Suddenly, upon this shining with awesomeness field, 3 dummies appear out of nowhere, what should i do? use my new ability? i thought, as i heard Typhon's orders. I knew what i had to do, so i gather chakra into my palm(s) and lift it, making contact with my chakra within the rain; in order to take control over the rain, i then infuse it with a denser chakra to give it stickier properties and make it thicker/denser. I do this on the rain falling above the 3 dummies, causing them to be sticked and binded by the sticky rain.

Because i control the rain with my hands? lol, i think.

I knew what i had to do, so i focus chakra into the rain falling above the dummies, making contact with my chakra within the rain; in order to take control over the rain, i then infuse it with a denser chakra to give it stickier properties and make it thicker/denser while perfoming the hand seals. Causing them to be sticked and binded by the sticky rain.

I then extend my pamls and wave the requested handseal, by doing so, i take control over my chakra in the rain falling to my left side; using chakra control to control the way on how the light reflects against and through the rain drops, making it as if another me, or rather, a clone of myself appear to my left side. Thanks to manipulating the way the light reflects, i'm able to keep steady the projection of myself. I then, lift my right hand upwards, and notice the projection does the same.

Hm, alright. I start by waving a few sequence of handseals, running chakra through out my body and have it 'mimic' the way rain drops fall aswell as the rain itself. As if i dissapeared within the rain and turn into rain myself. I then using simply chakra control revert my state and appear back into my regular self.

A sudden dummy appears infront of me. 'I'll teach you' whispered my mouth as i waved a single handseal, taking control over one single tiny rain drop coming from above the dummy. I infused denser and more chakra into it, to give it a more solid aspect and used shape manipulation to change it's form into a sharp blade, wich with ease, cut into the dummy's left shoulder.

Two questions.
1. Is there any actual technique to create the rain, or do we use 'Rain Tiger at Will' ?
2. Can we use rain techniques with pre-existing rain? Or do i need to create the rain myself?

I focus my chakra into the rain falling upon the short space around the same target dummy. Infusing the rain around him as it falls with denser chakra, waiting for the perfect moment, where the rain is dense and strong enough, i then use shape manipulation to rise the rain hitting the puddles around the dummy and create dense sharp spikes of rain to impale it.

1. As far as cannon techniques go, yes. You can always make a custom, as long as its different somehow. I for example made a custom that creates rain without creating clouds.

2. Yes, you just add the chakra to the rain as you're using the techniques. It would be no different than using the rain of your own technique, though it may take a little longer.

I use chakra control in order to manipulate the infused with chakra falling rain, once i have it under control; i use shape manipulation to gather a good amout of rain drops and compress them into the shape of a long spear, the spear remains immoble in the sky. Then, now that i have it under control i perform a handseal, making the spear rush head on against the dummy, completely passing through it's body.

That's okay, but the rain you use isn't the falling rain, its the rain that's still condensing up in the cloud. By making the spear inside the cloud itself instead of just in the air, you can hide its presence until you decide to use it.

I take control over the rain falling around and above the dummy with my chakra, and manipulate it to start 'sticking' to the dummy's body to the point where the rain drops cover the entire dummy leaving no spot un-covered by rain. I then further manipulate the rain in the lower section to attach itself on to the ground, thus, attaching the dummy intself to the ground, trapping it and banning his movement.

Ok, i yet once more take control of several rain drops to my side while infusing them with more dense chakra, allowing the rain drops to grow bigger in size while using shape manipulation to turn them into exact copies of myself. Unlike the simple reflection of myself i did earlier, these copies have solid properties. They move and jump around me with no actual purpose.

Now, fill your target's clothing with water chakra and have it attract the rain drops once again. This will cause their clothing to become saturated with water and weigh them down.

Yokey, I focus chakra into the dummy's clothes and creates water to flood in it. I then manipulate the rain falling around and above it to be attached towards the dummy, as a result, stocking against it's already wet clothes, making them saturated and heavier than usual, wich to a live human, would decrease their speed.
