Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

Okay, to start off we'll do another clone technique.

For this one, you'll draw down parts of the rain clouds and form them into clones of yourself. They'll still resemble clouds somewhat so they'll be easily recognizable, but they're capable of making physical contact letting them attack.

I focus and take control with my chakra over some parts of the rain clouds above the field. Once done so, i gather them together and using more chakra to turn them into a clone of myself, basically, a clone of myself, that still stays in the sky, and moves like an ordinary cloud would do.

The clones don't stay in the sky, you bring the clouds down to you and form the clones near you as if they were any other clone.

Sorry for being late, i guess i did something wrong.

I wave a set of handseals wich aid me in gaining contrl over most of the rain drops coming down at the area around and above the dummy. I infuse them with more chakra and use shape manipulation to change the regular rain into compress rain bullets, to form the said bullets, i control several and merge then together, gaining denser and stronger properties, then using chakra control to maintain their shape and form, without losing control over any of them.

A sudden unkown ninja appears mid range from me, Zomg i though, the moment he picked up a rock and threw it at me. So i quickly trusted foward my two hands with my palms open, and took control over the rain falling before me, with use of my chakra i gather it and compress the countless rain drops with shape manipulation into a solid wall or water infront of me, protecting me from the rock.

I focus my chakra into the rain clouds above the field, fusing the clouds with more chakra in order to control the water molecules forming in them, into a much denser and big form, by gathering them together, one after another. Having them stack above each other, making the falling process longer, however, the moment they being to fall, they are so big that the speed in wich the fall is very fast and the size is like that of a bowling ball (or tennis ball?).

Lets say a normal drop is the size of a bead. This technique would make it the size of lets say a big grape.

Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

(Hitoshirenu Ame Sai) - Hidden Rain Slash - Would fall faster with aid of the other technique because like said in the description, the raindrop falls in a straight line, thus, can't be shaken or have it's speed decreased by the nature wind, due to the improved weight and falling directly already gives it a pretty fast speed.
(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear - Since the user can bring it down when water, one can simply bring it down the moment the other technique takes effect, thus, increasing it's weight from the beginning, making it gain more speed to due to distance being long, and already heavy, it would come down rather fast.
(Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets - As said in the description forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky, thus, with the extra weight added, the speed in wich they accelerate is greatly improved, aswell as the impact they will have.

Others require control and moving around the rain, aswell as sticking it together and such, so by increasing their weight, it would possibly just slow down the process, without actually gaining anything out of it, i think.

Hidden Rain Slash and Rain Bullets are correct, rain spear isn't. The rain spear has a set size, so regardless of the size of the rain drops used to create it, it will always be the same size. Another one like rain spear would be rain pillar.

Next, make a hand seal and focus your chakra into each and every rain drop. Using this chakra, freeze the rain drops in place so that they stop falling.

*I look upwards into the falling rain infused with my chakra and perform a single handseal. Taking control over the rain itself with use of chakra control over the chakra stored within the rain, and stop the rain from falling any further, using chakra control on every single rain drop, this amazes me to know such power is now under my grasp.*
