now if i can remember
i remember reading something about madara which said that he was the cause of the nine tails attacking konoha, it was because of him why the nine tails attacked. Also if i can remember in shippuuden when the nine-tails says to sasuke he has never seen as so sinister since uchiha madara, obviously at the time sasuke didnt no what da hell he was talking about... as far as im concerned madara had a major part in the attack

About Madara's plan
I do agree in that Madara's plan was to convert Sasuke to the 'Dark' side. This guy has a thirst for power and will do anything in order to achieve it: kill his own clan, blame others for his deeds (honestly, if the Kyubi itself tells Sasuke he has the same eyes as Madara, it means that Madara had either controlled or summoned the 9 tailed fox), make Sasuke try to revenge another clan when the only problem was that Madara prefers war to peace. I tend to think that Madara, in order to be terribly powerful, wants to have the fox inside Naruto and will try to turn Sasuke against him. PRIDE: the main Uchiha problem that affects everyone who meets them.
I find it difficult to believe that Madara's brother agreed to be taken the eyes away, that was not what Itachi told Sasuke. I do hope Sasuke asks him questions or does not listen to him instead of believing in what Madara says.
Hope chapter 400 will at least answer one of this questions (I got used not to be told everything in just one chapter

Itachi awoke the Mangekyou Sharingan from an intense hatred.

But that was what Fugaku had manipulated him into. The Mangekyou Sharingan was necessary in order to control the Kyuubi.

Fugaku, sensing that Itachi was acting strangely, decided to awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan in Itachi, as he had the possibility of attaining it, and using this to tie Itachi to the clan.

The other thing that happened was that three higher ups threw your (Sasuke’s) life into the mix.

Then wouldn’t Itachi want to at least save Sasuke? The chapter ends with Itachi nodding yes.

friends! i have a few questions.
1.why isn't naruto told he is the son of 4th hokage?
2.where is naruto's mother (not much told whether she is dead or alive)
3.the 3rd hokage had a crystal ball(shown in the anime) why didn't he used it to trace orochimaru and other threats to konoha?

1- dont know why .. but i think that they dont want 2 tell naruto that his own father who sealed the kyuubi in him
2-i think she died when naruto born . as gaara's mother
3- i think that crystal ball have range.. 2 show what inside of konoha only..we saw the 3rd using it 2 see what is happening in konoha not what is out of it

I think Naruto was not allowed to know that his father is the 4. The 3rd made a rule that nobody may tell Naruto that the 4th sealed the demon fox in him. And I think he have done that to make sure that Naruto becomes old enough to understand why his father have done that, before they would tell him. Other whys Naruto might Hate his father for what have happened. Come on, if you are 11 and you must find out your dad sealed a demon fox in you, and that is why everybody hates you, of course you'll be pissed at your father!!!

hm, I believe this chapter will concern Itachi in other way : about why did he REALLY killed his clan ( his intentions were bad - he quartered Sasuke only cuz of his eyes ) perhaps, madara will introduce that in other way...
