And fyi, neji doesnt even need rotaion (that tanked the juubis hand btw) to escape the drill bird! He will simply dodge it easily no difficulty!

His eyes have the ability to almost instantly see everything! He then can use chakra to help alter anything he sees to help him dodge/escape:

Rotation is an extra added bonus! neji isnt getting killed by some bird that isnt instant fast! Neji has so many ways of surviving and dodging it isnt even funny!

If naruto could dodge the bird, neji with the byakugan would have no problem! That simple weak trick is never working on neji (no one on their team knows neji a fraction like i do). I could go on and on, but ima stop here.

I was looking for those arguments about neji dodging a bird.. but your teammates never stated them, and as for your first statement yes i know that , lol but if he does indeed cancel out the chakra in the rods as 64 palms does .. more would simply flow in would it not .. To make sure match ups are as balanced as possible we could use a tier ranking like system based on screen time and manga feats.

Ex:

Tier 1 (15 points) characters (not in order, just based on brokenness and feats or how hard they are to beat):
Hashirama, obito (6 paths and gedo), Ems madara, kabuto (full power with like 2 edos), Senju oru (with 2 edos), Bm Naruto, nagato, 6 paths of pain, etc

Tier 2 (9 points):
Minato, killer bee (full power), ems sasuke, itachi, 3rd raikage, sasori, muu, 2nd mizukage etc

Tier 3 (6 points):
Kakashi, hiashi (all hyuga abilities shown), ms sasuke, ms obito, danzou (no KA), Aye, onoki, deidara etc etc

........

Tier 7 (3 points): Shikamaru, Choji, kitsuishi, dairu, mifune etc etc

Now; the reason i have points for each tier is because 15 is the max you could go. And if you were to pick a character from tier 2 vs what ever, you would then have to make up the difference in the point system! i.e.

Obito (6paths and gedo) 15 Vs..

You could either use Minato from tier 2 and ms sasuke from tier 3. That would be 9+6=15 to make it even! Or use minato and shikamaru and kitsuchi to make 15 (9+3+3=15). get my drift?

This isnt the perfect tier ranking im giving you, but rather an example on how it could be used. Basically we the debaters can vote on why certain characters should be in certain tier rankings to be used. Certain characters like kitsuchi have low screen time and feats, so he would be at a lower ranking based on that (not joinin or levels like that). Because he is still useful with low feats shown like mountain smash and rock punches etc etc. Same with Sarutobi; although he is kage rank his tier is based on feats would be low, because he isnt as broken as kakashi who has shown more and could do more damage. etc

How do you think about something like that being used?

And keep in mind this is just an example of characters in certain tiers. Restrictions and goals can still be incorporated!

Such a system would be very good if we balance the points

also one team / person should not be able to reuse people that they have already used (cant use same people over and over)

Making the tiers are the easy part, we can easily agree on the ranks with restrictions (i.e. senju oru w/ arms and senju oru w/out arms etc etc)
