Once sasuke casts amaterasu it is over..
And there is always the set up for Kirin, which isnt chakra, but raw electrical energy.

There isn't another set up for Kirin , he said himself that thunderclouds were needed
And we all agree on the Amaterasu part I beilieve
Kisame will simply absorb any attack to him, he can absorb 6 tails of chakra in an instant.... I think he could just touch Susanoo and break it.... since it's made of chakra...

Sasuke did kirin once and he did it with three great fireballs against someone that wanted him to win this is a different scenario Kisame not gonna let something like that happen.

I did say I think, wich means it's an assumption and it is plausible by the fact that Kisame did break Bee's Chakra cloak wich basis is the same as Susanoo, only on a smaller scale

There's a huge gap between Nagashi and Kirin. That gap been that Nagashi only numbs the body while Kirin can blow up an entire mountain

I didn't say that but remember the water dome comes into play here, sasuke is fast but can he really out run that huge dome, prepare krirn, and throw it. Nobody is that fast.

30% chakra Kisame could keep up with Guy, Lee, Tenten and Neji... He is quite faster than people give him credit for. Besides, He has a clear upper hand in speed in the water dome that you mentioned they would be in

Yata Mirror is not Chakra, it's an item
If a punch from raikage could crack Susanoo like that, something that blew up a mountain would have pulverized it it. It was Yata mirror that saved him.

What you said about creating the conditions makes sense, but since we've only seen kirin once in one situation you can't say it can be throw from underwater until proven otherwise. And I don't think sasuke can swim fast enough away from a freakin shark with the dome moving with Kisame to escape and throw it.
