Idk SD while your defense makes some sense we really don't know how long Madara had created Zetsu before his death and now in my opinion, I think the first Hokage believed him dead with good reason he landed a fatal blow, from which he couldnt recover. My opinion is then Madara left with the cells barely alive and immediatley constructed Zetsu, he then made all the preparations and sealed his soul in Zetsu because he didn't have time for Zetsu to create a profile of him his death was imminent and the time for all this planning wasn't possible. The Zetsu he had then was a shoddy clone because he was so near death he didn't have time for great construction of it and this is why the EMS wasnt passed on correctly. He had already passed he EMS to Nagato, not realizing his flaw in Zetsu, and once he did it was to late so he began planning adjusting to his new weaknesses. He attained biju power later and created a better zetsu body which we see when he fights minato. Did I totally leave the realm of possibility and it no longer makes sense or is this plausible?

not to mention that Obito was quite a bit shorter than the 4th and when Madara attacked the leaf and fought the 4th he was obviously an adult..........

Well i dont think its possible at all to transfer EMS abilities since that is ETERNAL mangekyo which can only be attained by taking the eyes of your "brother"? maybe just family member could be dad but only instance shown was brothers. so i dont think the EMS can be transfered even to a clone. am i right?

i read the whole theory (plus the other freaking long theory as well xd )
heres what i want to ask.
firstly what u said about the teleportaion of the "tobi" zetsu. it has holes because it is a space time jutsu as pointed out by the fourth hokage himself and tobi himself
secondly the time amaterasu implanted in sasuke was activated there are two things; firstly it had to activate when sasuke saw into madaras sharingan, secondly even if it was zetsu how did he evade the amaterasu and return

those wouldnt be holes b/c they would be explained by the presence of the sharingan he posseses. the zetsu body is being said to posses the sharingan of madara so none of those things would be a problem

i agree.... Kabuto must know. Madara had no desire for more allies but Kabuto knew enough to be able to blackmail him. I dont see how that could be possible without a deep working knowledge of who he is....

Very good theory with almost no holes in it. And the only holes there are... are caused by lacking knowledge of the story. So we have to let ourselves be surprised by Kishi (which is good). Kabuto also can blackmail Madara with his own body if he really transferred his soul to Zetsu right before his death because then Kabuto could control Madara like a puppet when he steals his soul.
But if it's just a body upgrade by Zetsu then there would be no corpse meaning that in that last coffin was somebody else. We definitely need more intel on black Zetsu because he seems to be very powerful if he thinks he can take on the Mizukage plus a few other shinobi. And about that theory about black and white Zetsu being the two sides of Senju and Uchiha... that sounds very interesting Would be great if that's true.
There are so many questions to be answered... I'm itching to know the truth.

Went through it all (and the other topic you based on) and I can't come up with any holes... at least for now but since my brain is kinda random, I may show up with some later.

Anyways, I have a bit of my thoughts for your theory:

So, Tobi went and killed an Uchiha, stealing a Sharingan from him/her.

Every time we have a chance to look into Tobi's eyes we see Sharingan activated. That may be for same reason Kakashi has his left eye 24 hours per day online - he doesn't have Uchicha's blood (because he's just Madara's copy) to turn it on/off.
Well, I guess my theory has a small hole, since he could simply run off chakra because of sharingan activated whole time, but he may as well replenish it with Bijuu's or Zetsu chakra

This may fit a bit into your theory unless Madara is a show-off and likes to show readers/viewers his Sharingan, so he will look more cool

But if he's not Madara he doesn't have a mass disposal of Sharingan. A dead Uchiha's Sharingan would be deactivated and if his stolen Sharingan are always activated he would need to take them from a living Uchiha.

I've been starting to think Madara did die but he passed on Hashirama's cells to Izuna...I dont have any proof or a theory behind it.
