Sasuke uses to many Chakra consuming moves plus getting his chakra drained he wouldn't last long.....his only hope would be to get him with amaterasu quickly, any other real damage that Kisame would take would really just be "healed" by draining Sasukes chakra

Sasuke kisame knew itachi was stronger than himself sasuke beat itachi as far as kisame knows so he would be reluctant going against him bam amaretsu its over

Even if his Jutsu doesnt work Sasuke still has lethal Taijutsu and swordsmanship ability.

If Sasuke Uses Kirin in the sphere of water, he kills himself, Itachi didn't survive because of Susanoo, he survived because of Yata Mirror ...
