Itachi decided to put the stability of the village as priority, considering the past experience. He decided to work as double spy, transfering information, which led to the decision of the destruction of the clan. The only condition was to no harm his younger brother [Sasuke].

Because Itachi experienced a war when he was 4, he thought that the stability of the village came first
だから仕方なくうちは抹殺をした
So he had no choice but obliterating the clan
三代目は和解をしようとしたが間に合わずあの夜へと
The Third tried to compromise, but there was no time before that night
抜け忍になるのも指令の一つだった
Becoming a missing-nin was also his instructions
だがイタチは一つ失敗をした
But Itachi made one mistake
弟を殺せなかった
He didn't kill his brother
サスケをまもるように三代目に頼みサスケに手を出さないようダンゾウを脅して里を抜けた
He asked the Third to protect Sasuke, threatened Danzou to lay off Sasuke, and left.
イタチは初めからサスケに力を与え死ぬつもりだったらしい
I seems that from the beginning, Itachi intended to die and leave his powers to Sasuke

The one who came up with this strategy was probably Danzou. That's why, before leaving the village, he told Danzou that if he laid a finger on Sasuke, he would tell other countries about this, and they would destroy Konoha
マダラにはうちはへの復讐の手引きをするかわりに全滅させる事を条件に出しました
As for Madara, far from leading the revenge, he gave the condition that they would be anihilated (NOT sure about this sentence)
クーデターの首謀人物はサスケの親父 親父
The leader of the coup d'?tat was Sasuke's father
付け足すのはこんくらいかなぁ

Are you all forgetting the fact that when the death god seal is used on somebody. The soul then lives in an eternal state inside the death god's stomach?
I think the 4th used a different sealing technique on the fox..... Can anybody tell me otherwise??

he but half of it in his body then it was too pwerfull for one vessal so he pput the rest in his son naruto refrance manga where jyriya and tsunade are talking

Hi aVague, I have posted a similar Q on the first page of this thread and asked Why would Madara help Itachi, but it seemed as if I was ignored. Im still waiting for the answer to that 1.

agreed i think theres more we dont know about manga i mean i hear people saying every 100th manga something happens so maybe he is leaving something out to surprise us
