Agree , Minato could beat him with fast attacks(teleportation jutsu) , and he has the intelligence and genius to beat him , after all he IS Jman's student

Well, we haven't see much of Madara's technique and he is not like his former self due to his fight with the First. But, he is still strong enough that even the Fourth couldn't do anything against him. Even though there is no fact, i guess Madara has 99% chance of beating Pain.

your joking right Nagato is stronger then the first and Madara was not strong enough the 4th just could not hurt him and he had a really big fox to worry about

all Madara can do is telaport thats all if was stronger then Nagato he could beat all 5 kage's (and we know he can't do that)

Minato Said That Madara is controlling and using Pain,Madara is using Pain's fears and memories of His childhood to shape and control Nagato perceptions of what is needed to be dune. Madara had Pain on strings like a Puppet.

Strong people can work for weaker people Gato was not strong yet Zabuza and tons of other's worked for him

i don't recall it ever saying that Madara was using Pain's fears Madara probley just did to Nagato what he did to sasuke Madara himself said that Pain was unbeatable

Madara has Sasuke on strings as well but Sasuke could beat Madara

Pain's overrated. He's just an emo Sage of the 6 Paths wannabe.

I don't care what the first poster says: Naruto could have easily killed Pain if he wanted to. Naruto was within 15 feet of Nagato, who possessed the physical capabilities of a 90-year old man. Big deal, Nagato had the blade shooting thing. If Naruto wanted to block the blades, he could have - blocking them would have been no different from blocking a couple of kunai. If Naruto had thrown a single kunai at Nagato himself, though, Nagato would've gone down without any trouble.

Also, Jiraiya had known that Pain had 6 bodies at his disposal, he would have defeated him (Nagato even said so). The 3rd Hokage in his prime could have beaten him. Minato could have beaten him. Madara could have beaten him. Probably Shodaime could have beaten him (considering he defeated Madara and the 9-tails simultaneously), but we haven't quite grasped the full extent of Shodaime's battle abilities. Sasuke (remember, he now has the EMS with Itachi's eyes) could beat Pain.

So a lot of people could beat Pain.

one Nagato would have crushed naruto 15 feet he would have been 50 if he fought with broken bones all Nagato had to do was use shinra tensei if naruto tossed a rasen shuruken he would have adsorbed it and if he did get close if nagato touched him he can pull his soul out but i doubt he would let naruto get close. anyway he beat naruto easily with just god realm (he had naruto pinned and if he wanted to kill him he could have put a blade in naruto's heart.

shodaime could tame the 9 tails so it did not do much in his battle with madara and the 3rd is stronger then him

sasuke would lose If he go's crazy with Ms techs he won't go blind but the chakra drain is still just as bad and Nagato has counter's to all the moves he can toss at him
