a rain spear directly out of my chest.

Pro's - Enables the user to shoot spears from his body, aswell as reduces damage dealt by lightning techniques.
Con's - They ca reduce the strength of lightning, however, they cannot fully stop it.

(Ensan no Kouu) - Acid Rain - I use a special chakra control and focus it into the rain clouds, this laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra. As such, regular rain stops falling, and aci rain is what begins to drip onto the field beneath the sky. The training clone, being an exact copy of a human, rapidly begins to suffer frmo Skin blister and it slowly dissolving in a very painful manner.

Pro's - I can cover a wide area, such, very hard to avoid, and the damage may be fatal if prolonged contact is made.
Con's - It cannont reach long distances, wich is a downside seeing as the target may easily escape into a long distance to avoid the raining acid.

Question: does this acid also affect the user?
#2: Since it can eat through most materials, could i say it completely "eats through" a kunai before it can reach me, having a standard mid range of distance?

(Touketsu Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Trident Technique - I open my right palm and channel chakra into it. Then Attracting rain drops that previously bounced off the ground, countless of them. Sending them all back into the cold rainclouds possibly further above. Into a section where it's so cold, the compressed rain begins to form and freeze into a long and sharp trident. I then comes down towards the training dummy, directly from above with fast speed due to the natural gravity.

Pro's - It has greater density due to turning into a frozen rain trident.
Con's - The user must launch rain drops back into the sky and freeze them before they can attack, leaving himself open.

For the acid rain, yes it does damage you as well. And I don't think it would be a good defense against something like a kunai. The problem with that is that Acid isn't a very fast acting agent, and a kunai doesn't take a long time to travel. By the time a kunai is thrown I don't think it would desolve enough before it reached you.
