We have yet to c obito use any path jutsu's only 6 paths of pain but he used it different way I wouldn't give him any of nagato jutsu just yet expeaclly because of his gay fight with Kakashi if he truly had nagatos abilities then he could've easily used all mighty push or preta path

When did I say that? I just said that Kabuto has no knowledge on the Uchiha kinjutsu and Obito doesn't have knowledge on DSM. It's the one that configures the techniques first that will be the winner IMO.
