If Naruto defeats Kaguya solely, ya know there's going to be a bigger war than we've already had in the base... Besides, IMO, Naruto's still too young (in term of experience) to take her on by himself, no matter how much power he had in his hands now. I believe Naruto fits in the prophecy so far, he's pretty much being very helpful in the war, to distort the cycle of hatred.
I doubt that a great deal. Based on Naruto History it usually doesn't end like this.

Naruto Pulled That Eraser Prank On Kakashi When He Opened The Door And I Think Kakashi Said Something Like, "I Don't Like You." Or Something Like That. However, He's Saying That He Now Likes Team 7.
The last time she took them to the ice dimension to capture them and suck out there chakra, but Sasuke used Amaterasu and Kagutsuchi to free himself and Naruto. If she goes there again she would be buying herself half a second at most, and remember it costs an obscene amount of chakra to shift dimensions. It would still be preferable to getting sealed, though, so she still should have done it in my opinion.
If you look at the ninth page (only counting actual manga pages, not fanart or anything that could vary in number and throw off page count), it looks like the ash bones are directly impacting his susanoo, and I even think I see cracks from the impact. I think the one that went through Kakashi had pierced susanoo by force, not by fazing through.
