Rain is water droplets that have condensed from atmospheric water vapor and then precipitated. The user can create clouds and manipulates the rain that falls to attack, capture, defend. Attacking is usually done by either changing the properties of the rain or forming it into things such as spikes, bullets, blades, spears or even waves. It can be used to capture opponents as the user can form nets, or change the properties of the rain to make it like glue binding the opponent. It can be used defensively by making things like shields, or changing the compounds of the rain making it sticky or to make it attach to the opponent directly or even making it saturate their clothing making movement harder.Whelp, you heard the man Loki. Might as well head home.
Now, explain to me what rain is.
Weak to: Earth, since Rain can be the same as normal water. Also, wind can blow the clouds away, thus dispersing them with the appropriate jutsu.Strengths and weaknesses?
Where does it originate from (the style)?
Explain to me the water cycle.
Well, i understand that by sending chakra into the sky and forming rain clouds infused with my chakra, thus the rain that would fall; would have chakra of mine within it. Allowing me to control the rain with chakra control, and possibly use shape manipulation for diferent type of rain techniques.Okay good. And yes, it comes from Amegakure and is first shown by Nagato (not Konan).
Now, how would you go about making it rain? How does your chakra physically make it rain?
Yosh!Okay, first, channel chakra to your hand and use it to attract the rain. This will pull in the drops that are falling near your hand and have them converge together. Focus that rain into a compressed sphere in your hand, similar in shape to a rasengan, but without the rotational aspect. When the target is close enough (short-range) you release the orb at it, bursting it forward and knocking you back a little.
