Saying that Kisame is stronger than Sakuse is like saying that he was stronger than Itachi, which is complete bullshit. Man of Kisames character wouldnt behave like Itachis bi**ch if he was stronger than Itachi. It was clear who was stronger between the two.

What makes me laugh is that no one has factored samehada and its abilities into play.

Samehada dont likes the heat, so it wouldnt be able to absorb Amaterasu. Also, Kisame is far from being fast enough to escape Sharingan eyesight therefore its OHKO for him.

Depends.

If Kisame gets sasuke in the water sphere (like he did bee) then he has a high chance if winning, Sasuke can't use Lightning Jutsu's without Harming himself.
Also Depends how Susanoo/amaterasu would work Underwater. While Kisame is Fast in the water, Sasuke wouldn't be able to use his speed underwater.

Who ever wins it will be Hard fight for them both.

Actually that's true. Even though Kisame was very strong himself He knew not to mess with Itachi that's why they worked out good together as a team for Akatsuki.

Actually, only EMS Sasuke would be able to Kill Kisame, but you could say that if Kisame loses his Samehada, he is gone(he can't recover without it or so I read/watched)

A MS Sasuke would just get too ****ing tired fast while as Kisame states "As my enemy get's stronger, so do I". Sasuke needs to also not get his chakra devoured by the Samehada. So it is like this.

EMS Sasuke could win against Kisame while Kisame could win against Sasuke as long as he is under the EMS form.

Kisame, no question about it. His speed is enough to take susanoo out with samehada. Not to mention his summons and environment jutsus that could really mess susanoos functioning up.

You seriously think his arrow will be near as fast? And Kisame can still absorb chakra by simply touch something while he's fused

While fused with Samehada he still absorbs chakra.
sasuke can only win if he can kill Kisame before he can make his water dome because with it he is almost unstoppable if he gets you in it.

That's only IF Kisame get's high and also, it will take more than a Chidori/Rakiri to kill Kisame.

Lol his arrow was so fast that Kakashi had to warp it with kamui so it's easily fast enough. Kisame doesn't have an answer for amaterasu either.

Yes and a bullet is so fast you can't even see it at all yet it isn't going really fast inside water now is it? And the distance it has to travel inside the dome is quite big too...

So Kisame's going to put up a water dome faster than an arrow that had to be warped just to be avoided? Lol please. Sasuke could also end this with amaterasu as well because Kisame has no way of avoiding it. Samehada isn't going to absorb it when it cried over absorbing a little fire jutsu from Itachi.

Sasuke could also summon his hawk to easily fly out of the dome.
