Because it's not "Kurama" who changes the shape of the armour. Madara obviously changes the shape to fit kurama himself via shape transformation.

When Madara fought Hashirama, he was shown using PS not stabilized. But this was his final battle with Hashirama so why wouldnt he use all his strength?

Like I said, not gonna bother. You assume PS gets a diamond and a tengu nose because it is armored onto Kurama, even though nothing implies that. It is clearly shown that a Tengu nose and a diamond are standalone traits of PS.

That's not proof, Both Sasuke and Madara formed Susanoo around Kurama as a Armor instead of the standard humanoid form, Kurama as nothing to do with the changes.

Susanoo is made from chakra and stabilization is just really good chakra control.

Hagoromo said that Indra had powerful eyes, not that he had the Rinnegan. His Mangekyō resembles the Rinnegan but that's understandable as his eyes are the direct mutation of his father's eyes.
