If Kabuto can dodge something like the susanoo arrow which is shown to be undodgeable by normal standards, then Kabuto would react to Obito trying to get close and Kamui him.

thats a bit off, obito uses chains or gunbai to pressure opponents in close combat

Kabuto is the most intelligent character in the entire manga series.

Obito cannot use all the Rinnegan abilities.

kabuto would never allow himself to be sucked into the Kamui world.

Muki Tensei doesn't just control the ground, it controls all non-living things including the air. It is one of the strongest jutsus because pure nature has been stated to be stronger than chakra based nature manipulations.

The most that Obito could hope for is being killed while trying to send Kabuto into the Kamui dimension.
