So he would just risk Obito destroying Konoha and taking control over the world, harming/using Sasuke in the process?
Obito knows of shishui's ability. If you don't recall, he knew that Danzo had it.
If you also recall, when Danzo was using KA on mifune, he had to focus it on him in order to work. As soon as he stopped focusing it on him, Mifune broke out. It's pretty hard to focus on a moving target in battle, especially one that can teleport around.
Also Danzo awakened Shishui's eye, near the end of the battle with Sasuke, but contemplated throwing it away for Izanagi....why would he do that if it was so powerfu? And not to mention that he still didn't even have time to cast it and Sasuke stabbed him and karin.

In some point in time did it ever occur to any of u guys that Obito may just be a little lapdog weakling? I've been reading 'Oh Obito's so smart, he's so intelligent... he convinced Nagato.... ' well thts the same way Madara is using him. Obito's been nothing but a sorry excuse for a ninja up until obtaining the rennigan. And why not be afraid of Itachi? ur going up against an obviously talented individual who was shining at an age where u were just pathetic. Tht is, before u got senju DNA. Bottom line.. Itachi nvr knew secrets about Obito and Obito nvr knew secrets about Itachi... of course u would be scared of him. Not bow down to his feet scared bt still scared.

He had spares which he used. His one eye was strong enough to control a jinchuriki.
He had mokuton, which from what we've seen was far more deadlier than yamato's, even at such an early age.
He had zetsu to spy on Itachi and figure out his secrets.
Aside for amaterasu, we see that Obito has more advanced fire jutsu like the Bakufu Ranbu, and amaterasu takes a while to cast. Sasuke managed to even interrupt Itachi trying to cast it the first time around.
His taijutsu was advanced enough to take on Naruto, Bee, Guy, and Kakashi at the same time while Itachi got stabbed multiple times by Kabuto when he was teamed up with Sasuke.

Amaterasu can be interrupted, especially since Obito knows that Itachi has it.
itachi wasnt even healthy when he fought sasuke or he wasnt trying to hurt sasuke because he was only trying to lure out orichmaru, and even zetsu sed that itachi wasnt fighting like he usually does.

We all know Tobi doesnt have the byakugan so he has to look at Itachi during the battle and if he did so itachi use tsukiyomi. Tsukuyomi can only be broken by the same blood (brother, sister ,father or mother). Once hes stuck in tsukiyomi, Itachi would use amaterasu and burn him since tobi is stuck in tsukiyomi he wont be able to use kamui.

In fact he is underrated. Itachi did not figure out that Tobi was Obito, he believed he was Madara for a long time, in fact always. Obito have the best defense in Naruto without any doubts and the only reason why Kakashi figure it out was because they had same eyes/bla.
Obito's only weakness is a person that can use space time jutsu's (kakashi) but even then he still have the Rinnegan to use. He is OP, and he can summon the Gedo mazo without Rinnegan too.

That is really one sided. You say that like Itachi always has the advantage in every situation.
Considering that the plan is called "Infinite Tsukuyomi" Obito most likely has tsukuyomi as well....and his one eye was powerful enough to control a yagura, "perfect jinchuriki".....Bee said that perfect jinchuriki's can snap out of genjutsu with the bijuu's help.

Considering that he was able to do this means that his genjutsu is one of the most advanced in the series.
You can't seal what you can't hit....and it has already been proven that for something to be seal with the sword, you have to pierce the target, not slash them.
Here we see Susanoo slashing at Oro's serpent, cutting its heads of and not sealing it.

and here we see Itachi pierce Oro, not slash him....which got him sealed. Same with Nagato....all of his targets were stationary, not moving....and Obito's fast.

Obito can dodge 4 people at once....he fought Kakashi, Naruto, Bee, and Guy with only taijutsu......yet Itachi couldn't keep up with Kabuto in taijutsu.

I'm pretty certain he can dodge a susanoo....not to mention he can also warp inside of it.
