As I said kisame is even though he doesn't show it sometimes is very intelligent he has been with itachi for a long time I'm guessing he knows about Amaterasu and the abilities of susanoo and besides kisame always in every battle either a is near water or b summons it by puking even though susanoo is quick I do not think that sasuke would be able to fight underwater and I don't think it would be quick enough to attack kisame in transformation under water. Even though we don't know if he does know about those two jutsus we can infer as every body else does
Sasuke can kill Kisame before he even uses water dome. Kisame has no counter for amaterasu or susanoo's arrows. Those two things are both fast enough to kill Kisame before he even has a chance to use water dome.
Sorry I got off topic. This may just be me assuming but why can't Kisame absorb the arrow an ability kakashi and danzo don't have, their the only characters sasuke fired an arrow at.

With EMS Sasuke has covered his arrows with amaterasu and samehada can't absorb those.
Just because he may know about it doesn't mean he'd have a counter for it. Sasuke doesn't even need susanoo because amaterasu is more then enough. I'd also like to hear how Kisame would kill Sasuke before he got his susanoo up? I already showed you a scan that Sasuke can get his susanoo up almost instantly.
My point is if his sand stopped it so it could be that water could stop it besides he does have sand he just has to throw it and get it in sasukes eyes and v******* and he'll have to run away because sasuke is now a ticking time bomb....
