Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

Description: Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective.The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.
Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.

The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

Description: The user creates the necessary handseals and rain drops in an area of 20 meters around the user is able to turn into sharp water needles, these are relatively weak but can be directed towards an opponent.
While that is a pro, the main pro of this is that you can sustain rain storms longer. Kind of important since we're doing rain techniques.Pro's - Can delay or avoid the opponent's future water techniques that require the water that i blew back into the sky.
Con's - Won't be as effective on natural water than on artificial, and by that, i assume chakra infused.
You can't really "counter" the actual technique, but you can counter the result by blowing away or removing the rain clouds.I can't really think of a counter since it's meant for supplemetary purposes, but i would trap my opponent in an orb of water with 'Water gushing imprisonment' to stop them from rasing the water on the ground.
Eh....not really sure. I suppose it depends on the amount of water affected.Question! - For how long does the water stay in the sky?
It should probably say short, but I'm assuming it says "mid" because you can start the process of running towards your target from mid-range.Question! - If the user has to get close and smash the orb against the opponent, why does it say it has a mid range reach?

When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.

Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.

This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized.

Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.
(Kadou Boufuu no Jutsu) - Vortex Storm Technique

Description: A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.
