I think Naruto with the kyuubi-sage mode would be to much for even Nagito.

Bee is the 8tailed hachibi I think the magnitude of his powers would be enough to reverse shinra tensei. I dough he would be strong enough to get away from chibaku tensei. His speed would over whelm Pain and his chakra cloak gives some defense against physical and mid range jutsu. With the cloak on I can't see Bee getting stabbed by those weak chakra rods Naruto sage mode broke them easily, they crush easily under pressure. Hungry realm could absorb the chakra but he is weak against physical attacks and if Bee gets a good punch like he got from Sasuke games over.

Itachi could probably defeat him also I can't see a pain getting past Susano'o it's the perfect attack nothing gets past the shield and the sword seals anyone, its his stamina that sucks.

Madara his EMS was suppose to be top notch. Also the strongest ninja in the world.

1st hokage was their was and defeated Madara, who possessed the strongest eyes also. Also he could probably summon and control a few tailed beast.

I agree with what you have said so far. Though I also think that people make Susanoo out to be far too strong as well. I did use Susanoo as an example of what other ninja can do, but Danzo has proven that Susanoo has a weakness. It is bound by muscles just as humans are, and it had to keep both hands situated into the ground in order to not be sucked up by the Baku. I also don't think Susanoo can block Chibaku Tensei because it isn't a direct attack.

No, no one thus far seen in the manga could defeat Pain.

Saying naruto defeated him is a horrible answer. Naruto defeated Pain after Pain had just destroyed the most powerful hidden village...by himself. That is like me barley knocking down the worlds best boxer after he has just fought 100 other top boxers and declaring myself greater than him. You have to take the context into consideration.

Imagine Pain had all six bodies working when he engaged naruto(his most powerful body was MIA after the Heaven push). Also imagine that he was not required to bring naruto back alive and could use any of his insane life/death techs to finish him. You really think naruto wins that fight against a fully powered pain? Also remember that naruto needed a one time jump start from his own dead father to survive even an already extremely chakra drained pain with only one body left.

Naruto is not on the same level as Pain, not anywhere near it at this point. If you mean could anyone beat Pain in a regular battle, not after he just killed a whole village? No. We have never seen destruction like he delivered in that arc. I'm sure we may see something from Madara soon that will make us reconsider the top spot, but right now, it is Pain...with everyone else behind...way behind.

We haven't seen anyone strong enough. Madara has shown that he has some kind of weakness when he confronts Kabuto. Itachi would put up a good fight. I think it will be a draw between Itachi and Pain because Itachi's Susanoo carries the sword of Totsuka and that mirror so together, they make the ultimate offense and defense.

Is Itachi's sword of Totsuka really of any use against the Pein bodies? Doesn't it seal souls and not matter? It seals the victim in a state of eternal bliss, so I don't see how that works against a body that doesn't have a soul. Also, I have a feeling that Susanoo and Yata's mirror doesn't defend against soul extraction.

Given what I've stated above, there's no way in hell Sasuke can do it. I don't know what his EMS technique will be, but Itachi's Susanoo was so overpowered while Sasuke's is a normal jutsu.

Even if Nagato didn't know about the toad song genjutsu when fighting Naruto, and all six bodies were trapped, it doesn't finish off Nagato unless Naruto knows to use sage mode to track down the real body. Only Jiraiya figured out the key secret at the end of his life. Further, he only figured it out because he taught Nagato, and the six bodies all happened to be someone he had fought before with Yahiko.

Naruto defeated Nagato, but Nagato is currently stronger than Naruto. Once Naruto has controlled the Kyuubi and we see what he can do, I'll probably say Naruto. Until then, I don't think anyone would win.

As the reincarnation of the So6p there's noone that could fight on equal ground with him.

Proof you ask? simple; Jiraiya is without a doubt the strongest goodguy (I won't say character in the verse since I believe Orochimaru is stronger) that fought Pain and lost, hell he got owned.

There's just no way that a Pain with the intent to kill can be stopped and there's no character ready for what he's about to do. Even with all the information Naruto had, toad summons and his will to protect everyone he still got beat.

Agree. I believe it's gonna be the Rikudo Sennin. To think, the rinnegan seems to be formidable of all dojutsus, and Pain's character's also designed as such, but The Rikudo Sennin seems to have more than what Pain possesses.

OTOH, well, anyone could beat him if the situation or circumstances tell us otherwise. LOL No matter how stupid it may sound. The situation calls for it. =P

1-Susano could protect him from any attack (dont no if it would b the case for god realm)
2-Amaterasu could instanly hit one of the pain on fire
3-Tsukuyomi would take out pain as well - itachi was a master of Genjutsu

Pain can block 2 of the ms jutsu easily

1 amaterasu, can be absorbed by ghost realm or repelled by God realm
2 tsukuyomi, if you dont know pains secret that means you cant possibly use genjutsu effectively on him(Jiraya grasped some of the secret before pa and ma used the genjutsu, while Itachi always begins with Gen )
3 Susanoo, Pain just has to out last Itachi who cant sustain Susanoo for to long, and he would just seal the paths so Nagato could still beat him with a surprise attack

Another would maybe be sasuke, he posses the power and some tatics still and his determination would pull it out the bag for him....

Sasuke would be the same as Itachi, as even kirin can be blocked with shinra tensei orhe just outlasts sasuke

Naruto would have died if pain had killed him instead of pin him(and naruto knew his powers) to the ground and even if the kyuubi came out nagato said he could make a bigger moon

killer bee might have a chance but that blast attack can be blocked with the giant shinra tensei or partly absorbed and repelled, or he can simple throw animal path out of the way and summon himself.

If I had to say that anybody had a chance...

Naruto- Masters the Kyuubi and can use that chakra to outlast Pain. If he can put Sage Mode on top of it, then that'd be crazy. Plus, suppose Pain used Chibaku Tensei on a Naruto who had full control of the Kyuubi. The Kyuubi by itself isn't intelligent enough to get out of it, but Naruto may be able to. Plus, whatever this jutsu is that we haven't seen yet makes use of the Kyuubi.

Killer Bee- Eight tails mastery, and it'd be pretty damn hard for Pain to dodge the Menacing ball if he went full 8-tails because that thing was huge. Probably one of the most powerful attacks in the series and we are only assuming that it was full power. He has a very slight chance of pulling off a win, assuming that a full 8-tailed transformation is equivilent to Naruto's 8-tailed transformation

Madara?- We haven't seen what he can do yet. Though I wouldn't be surprised if he was strong enough in his prime to take out Pain. If he could, then I wouldn't be surprised if Hashirama could also do it, but he's dead so it doesn't matter.

Danzo- Supposing he had Shisui's eye ready to use, then he may be able to pull off a win.

Kabuto- Now he's more powerful than Nagato because he has control of him, plus Itachi, Kakuzu, Sasori, Deidara... If Kabuto were to face him and summon everyone but Nagato, then I'm sure even Nagato would lose because you have those four plus Kabuto w/Orochimaru absorbed.

Jiraiya-Though I don't see anything Jiraiya could do to counter Chibaku Tensei, Pain himself said that Jiraiya could have won had he had knowledge of his six separate bodies. I guess Pain knows better than anybody. Jiraiya's best bet would be to take out the Naraka Path, then hope to take out the Deva Path. After that, it's smooth sailing supposing he kept his arms intact fighting Deva Path...

I will put Sasuke before Itachi because Sasuke's new EMS power is bound to put him leaps and bounds above Itachi. Plus, Susanoo isn't going to work on a body who doesn't have a soul.

if nobody could resist his attract or repel tech, i'd say none could beat pain, knowing or not his abilities.

the way i see it, he took out countless hundred nins with ease, used tons of chakra to destroy konoha, toyed with naruto and pinned him to the ground TWICE, AND take his own shinra tensei in the face and surviving it as if nothing (remember the giant toads all got owned in 1 blast), AND made some reverse gravity ball tech, almost owning naruto.

pain at full strength is probably the strongest guy. If all 6 pains did their shit at the same time on a single target, that target is doomed.

i believe that Pain, like a lot of mystery ninjas have an automatic advantage over konoha ninjas and other famous ninjas. I think that bcuz of that fact akatsuki members, with the exception of those that actually knew the akatsuki members from their particular villages, would have a difficult time fighting and defeating them. Pain is no exception. But i do believe that even tho many people knew of naruto, his ability as the #1 most unpredictable ninja of Konoha would have made him equally as difficult to beat. What if Pain didn't kno about sage mode? Or the kyyubi?? It would b equally as difficult to beat Naruto as it would b to beat Pain. With that being said, i think that Naruto would come out on top because naruto would have found out more about Pain than vice versa. Plus Naruto didn't really have a strategy for beatin Pain. he went power for power. and if he'd had full control over the fox b4 then this wouldn't even b a discussion. u saw what the fox was able to do with six tails going crazy and how he busted up Pain's Chibaku tensei when he went 8 tails. if he could've harnesed that power plus sage mode he'd b on a whole different level from nagato. im talkin about unlimited power.

hey, anyways we'll get to see what's real in Pein as soon as Kabuto uses him most probably as the first luxury fight of the 4th ninja war. I ould bet on that. We'll aLSO get the chance of enjoying half he ninjas around by his team revived freaks.
Now I believe Naruto is totally strong enough to beat him. There is nothing as an unbeatable enemy.. there's been a bit too much speculation on the Rinnegan's reach..
