i kind of think madara is lieing because in itachi flash back madara took is brother eyes and in madara flash back he gave them to him some one is lieing because there not sopose to show a flash back onless it is true so what the f=== is doing on am starting to think that tobi is not madara

This is MadaraxSasuke talk, first part is basically explanation about Itachi. Madara talking about how Itachi was infiltrated inside clan etc. He said Konoha gave him Totsuka sword and Yata mirror.
Second part is more interesting. Madara is saying that Sasuke got unique chakra, and that he want revenge on Konoha. He's asking Sasuke to unite their chakras and have their revenge.

The clan knew that taking Naruto by force would be difficult so Fugaku decided to send Itachi to work in the Anbu and spy on Naruto.

But the three top officials (The two people always with the Third and Danzou) got to Itachi first and told him of the clan?s plan to overthrow the Leaf.

Itachi has a little flashback of when he was a kid and the Kyuubi attacked (him being protected by his mother, Mikoto)

Madara: Itachi was told that the Kyuubi attack was no natural disaster and believed it. It seems he believed it up until the very end. Back then the only person apart from a genius who could have called forth the Kyuubi was me. That?s one of the reasons Itachi hated me.
サスケ「お前とイタチはいつから繋がった」
Sasuke: So when did you and Itachi meet/join forces/etc.?
マダラ「それは後々話そう?ただ」「お前がイタチを兄と慕っていた時間より長いとだけ言ってお く」
Madara: That conversation can wait till later?However, I will say now that we knew each other longer than you thought of him as your beloved older brother.

But for Itachi, whose dilemma had left him unable to act at all, two things occurred which would help him make his decision.
ひとつはシスイ殺しの疑いをかけられた事だ
The first was the suspicion put on him that he had murdered Shisui.
強い憎しみからイタチは万華鏡写輪眼を開眼した
Itachi awoke the Mangekyou Sharingan from an intense hatred.
サスケ回想「あの時?！」
Sasuke flashback: That time?!
だがそれはフガクが仕向けた事だった. 九尾を操るには万華鏡写輪眼が必要だ
But that was what Fugaku had manipulated him into. The Mangekyou Sharingan was necessary in order to control the Kyuubi.
イタチの様子がおかしいと感付いていたフガクは可能性があったイタチに万華鏡を開眼させることでイタチを一 族に縛りつけようとした
Fugaku, sensing that Itachi was acting strangely, decided to awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan in Itachi, as he had the possibility of attaining it, and using this to tie Itachi to the clan.

The other thing that happened was that three higher ups threw your (Sasuke?s) life into the mix.

The old man and lady thought that were the coup d?etat to happen that many people unrelated to the happenings might die.

The clan knew that taking Naruto by force would be difficult so Fugaku decided to send Itachi to work in the Anbu and spy on Naruto.
でも先に行動に出たのは上層部の３人でイタチに一族がクーデター起こそうとしてると話す
But the three top officials (The two people always with the Third and Danzou) got to Itachi first and told him of the clan?s plan to overthrow the Leaf.

Itachi has a little flashback of when he was a kid and the Kyuubi attacked (him being protected by his mother, Mikoto)
「イタチはあれを天災じゃないと聞かされて信じ込んだ 最期まで信じていたようだ」「あの時天才以外に九尾を呼べるのはオレしかいなかった」「オレがイタチに嫌わ れている原因のひとつだった」 ."
Madara: Itachi was told that the Kyuubi attack was no natural disaster and believed it. It seems he believed it up until the very end. Back then the only person apart from a genius who could have called forth the Kyuubi was me. That?s one of the reasons Itachi hated me.
サスケ「お前とイタチはいつから繋がった」
Sasuke: So when did you and Itachi meet/join forces/etc.?
マダラ「それは後々話そう?ただ」「お前がイタチを兄と慕っていた時間より長いとだけ言ってお く」
Madara: That conversation can wait till later?However, I will say now that we knew each other longer than you thought of him as your beloved older brother.

Itachi was given some time to think.
イタチは悩んだ?一族を皆殺しにするという事はサスケ、もちろんお前もその対象に入っていた
Itachi was troubled?killing his entire clan would mean that Sasuke?of course you (Sasuke) would have been included.
だが板挟みになって身動きが取れなくなっていたイタチを決意させる決定的な出来事が二つ起こる
But for Itachi, whose dilemma had left him unable to act at all, two things occurred which would help him make his decision.
ひとつはシスイ殺しの疑いをかけられた事だ
The first was the suspicion put on him that he had murdered Shisui.
強い憎しみからイタチは万華鏡写輪眼を開眼した
Itachi awoke the Mangekyou Sharingan from an intense hatred.
サスケ回想「あの時?！」
Sasuke flashback: That time?!

But that was what Fugaku had manipulated him into. The Mangekyou Sharingan was necessary in order to control the Kyuubi.
イタチの様子がおかしいと感付いていたフガクは可能性があったイタチに万華鏡を開眼させることでイタチを一 族に縛りつけようとした
Fugaku, sensing that Itachi was acting strangely, decided to awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan in Itachi, as he had the possibility of attaining it, and using this to tie Itachi to the clan.

Sasuke: Father?
そしてもうひとつは里の上層部からお前の命を引き合いに出された事だ
The other thing that happened was that three higher ups threw your (Sasuke?s) life into the mix.

The old man and lady thought that were the coup d?etat to happen that many people unrelated to the happenings might die.

Then wouldn?t Itachi want to at least save Sasuke? The chapter ends with Itachi nodding yes.

Madera stated that he died could be symbolic. Not only did his clan disagree with him, after he had used his brothers eyes also, but after the truce, no one was on his side, he risked all to defeat Shodamine and lost. Therefore many may have felt as he did that he was no longer a threat. In his mind he had no where to go, with no people so he was dead, he couldn't even communicate anymore with his brother. Also the bijuu effect... I believe at one point they simply roamed free, and as the shinobi world grew, seals, and ways of controlling them to keep them from specific areas were produced as well. With dominant clans like Senju and Uchiha, its easy to understand for example why the Sand sought out Shukaku and contained him within Gaara... simply to matter as a force. Without the assistance of a bijuu a clan would easily be attacked. Therefore this period is where Orochimaru got his ideas, but the Elders, and Hokages wanted full control of 'dangerous' things and never to be available to anyone withouth their permission. Lastly when the Kyuubi spoke to Sasuke inside of Naruto's head, he stated that Sasuke has the same murderous look in his eye as Madera, and the way he talked as if he had been an ally, thus battle vs. Shodamine. There was something sinister in the way the Kyuubi stated it, but he didn't say Madara sent me to Konoha, but also during that scene no one asked him.
Well, the Kyuubi is ALIVE within Naruto. If you fail to understand that then you fail to understand the whole purpose of Naruto. He has the Kyuubi's spirit sealed inside him, therefore the entity known as the demon fox is alive within Naruto. He also talks to the Kyuubi behind it's seal, also Sharinghan user's can see the Kyuubi alive inside Naruto.
The Kyuubi can also take over Naruto, notice how he comes out with the 4 tails and is surrounded by the Kyuubi's chakra. Turns into a Mini Kyuubi........ so basically if the seal was broken Naruto's body would host the Kyuubi and at 9 tails the body would remain in that permanent shape. Meaning Naruto would die and his body would never return to it's normal state, leaving the Kyuubi free to roam.
Hence why the Kyuubi is so insistent of Naruto taking away the seal, so it can return to it's previous state and so desperate for Naruto not to be killed because it would die to without a body or host.#
Just scrapped that from my own understanding, probably not clear but the Kyuubi is not dead. Infact, consider how Orochimaru survives. Think it's almost the same deal, hence why he'll probably return in Kabuto's body.
